We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst with a primary focus on Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. As a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our compensation programs and initiatives. Additionally, you’ll support various benefits administration, which might include perks program administration, leaves of absence management, and supporting new country set-ups. As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll … 

Compensation Analysis and Support:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs and policies, including base pay, bonuses, and other incentive programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive against our peer groups.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, managers, and Recruiters to guide compensation practices, salary adjustments, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, systems design and administration, and training and communications

Benefits Administration:

  • Support the administration benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, insurance, and other employee perks as needed
  • Support the administration of leave programs, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Support employees with benefits inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high employee satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in HR systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights on key metrics related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Total Rewards Analyst if you:

  • You bring 2-4 years of experience in compensation or total rewards, especially in a global and/or remote company.
  • You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, and are proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • You are familiar with HRIS systems and compensation and benefits management tools such as Workday, Pave, Radford, and ERI.
  • You have an understanding of benefits programs and have experience with benefits administration.
  • You excel in communication and can work effectively and collaboratively across diverse teams including other People Teams, Finance, Payroll, Sales and Legal.

  • Collaborate with the infrastructure engineering team to secure Webflow’s AWS deployment and procedures.

As an FP&A Systems Manager you’ll … 

  • Lead implementation, design and maintenance of FP&A planning and reporting software, serve as a key expert user and administrator as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and support to the broader FP&A team
  • Maintain data integrity across systems to ensure the FP&A planning and reporting software is accurate for actuals, data hierarchies, cost centers, general ledger accounts, etc
  • Create reporting templates and dashboards using source data to provide visualization to the end-users and their business partners

As a Director of Demand Generation, you’ll work closely with the sales, product marketing, and growth teams to build and execute integrated campaigns that accelerate revenue growth. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Webflow AI, you’ll … 

  • Develop an expert understanding of Webflow’s products, use cases, and the markets in which we compete — to bring to market new functionalities that drive value for our customers and our business  
  • Partner closely with product leaders to identify opportunities for new investment areas, including leading workstreams on product market fit, competitive analysis, and product scoping 
  • Bring new launches to market with a focus on driving commercial success - including developing pricing and packaging for new features, and partnering with sales leadership on enablement and deal support 
  • Partner closely with integrated marketing on building scalable campaigns that help us enter new markets - including content creation, audience segmentation, PR and demand generation.  
  • Take an agile approach to go to market: being willing to test, iterate and define new processes for how we market new products at Webflow.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Webflow AI if you:

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B enterprise software space
  • Have experience in AI & web design/development
  • Possess demonstrable understanding of web design and development and the relevant audiences associated with that type of work
  • Have experience marketing and bringing technical AI-products to market
  • Have owned a product area end-to-end; including product strategy, positioning, go to market and revenue targets. 
  • Enjoy turning complex technical concepts in to simple, thoughtful, and compelling stories

  • Enjoy driving and validating new initiatives, then transforming them into repeatable programs

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, Designer UX, you’ll:  

  • Write performant and accessible User Interfaces that power the Webflow visual design experience.
  • Work on technologies such as React,js, Javascript/Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Demonstrable solid experience and deep expertise in multiple technical domains.
  • Contribute to building and executing on functional strategy.
  • Lead projects that directly contribute to team and engineering organization's deliverables.
