We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to inform the future of Webflow with data, building a deep understanding of how our customers most successfully create for the web with our product. As a Senior Data Analyst you’ll … 

  • Enable business stakeholders to easily leverage our data and analytics capabilities, increasing data literacy across Webflow and prioritizing data quality.
  • Empower Webflow teams to answer complex business questions and align on specific definitions for key metrics, product feature adoption, and customer attributes.
  • Align with stakeholders on deep dive analysis opportunities that will lead to actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to perform root cause analysis and be the voice for data to ensure our team is proactively identifying potential impacts to our metrics.
  • Lead improvements to our analytics capabilities, operational processes, and collaboration with other teams. We currently use Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake and Tableau!

About you 

You’ll thrive as a SeniorData Analyst if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience working in data analytics (or other relevant focus), providing high quality, reproducible analysis and mentoring other team members to do the same.
  • Have advanced proficiency in SQL and/or programming languages such as Python or R
  • Have significant expertise manipulating large data sets, interpreting data trends, connecting a multitude of data sources, and using visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode, etc.)

As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you’ll … 

  • Surface key insights related to growth program performance and target attainment to GTM leadership to drive decision-making, budget allocation, and strategic planning.
  • Lead a team that supports both PLG and sales-led motions through deep analysis, strategic guidance and performance reporting.
  • Work to proactively identify market opportunities across different regions, markets, industries, and more to drive marketing and international expansion strategy.

As a Senior Backend Engineer you’ll … 

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and build product capabilities that allow third party developers to extend Webflow's functionality with Webflow Apps.

 As a U.S. Payroll Manager, you will … 

  • [15%] Implement a prompt and efficient US payroll cycle process, including but not limited to base pay, variable pay, commissions, equity transactions, payroll taxes, 401k, statutory and supplemental benefits, etc. for both the US, and any off-cycle payroll runs.

  • Lead our inbound business development team

This role will be responsible for providing financial analysis and decision support and partner directly with Marketing leaders to help drive investments and optimize marketing spend. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll … 

  • Assist in developing and reporting the budget/forecast for Marketing spend including headcount and opex
  • Play a key role in the developing monthly reporting packages, business reviews and KPI reporting to leadership teams
  • Identify business functional drivers and develop methodologies to support in-depth analysis and decision-making (channel efficiency, funnel conversion and campaign performance to identify opportunities for more efficient spending) 
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as CAC to LTV a plus
  • Prepare monthly financial presentations for leadership, effectively communicating financial results and performance to financial forecast and budget
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic insight to cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology/systems to automate manual reporting and data analysis
  • Research and explain sizable month-end variances versus financial plans
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Accounting to ensure month-end accruals and timing of expenses and accruals are captured accurately

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior FP&A Analyst if you:

  • Have experience at a fast growing technology startup that scaled during your time there and able to adapt to changes in priorities and plans
  • 3+ years experience as a financial analyst
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Gsheets, Excel, Salesforce). FP&A planning tool experience a plus
  • Proven experience in business partnering, with a focus on supporting specific departments, ideally Sales and Marketing teams
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders

  • Reporting to the Senior Managing Counsel, Commercial Legal

As a Commercial Counsel, you’ll … 

  • Provide primary end-to-end commercial legal support to a variety of Webflow teams and stakeholders looking to sell, buy, or source products and/or services, including sales and revenue, operations, procurement, product, business development, and partnerships.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements on a daily basis to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerances, including but not limited to inbound services agreements, Data Processing Agreements, SaaS agreements, software licenses, and sponsorships. 
  • Effectively identify, synthesize, and distill key contractual terms, concepts, and risks to business clients and colleagues in actionable format, including providing ongoing training and related resources to clients to enable them to self-serve and comply with internal policies and contractual requirements. 
  • Collaborate with product counsel and other cross-functional colleagues to create and refine terms and templates to bring new products and features to market as Webflow’s business continues to evolve.  
  • Be an integral team player helping build out Webflow’s commercial legal team so we can scale and operate efficiently at pace with Webflow’s exponential growth - including drafting, maintaining, and refining Webflow’s current agreements and playbooks, and leading and contributing to projects that improve internal processes and operational efficiencies.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Commercial Counsel if you:

  • Have a JD, and at least one active bar membership.
  • 5+ years legal experience, including 3+ years of relevant experience in-house at a high-growth tech company or in a technology practice group in a top law firm
  • Have a breadth of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts in a fast-paced environment, as well as developing and scaling associated processes to centralize and standardize commercial legal support.
  • Have a demonstrated working knowledge of data protection laws, including but not limited to GDPR and related US laws (e.g., CCPA). 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an efficient, pragmatic and cooperative negotiation style
  •  Have experience working cross-functionally and integrating yourself with a variety of business teams with unique commercial legal needs
  • Have a growth mindset and are interested in learning new areas of the law (e.g., generative artificial intelligence)
