Ole Ole travel is searching for an adaptable self-starter with group travel experience who is highly organized and an effective communicator to join our collaborative team environment. Use your established event management skills to help manage the design and logistics of various fan travel programs for the worlds biggest clubs to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Must be experienced in logistics for groups of several thousands..Multi lingual crucial, Spanish and English a must.
Qualifications

Must have experience managing large travel groups
- Five plus years’ experience in sports event planning, with an emphasis on international destinations and developing tours highly preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively manage budgets, RFP processes and contract negotiation.
- Strong Charter logistics skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a manner can be easily understood by others; ability to write creative content is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively build relationships.
- Adaptable self-starter, who is organized and able to effectively prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Aptitude and ability to learn and familiarize yourself with football travel process and terminology as well as with new and ever-changing technology.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with a CRM tools
- Ability to travel on a regular basis to select international destinations.
