We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior PR & Partnerships Manager to join our team in a leading role. This is a full-time role, primarily based at our HQ in Soho, London 3 days per week. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a next-level of brand awareness and engagement for Wolf & Badger, developing impactful partnerships and overseeing our public relations, influencer strategy and event execution. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a cohesive strategy to enhance our global presence and foster meaningful connections with key stakeholders, influencers, and the media worldwide, with a primary focus on the UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations:

  • Develop and execute a global PR strategy to elevate the Wolf & Badger brand in key markets, particularly the UK and US.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure coverage in print, online, and broadcast channels.
  • Write and distribute press releases, pitch stories, and handle media enquiries.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on PR performance and coverage.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stylists to facilitate celebrity event dressing, overseeing regular store visits for product selection and styling. 
  • Managing news & product pitches, sample requests, image requests, credit requests.
  • Forging long-lasting relationships with press and influencers.
  • Holding regular in-store appointments with press, stylists, creators and partners.
  • Creating and designing exciting trend-led press content to be distributed to industry.

Events:

  • Plan, manage, and execute global events, including store openings, pop-ups, category launches, and collaborations.
  • Secure sponsorships for events and activations, and help manage the successful execution of each event through securing and managing entertainment and managing guest lists.
  • Introduce and organise regular on-brand events in our stores to increase brand awareness in the UK and US markets.
  • Identify opportunities for brand presence at other high-profile industry events and trade shows to help build awareness.

Partnerships:

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with the Wolf & Badger values and mission to support and promote independent ethical brands.
  • Create unique and interesting brand partnerships for online and in-store activations and manage these end-to-end, including negotiations, activations, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnerships into broader marketing campaigns.

Influencer Strategy:

  • Help build the rapidly growing influencer marketing strategy - Wolf & Badger Tastemakers - to drive awareness and engagement in the UK and US.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across key markets as part of the Tastemakers program, and in addition.
  • Oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and tracking ROI in collaboration with our Performance Marketing team.

Brand Awareness & Growth:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all initiatives align with the Wolf & Badger ethos and values, including regular attendance at industry events and other relevant activities.
  • Drive innovative strategies to grow our visibility across existing and new audiences, particularly in our core markets of London, NY and LA.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging opportunities to position Wolf & Badger as a leader in the independent and ethical brand space.
  • Updating databases, conducting industry research, creating image libraries, monitoring coverage and more to help support the wider marketing team.
  • Ensuring the smooth daily running of our press activities in New York, LA and London, including through the management of our external agency partnerships.
  • Liaising with Wolf & Badger designer brands to create unique media stories and to source product loans and gifts for influencers and press.
  • Accountability for all sample movements, successfully facilitating all incoming requests daily, and foreseeing and flagging any potential issues in a timely manner

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (ideally 4+ years) in a similar role and:

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team based in Central London. As a key creative leader, you will take ownership of the visual identity of Wolf & Badger, driving awareness, engagement, and innovation across all touchpoints. This varied role will include:

  • Ownership & Strategy:
    • Lead the conceptualisation and delivery of compelling visual assets across web, email, social media, paid channels and print, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience needs.
    • Develop and implement design strategies that reflect the Wolf & Badger ethos while driving performance and engagement across all platforms.
    • Own and evolve the Wolf & Badger design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across channels.

  • Creative Leadership: 
    • Act as a key custodian of the Wolf & Badger visual identity, mentoring junior designers and stakeholders to maintain brand coherence and innovation.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing fresh creative approaches that set Wolf & Badger apart in the competitive retail landscape.

  • Innovation & Execution: 
    • Design and optimise impactful creative content for homepage, email campaigns, paid ads, and social channels, with a focus on performance, engagement, and storytelling.
    • Lead the creation of video and animation assets, using advanced tools to produce visually stunning content for organic and paid media.
    • Collaborate with the PR, CRM, and wider marketing teams to produce assets that communicate key brand messages effectively across channels.

  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnership: 
    • Partner with stakeholders across the business to design collateral for internal and external purposes, such as business plans, event materials, and window displays for stores.
    • Work closely with performance marketers, product teams, and senior management to ensure creative assets align with commercial and strategic goals.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions, building upon concepts to deliver best-in-class designs.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in senior design roles, ideally within e-commerce or lifestyle sectors, and a proven track record of producing work that drives brand recognition and performance. You should be a proactive leader, comfortable managing projects end-to-end and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand and marketing design across digital and print channels, including advanced video content.
  • Proven experience leading creative projects, from ideation to delivery, and mentoring team members.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma. Experience with motion graphics and animation is essential.
  • Strong grasp of typography, layout design, messaging hierarchy, and color theory, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and how to create content tailored for engagement and performance.
  • Experience managing print production processes and ensuring output meets the highest standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.

