You will join us as a Senior Product Designer in our Customer Squad. This squad provides excellent end-to-end experience across the Wolf & Badger website and represents the voice of our customers across the business. This team are customer advocates, connecting regularly with customers through interviews, usability testing and data insights to ensure we’re delivering an innovative browse and buy experience that is aligned with their needs. Their broad remit includes day-to-day optimisations, as well as conceiving and delivering longer-term strategic projects.

You will:

  • Own and execute on our end-to-end design process for the Wolf & Badger website
  • Use the Double Diamond methodology to understand problems and work closely with product and engineering to ensure we deliver the right solutions for customers
  • Own, maintain, and deliver against our design system
  • Ensure UI excellence in our designs and delivered product
  • Regularly speak to our customers to understand the problem space and design better solutions for them
  • Work with our Product Managers to inform and guide our Product Strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, evangelising them internally
  • Guide and mentor more junior members of the design team

We are looking for an experienced, creative and commercial Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in driving forward the global growth of the Wolf & Badger brand. You will be central to the establishment and furtherment of Wolf & Badger as the foremost place for conscious consumers to shop the best independent brands in the world. As the Brand & Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and engagement across all marketing channels, with a particular focus on content strategy for both paid media and organic social. The role will include overall responsibility for our organic social channels, activating partnerships with fellow mission-driven brands, coordinating marketing and paid advertising campaigns and managing and implementing our overarching marketing and content calendar to ensure that our output is commercially efficient and creatively on brand, always optimising for ROI. You will be part of a team which is responsible for setting the yearly, seasonal, monthly and daily Marketing strategy for the business, informed by commercial and industry insights, ensuring that we are reaching customers who will love Wolf & Badger. You will champion seamless cross-departmental communication in alignment with our brand values and business goals. You will work closely with our retention marketing team, performance team, merchandising team and PR & Events team to drive forward the growth of the Wolf & Badger brand.

The successful candidate should have relevant proven experience in a scale-up online consumer business, ideally a marketplace, and will be experienced in managing organic social media channels, leading on content creation and optimisation for paid media channels, combined with a foundational understanding of digital advertising. You will be confident in understanding customer acquisition strategy, organic channel management, content creation, project management and cross-departmental collaboration. The successful candidate should have an interest in growing a brand in new and innovative ways, as well as establishing a stable and consistent approach to channel management. They will enjoy being part of a rapidly growing, scale-up business and approaching challenges constructively and collaboratively.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration. Regular onsite attendance is required every week in our office in Soho, Central London.

Main Duties

As Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead on the management and growth of new and existing organic social channels including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook and more.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all organic social media channels that aligns with our vision and objectives.
  • Create and oversee the production of shareable, engaging and visually appealing content including posts, stories, reels and videos that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor trends, promotions and industry developments, ensuring a commercial outlook and approach within the team across all channels at all times. 
  • Work cross-functionally to help develop and grow our social media presence, including coordinating content produced by our in-house teams and our brand partners, leveraging content opportunities and ensuring the output remains consistently on-brand.
  • Work alongside the PR team in managing and utilising user-generated content.
  • Maintain a cross-platform social media content calendar and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Monitor, track and report on performance across social channels.
  • Lead on the strategy and production and analysis of ads and assets for paid and organic marketing campaigns across all channels, continuously optimising performance and ROI. 
  • Coordinate asset creation across the business for all functions with the Graphic Designer.
  • Project-manage both regular and ad-hoc initiatives including shoot production for a twice-yearly catalogue, production of externally-facing impact reports and collaborations with our brands and PR team.
  • Support senior leaders in the development and execution of customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow our customer base.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhancement of marketing campaigns, on-site content and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion, working closely with the merchandising team to ensure on-site content will drive engagement and conversion. 
  • Have line management of marketing team members (initially 2 and potentially more as we grow).
  • Track and analyse KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Under guidance from the VP Content, lead on strategy and final proofing and editing for written copy and messaging across all channels including the digital magazine, paid advertising, onsite messaging and organic marketing. 
  • Ensure all written copy is SEO optimised. 
  • Ensure ESG is communicated authentically, correctly and in an industry-leading manner across all channels. 
  • Lead on optimising content across all channels for our Tastemaker programme. 
  • Work closely with the PR team and store teams to drive brand awareness through partnerships and activations.
  • Extensive marketing experience, including at least 2 years of social media or brand marketing marketing experience, ideally in-house within a multi-brand ecommerce or consumer business with an emphasis on customer acquisition
  • Commercial acumen, numerate, confidence in aesthetic literacy and tone of voice
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
  • Experience in hands-on creative asset production to ensure effective management of and input into graphic design projects, shoots and events
  • Creative mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience and expertise in proofreading and copywriting
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • Knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry as well as ethical fashion

As Community Operations Manager, you will drive customer & brand satisfaction by overseeing daily operations, planning & scheduling, and improving processes to increase team efficiency. You will be the champion and mentor for team engagement (internal and external team members), ensuring communication is open, positive and productive. Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and potential improvements, you will lead the Community team towards a more streamlined future.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Forecasting and demand planning across all channels, managing opening hours and SLA targets, as well as recommend strategies to achieve 24/7 support coverage 
  • Overseeing the workforce management (WFM) planning of  both our inhouse & outsource Teams Schedule, managing a Scheduling & QA Executive to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time. 
  • Managing the outsourced operation and performance on KPIs (SLAs, average handling time, workload %). Support the Scheduling & QA Executive in training and continuing to upskill outsourced team 
  • Own the reporting of operations and experience metrics, and effectively communicate results to HOC & key stakeholders. Develop user-friendly dashboards that are accessible to the right audiences (i.e. Product, Management, Logistics).
  • Act as a Project Manager - proactively identify processes to improve daily operational efficiency, research tools & processes, and lead implementation (including as the stakeholder for cross-functional projects).
  • Continuously assess suitability and pricing of tooling, to ensure we are maximising our technology resources
  • Experience overseeing workforce planning operations for both internal and outsourced teams 
  • Significant experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Workforce Management tools. (e.g. Kustomer, Dixa, Aircall, Surfboard)
  • Effective at data analysis, forecasting and modelling across pricing, productivity and performance metrics.
  • Experience devising and delivering high quality learning sessions with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Experience with BI/data-modelling software is highly desirable. (e.g. Looker ML, Tableau, Power-BI).

As SEO Manager at Wolf & Badger, your role will be to lead the optimisation of our online presence to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions through search engines like Google. You will be a strategic thinker who can analyse data and draw actionable conclusions to improve organic visibility. Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative midweight designer with strong video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Conceptualising and creating both still and video assets for various channels including web, email, social (organic and paid) and print
