Rapyuta Robotics is hiring a Remote Key Account Development Executive

In this position, you are responsible for generating new business opportunities. The goal is to understand the organizational structure and internal relationships of target companies, contact the appropriate departments and key persons, and deepen relationships to acquire new business opportunities. Additionally, the role involves achieving objectives by collaborating with agents and partners as necessary to open new points of contact within specific companies.  

KPI for this Position 

  • Number of Sales Qualified Leads acquired (contribution) 
  • Number of Sales Accepted Leads acquired 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Developing key persons within target companies, building relationships, and planning and executing events such as demos 
  • Developing agents, concluding contracts, and business collaboration 
  • Developing advisors, concluding contracts, and business collaboration 
  • Collaboration with related departments (especially the sales team) 
  • Reporting to the reporting line 

Required Experience 

  • Experience in corporate sales to large enterprises (2+ years) 
  • Experience in agent liaison (2+ years) 
  • Experience in concluding contracts with customers and agents 
  • Experience working in a startup (preferred) 

Desirable Experience 

  • Experience and network in warehousing domain 

Required Skills 

  • Understanding the features and strengths of the company's services 
  • Ability to think of specific and realistic actions to achieve goals 
  • Ability to understand and adjust the interests of internal stakeholders 
  • Communication skills necessary to understand general corporate structures and build relationships 
  • Ability to appropriately identify current activity challenges and request necessary support for their resolution 
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales and marketing structure

We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals with a can-do attitude to help revolutionize robotics. We build and operate the world’s first cloud robotics platform. On top of this platform, we have built multiple exciting robotics products such as a Pick-Assist Autonomous Mobile Robot (PA-AMR) solution for warehouses. You will be part of a squad that operates with a mission of marketing our products and nurturing leads with a focus on the North American region.

Job Overview

  • This position is part of the Business team and is responsible for acquiring and nurturing partnerships in the US market.
  • The goal of this position is to acquire new partners to generate high-quality, partner-sourced sales leads, build a partner ecosystem and create brand awareness for Rapyuta Robotics.
  • This is a remote position based out of India. 

Individual Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research, sign-up and activate partners to enable Rapyuta Robotics meet its growth plans in the North American market while successfully delivering value to the partners.
  • Research - Identify, evaluate and qualify potential partners like System Integrators, WMS providers, Warehouse equipment vendors etc.
  • Sign-up - Reach out to prospective partners to engage, convince and identify mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
  • Activate - Conduct partner activities like lead generation campaigns, market education initiatives, co-branding exercises to deliver on the growth opportunities identified.
  • Nurture end user leads with partners, acting as a bridge between RR sales team and external partners.
  • Plan, create and send partner focused communication - emails and SNS posts with regular cadence
  • Manage & continuously update partner leads with CRM tools (especially Hubspot)
  • Meet with onboarded partners with regular cadence, track and report performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales or marketing
  • Strong skills in market research, strategic analysis and relationship building, 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English to drive international deals
  • Organized, punctual, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in sales and/or marketing
  • Ability to use CRM tools such as Hubspot
  • Prior experience in partner development or customer acquisition
  • Experience in 3PL, WMS, supply chain, system integration and the robotics automation industry
  • Active US B1/B2 visa.