As the PR, Influencer & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing initiatives across press and influencer partnerships, as well as event planning. This is a varied and exciting role for someone passionate about fashion, media, and brand-building. The role is based at the Wolf & Badger HQ in Soho, London, where our team ordinarily works together in-person approximately 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations (PR):

  • Manage daily PR tasks, including responding to media and product sample requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with press and media outlets to secure regular and consistent coverage.
  • Research and pitch stories to target media, focusing on fashion, lifestyle, and sustainability.
  • Coordinate sample management and support on PR and influencer gifting, including management of product sourcing from global designer community, send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns. 
  • Monitor and report on PR campaigns, including tracking media placements and coverage and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Assist with the creation of press materials, such as press releases, mailers, and media kits.
  • Maintain and organize PR resources, including media databases, press lists and gifting inventory.
  • Keep track of relevant industry awards and help prepare submissions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns, media outreach, and press initiatives.

Influencer Marketing:

  • Support the growth and management of the Wolf & Badger Tastemakers program.
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values.
  • Coordinate the logistics of influencer partnerships, from onboarding to product gifting to content approvals.
  • Track and analyse influencer campaign performance to optimise strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to enhance influencer marketing efforts.

Events:

  • Provide on-the-ground support during events, ensuring smooth execution and strong brand representation. This will often include working evenings and/or weekends.

You will join us as a Senior Product Designer in our Customer Squad. This squad provides excellent end-to-end experience across the Wolf & Badger website and represents the voice of our customers across the business. We are looking for an experienced, creative and commercial Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in driving forward the global growth of the Wolf & Badger brand. You will be central to the establishment and furtherment of Wolf & Badger as the foremost place for conscious consumers to shop the best independent brands in the world. As the Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and engagement across all marketing channels, with a particular focus on content strategy for both paid media and organic social. The role will include overall responsibility for our organic social channels, activating partnerships with fellow mission-driven brands, coordinating marketing and paid advertising campaigns and managing and implementing our overarching marketing and content calendar to ensure that our output is commercially efficient and creatively on brand, always optimising for ROI. You will be part of a team which is responsible for setting the yearly, seasonal, monthly and daily Marketing strategy for the business, informed by commercial and industry insights, ensuring that we are reaching customers who will love Wolf & Badger. You will champion seamless cross-departmental communication in alignment with our brand values and business goals. You will work closely with our retention marketing team, performance team, merchandising team and PR & Events team to drive forward the growth of the Wolf & Badger brand.

The successful candidate should have relevant proven experience in a scale-up online consumer business, ideally a marketplace, and will be experienced in managing organic social media channels, leading on content creation and optimisation for paid media channels, combined with a foundational understanding of digital advertising. You will be confident in understanding customer acquisition strategy, organic channel management, content creation, project management and cross-departmental collaboration. The successful candidate should have an interest in growing a brand in new and innovative ways, as well as establishing a stable and consistent approach to channel management. Main Duties

As Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead on the management and growth of new and existing organic social channels including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and more.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all organic social media channels that aligns with our vision and objectives.
  • Create and oversee the production of shareable, engaging and visually appealing content including posts, stories, reels and videos that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor trends, promotions and industry developments, ensuring a commercial outlook and approach within the team across all channels at all times. 
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop and grow our social media presence, including coordinating content produced by our in-house teams and our brand partners, leveraging content opportunities and ensuring the output remains consistently on-brand.
  • Work alongside the PR team in managing and utilising user-generated content.
  • Maintain a cross-platform social media content calendar and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Monitor, track and report on performance across social channels.

  • Project-manage both regular and ad-hoc initiatives including shoot production for a twice-yearly catalogue, production of externally-facing impact reports and collaborations with our brands and PR team.
  • Support senior leaders in the development and execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow our customer base.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement of marketing campaigns, on-site content and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion, working closely with the merchandising team to ensure on-site content will drive engagement and conversion. 
  • Have line management of marketing team members (initially 2 and potentially more as we grow).
  • Track and analyse KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Under guidance from the VP Content, lead on strategy and final proofing and editing for written copy and messaging across all channels including the digital magazine, paid advertising, onsite messaging and organic marketing. 
  • Ensure all written copy is SEO optimised. 
  • Ensure ESG is communicated authentically, correctly and in an industry-leading manner across all channels. 
  • Lead on optimising content across all channels for our Tastemaker programme. 
  • Work closely with the PR team and store teams to drive brand awareness through partnerships and activations.
  • Extensive marketing experience, including at least 2 years of social media or brand marketing marketing experience, ideally in-house within a multi-brand ecommerce or consumer business with an emphasis on customer acquisition
  • Commercial acumen, numerate, confidence in aesthetic literacy and tone of voice
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
  • Experience in hands-on creative asset production to ensure effective management of and input into graphic design projects, shoots and events
  • Creative mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and expertise in proofreading and copywriting
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry as well as ethical fashion

  • Relevant professional or higher education qualification (desirable)
  • People management experience
  • Competitive starting salary of £40k-£53k per annum subject to experience
