Job Description

The Senior Manager of Infrastructure is responsible for overseeing staff and projects related to the firm’s network, server, and core infrastructure technology including Microsoft Active Directory and Azure. In collaboration with the CIO, this position also manages tools, processes, consulting engagements, policies, and staff.

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the CIO to define the infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide direct coordination between infrastructure, application teams, support, and cybersecurity staff.
  • Regularly evaluate existing infrastructure, identify gaps, and propose strategic initiatives for improvement.
  • Manage the operations of the infrastructure environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Coordinate with CISO and CIO to prioritize and address vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate, test, and implement new technical solutions and systems with effective project management and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and actively mitigate infrastructure-related risks.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with other technology leaders and business stakeholders to align infrastructure initiatives with overall IT and business strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and security roles.
  • Strong background in systems architecture and network management.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., VMWare).
  • Leadership experience in managing diverse technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in areas such as MCSA, CCNA, ITIL.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems.
