What will you do?

We are looking for someone with:

  • 8 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong SQL, Python, or R skills and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
  • Experience with SQL and BI tooling is strongly preferred
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders
  • Build, develop and maintain health data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
  • Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques. A/B Testing experience in a product analytics capacity is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner

How will this role have an impact?

  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.

  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

How will this role have an impact?

The Regional Capacity Management Lead role is a critical role that will be dedicated to lead capacity distribution management and strategy for a territory of ~10-12 states and $200M+ revenue related to the Home & Community Services (HCS) business line. The Regional Capacity Management Lead will be expected to drive capacity focused planning, stakeholder / goal alignment and lead overall planning / strategy for their assigned territory. The Regional Capacity Management Lead will be responsible for consulting with and executing against Production’s client and regional forecasts and plans related to membership (TML), operating against the breakdown of state, county, plan assignments, and working with Network Development and Activation to establish a library of robust and confident Provider rosters.
 
Over the last 5 years, Signify’s HCS business has grown ~500% organically with the core operating model–including planning and forecasting–continuing to be conducted at the national level. In 2024, Signify’s structure will segment key operational functions out into a regionalized structure with a core team of four owning planning and execution in their territory. The Regional Capacity Management Lead will be the owner and primary point contact for capacity management including all relevant stakeholders such as Network Development, Production, and Client Success teams.
 
The key responsibilities for this role include: 
 
1. Creating the capacity management forecast / plan for the region, leveraging details from the Production and Network Development Leads
2. Directing the focus of provider roster and assignments, or utilization, based on supply and demand drivers, promoting collaboration and communication between Production and Network Development
3. Establishing capabilities between demand and supply forecasts as part of Integrated Business Planning and leading monthly Capacity Review meetings for their territory
4. Preparation of supply / demand balancing scenarios, analyzing optionality & choices around demand, as well as supply trade-offs

  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.

About the Role:

As a Senior Program Manager of DPS Delivery, you will be responsible for managing strategic programs focused on new product development and service optimization initiatives. This role requires partnership with cross functional teams to define program scope and objectives, develop performance targets and KPIs, establish project plans, manage deliverables within set timelines, lead project team meetings, and manage status communications to executive leadership.

Cross functional team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential to success in this role. As a DPS Delivery Program Manager, you will report to the Director of DPS Delivery Operations and serve as a primary point of contact for Product, Operations, Finance and other business partners focused on the DPS service line.

How will this role have an impact? 

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations Analysis, the Manager, Operations Analysis will actively manage a team of operations analysts. This Operations Team is responsible for ongoing analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources to effectively identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of operational improvements in order to fill provider capacity to meet client goals.

This role involves strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and collaboration with various stakeholders within the company, including but not limited to Member Outreach, Technology, Product, and Network Operations on individual assignments and within a team construct. It also requires high proficiency with analytical tools (G-Suite, Excel, SQL, Elasticsearch, integrated auto-dialing platform, etc.), strong communication skills and commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service. You’ll require a high level of adaptability to execute on new intra-organizational agile processes and utilize tools and applications to optimize the impact we make to the Clients and Members we serve.

Finally, this team member must exude a servant leadership style in coordination with their technical aptitude in order to coach, maximize performance, provide day-to-day progress, and help empower others with whom they work.        

What will you do?

  • Manage a team of operations analysts develop short and long-term production planning and execution for respective health plans by tactically approaching client & plan management to maximize acceptance opportunity
  • Lead internal sustainability efforts supporting issue identification and root cause analysis within our integrated auto-dialing system
  • Identify daily scheduling target capacity in close collaboration with the Capacity Management Team efforts.
  • Optimize daily provider productivity and ensure KPIs are on track to achieve client goal commitments via streamlined operational processes and enriched data enablement
  • Attend & lead planning meetings with the Director of Production and Production leads
  • Lead Operations team to implement action plans to troubleshoot systems irregularities
  • Conduct geographical analysis and planning efforts for membership territory analysis alongside systems staffing and capacity capabilities to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor membership volumes to maximize provider utilization and meet production goals.
  • Execute on pilot initiatives as required for business enablement functions
  • Create, maintain, and present reports to the Production leadership team to proactively communicate trends and status of current tasks, inclusive of process and systems improvements

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Logistics, Healthcare Management or other related field or equivalent professional experience/education
  • 5+ years of successful relevant work experience, preferably planning, forecasting, capacity management, productivity optimization, or logistics management.
  • Healthcare experience within direct Production or Operations environment a plus
  • An ability to identify trends and data patterns, make recommendations, and present findings to a diverse audience of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated operations performance evaluation via analytical methodology.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; especially Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and overall strong application adaptability.
  • A team-oriented mindset, the ability to assume leadership responsibilities in coordination with mentoring junior team members, and communicate with myriad organizational stakeholders.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $74,000 to $130,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

How will this role have an impact?

A Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing and directly managing Quality Engineers assigned to engineering teams. The Quality Engineering Manager also supports those engineering teams through planning and executing test strategies to ensure that applications and underlying processes and infrastructure are thoroughly tested and ready to be released to production. They directly support team members in their career growth, make decisions backed by broader knowledge about work prioritization, and provide leadership to achieve and exceed business goals.

What will you do?

  • Manage a team of quality engineers in development and execution of end-to-end testing including manual, automation and performance testing of applications, APIs, and libraries
  • Develop and maintain a strong quality engineering culture within the team, in both technical and social components
  • Ensure the high-quality delivery of technical initiatives through sound testing strategy for test planning and execution, defect tracking, and metric(DORA) and status reporting
  • Hands-on contribution in engineering teams as required
  • Drive initiatives for higher engineering efficiencies for your team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience
  • 4+ years of direct people management experience (includes lead experience)
  • Extensive prior work with cloud-based systems
  • Broad experience testing high-throughput backend systems, at the infrastructure and software levels
  • Deep understanding of observability concepts and tooling
  • Experience as a hiring manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Test Automation – In addition to creating/modifying test scripts, proficient in implementing major changes or upgrading the automation framework
  • Databases - Write queries against principal tables/documents, understanding of db migrations/db schema augmentation, ETL testing
  • DevOps - Able to design and create a DevOps tool job partnering with DevOPs team (including Jenkins files) or create a deployment pipeline

What will you do?

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour placed by an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider. 
  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time, while making calls.

The Mobile Zone at Signify Health builds and maintains Signify Android and iOS applications, enabling the use of thousands of mobile devices for health care providers. With an overall focus on the growth and operational success of assigned client relationships, the Client Success Executive is a key leader in achieving Client’s program performance and ultimate success. The Client Success Executive will manage Signify’s partnership with one or more health plan clients, working as a trusted advisor to executive-level leaders across our partner organizations.

The Client Success Executive is expected to develop and execute a client plan in coordination with key stakeholders to lead strategic performance and growth initiatives.  The Client Success Executive must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where he/she does not have all of the answers but is empowered to find answers and solutions to our clients’ problems.  The Client Success Executive must possess skills to analyze data, engage and foster deep relationships with client executives, and develop and implement targeted action plans to drive performance and growth.

This role will report to our SVP, Client Success.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client plan at the individual and book of business level. Initiatives within the plan will include (1) ensuring that our client partnerships are operationally sound, (2) driving performance improvement in key leading and lagging indicators, and (3) driving growth of our relationships through expansion across Signify Health products and services
  • Coordinate and work closely with members of Signify Health’s Operations, Analytics, Technology, Clinical, Legal, and other teams who collectively deliver Signify Health’s offering
  • Lead and support performance improvement initiatives, leveraging all appropriate client-specific and Signify Health capability offerings and solutions
  • Develop “expert-level” knowledge of assigned client organizational structures and operational needs
  • Create recognition of unique value through facilitating dashboard reporting to keep internal and client stakeholders informed of the status of critical client-level initiatives, drive decision-making around key client-level decisions, and develop issue/risk mitigation plans
  • Lead communications and stakeholder management efforts, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities with key client management-level and executive stakeholders

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant healthcare industry experience; healthcare consulting and/or business development background is preferred
  • Experience successfully designing, implementing, and managing strategic and change management initiatives with healthcare provider organizations, with a focus on population health management
  • Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, including successfully managing cross functional teams
  • Superior project management skills and an orientation to plan and organize work and teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and skill set that can build for purpose, actualize, and continuously improve in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel routinely to address client needs; generally 30-50% of the time, with periods of greater and lesser travel and based on geography

The base salary hiring range for this position is $102,000 to $184,400. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

How will this role have an impact?

A Software Engineer - Datadevelops systems to manage data flow throughout Signify Health’s infrastructure. This involves all elements of data engineering, such as ingestion, transformation, and distribution of data.

What will you do?

  • Deliver clean and functional code in accordance with business requirements.
  • Consume data from any source, such as flat files, streaming systems, or RESTful APIs  
  • Develop a high level understanding of data ecosystems and its impacts on adjacent systems.
  • Interface with Electronic Health Records
  • Engineer scalable, reliable, and performant systems to manage data
  • Collaborate closely with other Engineers, QA, Scrum master, Product Manager in your team as well as across the organization
  • Build quality systems while expanding offerings to dependent teams
  • Implement observability in the form of metrics, logging, and monitoring
  • Comfortable in multiple roles, from Design and Development to Code Deployment to and monitoring and investigating in production systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner while clearly measuring progress
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async programming patterns, object-oriented design, parallel programming)
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one popular programming language (.NET or Java) and SQL constructs.
  • Experience writing and maintaining frontend client applications, Angular preferred
  • Experience with revision control (Git)
  • High level understanding of cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP).
  • High level understanding of big data design (data lake, data mesh, data warehouse) and data normalization patterns
  • High level understanding of Queuing technologies (Kafka / SNS / RabbitMQ etc)
  • High level understanding of Metrics, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools
  • Strong communication skills
