Head of Customer Delivery (m/f/x)

to lead a multidisciplinary team, including roles such as Customer Success Manager, Tender Manager, Order-to-Cash, and Sales Operations Specialist, to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end customer delivery processes.

They will drive operational excellence, align team efforts with business objectives, and champion initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

This role involves leading change management efforts, scaling commercial operations to support business growth, and fostering a customer-centric culture. As part of the Commercial leadership team, the Head of Customer Delivery will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve challenges, optimize processes, and deliver tailored solutions. They will establish KPIs, monitor team performance, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery standards.

  • At least 5 years of work experience in leadership in customer-facing function.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end customer delivery processes, including sales operations, contract management, and customer support.
  • Experience in sales (field or office-based).
  • Higher education preferably in Business Administration.
  • Good understanding and experience in Change Management and Continuous Improvement.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Customer Success Manager (m/f/x).

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet their needs.

As the “right hand” of the assigned Sales team members you will oversee a mirrored portfolio of accounts, track performance metrics, and advocate for customers internally to align company offerings with their objectives. The role includes building customer loyalty by resolving issues proactively, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and ensuring data integrity across Sales Operations systems. Regular reporting and communication with stakeholders will ensure transparency and alignment on progress and priorities.

Senior Sales Manager (Defence) (m/f/x)

to take the lead in growing our client base in this sector. You could be located in any of our locations (Germany, France, Finland, Estonia, or Sweden).

Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer and working closely with our Vice-President of Government Affairs and Strategic Partnerships, you will:

  • Utilise previous experience within the defence sector to generate new business, manage existing customers in defence, dual-use, and aerospace, and identify areas for rapid growth.
  • Create our go-to-market strategy in the defence sector, selecting the main applications we should focus on to maximise value delivery in the short and long term.
  • Develop competitive price models and construct effective business cases when required.
  • Be the face of Skeleton to defence, dual-use, and aerospace customers, attending events and industry conferences when required.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in energy storage technologies in the defence sector.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with defence companies in research and development.
  • Report on sales KPIs.
  • B2B Sales experience >10 years within the defence sector and/or experience in the defence sector with energy storage technologies.
  • Track record of winning new business and growing accounts within the defence sector and/or experience in the defence sector with energy storage technologies
  • Strong interest and understanding of market trends and innovations in the defence industry. Existing network within the sector.
  • The knowledge and understanding of the application approach, the ability to see what drives decision-making, and the understanding of key technologies relevant to Skeleton Technologies.
  • Confidence in engaging with new clients, building relationships with multiple stakeholders across various levels.
  • Previous experiences with participating at fairs, and trade shows.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers and active networking.
  • Fluency in English is required. An additional language (French, German or another) would be a plus.

As the Director of Communications (m/f/x), you are an expert in all communication channels the company uses. This position can be based in any of Skeleton’s locations (Estonia, Germany, Finland, or France). Estonia would be preferred.

Reporting to our Vice-President of Government Affairs and Strategic Partnerships based in Estonia, your tasks will be to:

  • Be the first point of contact for journalists, proactively manage media requests and seek opportunities.
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within news, business and industry media.
  • Create content for press releases and byline articles.
  • Engage with customers on joint communication activities and use cases.
  • (Re)Present the company to external delegations and at public events. Be a spokesperson for the company.
  • Secure and manage opportunities for public speaking for our senior management, engage with conferences to maximise exposure.
  • Prepare briefings and talking points for interviews and public speaking.
  • Develop brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.

You are a great match if you have:

  • You have higher education in communication, journalism, business, international affairs, political science, or related field.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in communication, journalism or media relations.
  • You have political and business savviness, understand key trends in cleantech, energy, and industrial matters, and Skeleton’s business interests. You are fully convinced that communications and PR can decisively contribute to the company’s business growth.
  • You can create compelling narratives and translate technical applications to a wider audience.
