The Role
As the Senior Marketing Associate, you will support Lark’s growth strategies on the consumer marketing team across all channels and touchpoints. You will be a partner-facing representative of our team to provide updates and assets requested by partners. What You’ll Do:
  • Attend partner-facing meetings as a marketing representative to answer questions and speak about campaign updates
  • Work with account management to provide assets requested by partners, such as examples of campaign creative and reports of previous campaigns
  • Hands-on use of our CRM Automation platform, Braze. Within the platform, you’ll be manipulating HTML, setting up campaigns and canvases, segmenting audiences, building A/B tests, and serving as a final quality assurance check before campaigns are launched.
  • Own execution of campaigns across email, push, SMS, and direct mail
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences against internal targets
  • Build and launch A/B tests, analyze results, and present recommendations and best practices
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure materials are compliant and accurate according to government contracts and marketing guidelines

What You’ll Need:

  • Hyper-attention to detail: You have an eagle eye to catch even the tiniest mistakes. While reading this job description, you were simultaneously proofreading it.
  • Passion for reporting: You wake up in the morning wondering how your A/B test performed yesterday, excited to start your work day and pull some numbers. You don’t just want to know that the open rate was 20%; you want to know why it came in there and how it could be improved.
  • Commitment to flexibility: You don’t get frustrated when asked to change priorities frequently. You can hear the word ‘pivot’ and smile as you think of Ross moving a couch rather than getting nauseous as you think of ballerinas spinning around.
  • Problem-solving skills: What do you do when your campaign isn’t working correctly? You put on your thinking cap and get to work! You are willing to put in the time and logically check possibilities off the list as you look for the cause.
  • Ability to carry yourself calmly, confidently, and professionally on video calls
