The Styles team is responsible for building and investing in the design capabilities of our core product to empower millions of designers worldwide to easily adopt Webflow to build, manage and scale any number of sites efficiently. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Styles team and work with the team to deliver impactful features for our customers to build highly personalized web experiences. In this role you will execute the technical direction and be a mentor & partner to other engineers on the team. Additionally, you will help lead cross-functional efforts to drive even greater impact.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, Styles  you’ll … 

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs.
  • Work on technologies such as Node.js, Javascript/Typescript, MongoDB, GraphQL, Apollo, Amazon Web Services EC2, S3, Lambdas, Kafka, and more.
  • Demonstrable solid experience and deep expertise in multiple technical domains.
  • Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy.
  • Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables.
  • Produce and elevate the quality of maintainable, tested, performant, and scalable code.
  • Author, collaborate on, and evaluate design documents.
  • Influence technical designs and team-level prioritization as well as participate in technical solutions.
  • Collaborate product managers and designers in an autonomous, supportive team environment.
  • Mentor junior engineering in technical skills and Webflow culture.
  • Participate in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs, strengthening and improving our hiring processes, and leading internal hackathon teams.

  • Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English

You’ll thrive as a Senior Backend Engineer, Styles if you:

  • Have 5+ years developing and deploying web applications, with a proven track record of shipping code.
  • Are familiar with Node.js and TypeScript and can write scalable services and APIs using Express.js, GraphQL, Apollo, and MongoDB.
  • Can debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
  • Proven experience building complex web systems.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Playwright, Cypress). 
  • Are comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail, environment.

  • Create a fantastic first impression for Webflow’s new Enterprise customers who reach out to us to learn more about our products
  • Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation
  • Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
  • Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers

As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you’ll own, build and iterate the following areas of our Sales Compensation program: 

  • Administer sales compensation plans and calculate monthly commissions using CaptivateIQ commission processing software. 
  • Maintain ownership of CaptivateIQ, including building calculations for new plans and plan changes.  
  • Clearly communicate compensation plans, policies, and changes to the sales team through training sessions and address questions from the field.
  • Recommend best-in-class process improvements with internal controls at the forefront of those recommendations
  • Process sales commissions for other Webflow sales programs, as needed.
  • Prepare reporting to provide visibility into sales performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Sales and Legal teams to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations, and compliant compensation plans.
  • Proactively identify areas of efficiency, and implement solutions to drive reductions in our time to close the books
  • Assist in annual audits with our auditors.

About you

  • Have 4+ experience in sales compensation, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Possess strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions

We’re looking for a Brand Design Lead to join our External Relations team. The heart of this role is taking requests and requirements and delivering visual design assets to help our Philanthropy, Marketing, and Districts teams reach their most important goals.

As a designer, you are a strong and experienced generalist, with an exceptional eye for visual design, user experience, and storytelling. You have a holistic approach to design and are able to execute both high quality visual design, as well as thorough user-flows and interaction design.

You will play a vital role on the External Relations team, helping us fulfill the mission of the organization: to provide a free, world-class education to anyone, anywhere. Some of the things you’ll work on:

  • Collaborate with the Philanthropy, Marketing, and Districts teams to create visual assets that align with marketing strategies and business goals, ensuring consistency across all communications.
  • Design visually engaging digital and print assets for marketing and fundraising campaigns, including email headers, social media visuals, templates, and printed materials like postcards and holiday cards, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Create impactful marketing and sales materials for the Khan Academy Districts team to support the sales cycle and expand our reach in school districts across the US.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the conceptualization and development of visual assets for the External Relations team, taking stakeholder requirements and transforming ideas into high-quality designs for a variety of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Deliver outstanding designs that are compelling, emotionally rich, and age/audience appropriate across the brand voice spectrum from playful to professional, while coordinating the production and distribution of assets for both internal and external use to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Maintain your roadmap by sizing and scoping design requests to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively. Communicate project status and manage feedback from project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the in-house Webflow expert, creating and maintaining microsites to support various initiatives, ensuring seamless design integration and optimizing user experiences across the platform.
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor strategies. Facilitate conversations and offer insights to help the External Relations team incorporate engaging visual language into cross-channel experiences that enhance user experience and meet strategic goals.
  • Manage the library of brand assets, including templates, guidelines, and design resources, with an emphasis on developing scalable templates to help the External Relations team efficiently deliver consistent, on-brand materials.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years experience in the design industry (ideally experience in both interaction design and visual design) or comparable experience.
  • Outstanding digital and print design skills, with an obsession for cohesive brand identity, market trends, and best practices.
  • Confident designing in Webflow, Adobe CC, and Figma.
  • Able to create custom illustrations and animations that follow brand guidelines.
  • Experience designing for a wide array of audiences, including school-age children, teenagers, young adults, and adults.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll … 

Compensation Analysis and Support:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs and policies, including base pay, bonuses, and other incentive programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive against our peer groups.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, managers, and Recruiters to guide compensation practices, salary adjustments, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, systems design and administration, and training and communications

  • You bring 2-4 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, especially in a global and/or remote company.
  • You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, and are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • You are familiar with HRIS systems and compensation and benefits management tools such as Workday, Pave, Radford, and ERI.
  • You have an understanding of benefits programs and have experience with benefits administration.

We are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our sales-led B2B growth initiatives. You will be responsible for driving new pipeline growth by developing and executing demand generation strategies that align with our go-to-market strategy. As a Director of Demand Generation, you’ll work closely with the sales, product marketing, and growth teams to build and execute integrated campaigns that accelerate revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured by the generation of qualified leads, the efficiency of lead nurturing programs, and the ability to optimize the marketing funnel to drive conversions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute demand generation strategies to create consistent, high-quality pipeline growth for the sales team targeting mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as email, paid media, social media, and SEO.
  • Optimize Channel Performance: Continuously analyze and refine channel strategies, leveraging data to enhance performance and maximize ROI across all digital touchpoints.
  • Campaign Ownership: Oversee and implement multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, webinars, events, content syndication, and ABM to drive engagement and sales-qualified leads.
  • Innovate with Emerging Channels: Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to integrate new platforms or technologies into the overall strategy.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing programs are aligned with sales goals, deliver qualified leads, and improve lead-to-close conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own the reporting and analytics for all demand generation efforts, focusing on ROI, pipeline contribution, and lead conversion rates. Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Funnel Optimization: Continuously optimize the demand generation funnel by testing new channels, refining messaging, and adjusting targeting to improve performance at every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Marketing Technology: Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns.
  • ABM Initiatives: Build out and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, working closely with sales to personalize outreach and engagement for high-value target accounts.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing demand generation team, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
