Job Summary:

As the Sales Director at UpClear, your role will involve creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, encompassing lead generation, qualification, and deal closure. Your strategic mindset and leadership skills will be crucial in building a successful sales department from the ground up. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with UpClear's business goals. 
  • Enhance the sales playbook for existing product lines, emphasizing continuous refinement. 
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative sales approaches. 
  • Implement and oversee effective lead generation strategies to expand UpClear's market reach.
  • Establish and optimize lead self-qualification processes through UpClear's website. 
  • Implement prospect qualification through pre-sales activities. 
  • Deliver RFPs on time and with excellent quality levels 
  • Prepare and execute solution demos 
  • Utilize a methodical approach such as MEDDIC (or equivalent) to qualify opportunities systematically. 
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs and align solutions accordingly. 
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and strategies for repeat business. 
  • Implement structured sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. 
  • Leverage technology for efficient sales operations and customer relationship management. 
  • Utilize metrics and analytics for data-driven decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with other departments, particularly marketing, to ensure alignment in messaging and customer experience. 
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration for overall business success. 
  • Encourage adaptability and continuous improvement based on market feedback and industry trends. 

 

  • 10+ years experience in Sales and Pre Sales roles for enterprise software 
  • 5+ years of TPM/RGM/SFA CPG experience required
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification processes, and deal closure. 
  • Significant experience in RFPs delivery 
  • Experience in delivering compelling solution demos  
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. 
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to manage UpClear’s internal operations as we continue to grow and explore areas of expansion. As Operations Manager, you will contribute to and support the core growth capabilities of the organization, by implementing and supporting core processes and systems (communication, collaboration, employee on-boarding, productivity). You will work with the CEO and Senior Management to solidify and reinforce processes that enable the team to do their best work with minimal friction and worry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Systems - You will be responsible for managing operational system configurations, migrations, training ; research and propose systems for better collaboration and efficiencies (CRM, Project Management, SharePoint, Office 365,..)
  • Standards – Develop & maintain global IT and operational standards and processes to align with client requirements
  • Communications – Support internal communications (newsletters, announcements, town hall meetings, website..)
  • HR – Support on-boarding process, assess people/team needs with CEO and management team
  • Vendor selection and management - ensure the timely, efficient and highest-value purchase of materials, supplies and services globally
  • Other ad-hoc office management responsibilities such as but not limited to general office coordination and handling external service providers.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 2-5 years’ experience in an Operations and/or Management function
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 'Tech mindset' - ability to understand and configure systems and software tools
  • Proven ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to communicate at any level, in a multicultural working environment
  • Negotiation skills and proven ability to build consensus and lead
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Tech/start-up industry experience is a plus

LE ROLE

Poste à pourvoir dans l’équipe Solution Data Integration INTL, basé dans notre bureau France, à Paris, 3ème. L’équipe Data Integrationest chargée de l’intégration et de la visualisation avancée des données internes et externes dans la plateforme BluePlanner.

LES RESPONSABILITES

  • Design & Activation :analyser et comprendre les besoins et enjeux des clients en direct afin de les traduire en interfaces automatisées ou en rapports avancés standards ou personnalisés. Gérer leur design, déploiement, maintenance et évolution.
  • Support :investiguer et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés par les clients dans leur utilisation des rapports avancés et des flots d’intégration de données.
  • Formation & Documentation :former les autres membres de l’équipe Solutionsur le fonctionnement et la maintenance des rapports avancés et des flots d’intégration de données.  Promouvoir la culture et les bonnes pratiques intégration et gestion des données.
  • R&D : Proposer des axes d’améliorations aux outils existants et contribuer au développement des roadmaps Analytics et Intégration.

 

Vous serez amené à travailler avec des équipes dans le monde entier, des contacts avec les clients lors des phases de projets peuvent aussi avoir lieu. Pas de déplacements à prévoir.

COMPETENCES REQUISES

  • Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans la Data en tant que Data Analyst ou Data Engineer
  • Être familier(e) avec les notions de middleware, protocoles d’intégration de données (FTP, SFTP...)
  • Parcours universitaire ingénieur fortement apprécié
  • A l’aise en SQL et bonne compréhension des bases de données
  • Maîtrise d’un outil de reporting DataViz (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, ...)
  • Très à l’aise en anglais écrit et parlé
  • Flexible, fiable, attitude proactive, vous aimez travailler en environnement international et dynamique
