The Event Onsite IT Analyst plays a critical role in collaborating closely with the Senior Manager Onsite IT and various internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT requirements for trade show events requiring Onsite IT support. This role involves proactive engagement with internal departments to gather specific IT requirements well in advance of each event, as well as taking a lead role in coordinating the logistics of hardware shipment for pre-show setup and post-show teardown. The position requires extensive travel, with a commitment to being on-site at events for a minimum of 50% of the time.


  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.

  • Ability to design custom reports using reporting tools.

About the Role:

The Sr. Revenue Analytics & Insights Manager will be responsible for owning Go-to-Market (GTM) data, performance, metrics and reporting management as well as conducting GTM analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the GTM teams. You Will:

  • Support, track and measure GTM and end-to-end (E2E) funnel activity, performance metrics and KPI’s (Lead > MQL > Opportunity > Closed Won > Renewal / Expansion > Churn) 
  • Monitor, track and report bottom-ups vs tops down forecast/pipeline input and analysis
  • Build & align the Sales Quotas with Invoca’s Booking Plans 
  • Build individual quota plans for Sellers (AEs & AMs), Overlays, SDRs, SEs, Partnerships, and Management
  • Be responsible for creating and supporting Sales compensation programs, practices and policies 
  • Partner with Finance to provide data required for commission calculations
  • Monitor, track and report Sales Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Metrics
  • Monitor, track and report GTM OKRs on a weekly basis. The KRs will include: 
    • Booking 
    • Data Quality Metrics
    • Pipeline Metrics
    • Sales Cycles
    • ASPs etc.
  • Build the sales productivity metrics and the monthly capacity profiles 
  • Build metrics needed for all applicable meetings such as BoD and Invocation
  • Perform deep dives into current and future state analysis, activity & performance, forecast/pipeline to understand how the collective E2E GTM business is doing in order to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive/inform GTM decisions, strategies and initiatives
  • Bring to life and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations both visually and verbally through providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Perform, report and lead discussions around activity, performance and KPI’s  
  • Design and create effective, insightful and reusable reporting and dashboards 
  • Adhoc analysis for the GTM leaders as needed

You Have:

  • 5-7 years of data and analytics and/or business intelligence experience, ideally within a SaaS company 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides 
  • Rich building experience and understanding with data visualization, revenue analytics and GTM tools (Clari, Salesforce, Tableau, SkyGeni, SPIFF) 
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly skilled in communicating and presenting analytical data to all levels of the company, including executives
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

The role involves working on Java applications including for letter production used by these systems and also working on Oracle based applications supplied to our Central Government clients in the UK.  As well as development of new components and releases you will also provide support for productions systems.


Required Experience:

  • Proven track record of full life cycle development of large applications using Java Frameworks and Oracle.
  • Solid experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, including Spring Boot. Experience of Junit for testing and Maven or Gradle for building is also required.
  • Excellent Oracle and PL-SQL development skills.
  • Experience of technologies including XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, HTML & CSS is desirable, as well as containerisation technologies such as Docker or Podman.
  • Familiarity with version control systems; we use GIT & PVCS.

  • Experience in working with NO-SQL database (Elasticsearch with LogStash is a must).

  • Development skills (scripting level in bash, basic Python is nice to have)
  • Familiarity with any modelling languages (ex. C4, UML, ArchiMate)
  • Data visualization and data story telling techniques.



    • Experience in design and maintaining data pipelines for data analytics.
    • Mathematical (statistical) background is an advantage.
    • Understanding of Azure services (Virtual Machines, Active Directory, Firewall, Application Gateway, Log Analytics).

    • Be the expert on the new user journey and our engagement and retention data. You’ll leverage your expertise to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in our data. Ultimately you will help provide actionable insights to inform and recommend strategies to optimize product offerings and customer experiences.
    • Partner on projects with Analytics Engineering to ensure accurate and timely availability of data and with Data Science when work requires making predictions.
    • Float from thinking about big strategic data questions to getting your hands dirty building out the processes, systems, and ultimately analyses to answer those questions. Be the person responsible for ongoing maintenance of what you have built.
    • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    ABOUT YOU ????

    • 6+ years of experience in the analytics space, taking on progressively more complex work and senior roles.

    • Experience at B2C technology companies and particularly around user engagement, user journey flows, and/or retention analytics.
    • A solid understanding of experimental design and statistics and can leverage that for analysis and assessment of A/B tests.

    • 8+ years of experience in technical project/program management, product management, or software engineering; 3+ years of experience building and managing a team

    • Ability to set the tooling and system vision for multiple organizations, achieving improvement in operational efficiency, and quality of operations

    • Knowledge of Sales, AM, Customer Success or similar contact center engineering landscapes

    • Knowledge of Go To Market motion

    General Summary:

    National Funding, a fintech leader in lending and one of San Diego’s fastest growing companies seeks to expand its core software team with a Software Engineer II. The Software Engineer II works with the core architecture team to design new features and systems for the loan lifecycle. Once designed, the engineer will develop high-quality, beautiful software that our user base will see and appreciate every day. As a member of the National Funding team, you will be engaged with product management resources to translate user requirements in a Jira tracked sprints. National Funding’s main systems are written in C#, with data systems in Python. Frontend is Next.js and React, while databases are hosted in Microsoft SQL. National Funding, additionally, has an extensive Salesforce implementation which uses a language called Apex, based on Java.

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop backend services (REST API's and Windows Services), with focus on maintainability, testability and reliability.
    • Take ownership of entire projects or specific aspects of a project and see it through, from preliminary system analysis to deployment.
    • Work with the core architecture team to design clean, simple systems to perform complex workflow.
    • Expanding the core capabilities of the National Funding lending platform aligned with the company’s software architecture and design, and its development principles and standards.
    • Leading development initiatives to enhance the core technology and improve customer experiences.
    • Working with IT operations teams to troubleshoot customer issues and resolution.
    • Works with the Salesforce platform team to build deep integration between National Funding’s funding platform and the Salesforce UI.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    • 5+ years of experience building great software.
    • 3+ years of experience in C# .NET (.NET 5-8 is a plus).
    • Solid experience in developing highly scalable and reliable backend services (e.g., Microservices REST API's utilizing AWS with Step Functions and Lambdas, both .NET 5-8 and Node), including integration with internal and external systems.
    • Understanding of distributed systems and message-driven service-oriented architecture.
    • Knowledge of and real-world experience with Unit Testing concepts and frameworks such as MS Test/NUnit, Moq, or Fakes.
    • A software engineer’s level of competence with SQL: joins, group by, etc.
    • Experience working in a CI/CD environment and partnering closely with DevOps.
    • Ease working in a small team working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum methodology.
    • Node & Python experience a definite plus.
