How will this role have an impact?

A Data Engineer develops systems to manage data flow throughout Signify Health’s infrastructure. This involves all elements of data engineering, such as ingestion, transformation, and distribution of data.

What will you do?

  • Train and coach other developers on engineering principles
  • Investigate new tools, libraries, frameworks that exist or might exist for use in designing software
  • Communicate with business leaders to help translate requirements into functional specification
  • Develop broad understanding of business logic and functionality of current systems

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner while clearly measuring progress
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async programming patterns, object-oriented design, parallel programming)
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one popular programming language (.NET or Java) and SQL constructs.
  • Strong experience with big data pipelines in cloud and data normalization patterns. Experience with Orchestration tool, Snowflake and DBT is desired
  • Strong experience with cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP).
  • Strong experience with building big data pipelines (ADF / Data Bricks / Snowflake) and data normalization patterns 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong experience with use of RESTful APIs
  • Demonstrated experience with Queuing technologies (Kafka / SNS / RabbitMQ etc)
  • Demonstrated experience with Metrics, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools
  • Demonstrated experience with revision control (Git)
  • Demonstrated experience with deployment tasks and technologies. (CI/CD Pipeline, K8s, Terraform).

How will this role have an impact?
The Nurse Clinical Lead - Product Development is a role within the Network Success team responsible for ensuring the clinical success of the provider network, with an emphasis on growing new products through pilot phase to full network implementation.
In this role, you will serve as a lead within Network Success and work with cross functional teams to ensure Diagnostic and Preventive Service products are thoroughly researched, vetted, and implemented with a focus on clinical quality and compliance.

You will also support and coach providers throughout pilot and expansion phases of new products, using feedback obtained to improve the product offerings prior to full network implementation.  You will develop standard operating procedures for new products and QA tools and collaborate regularly with the clinical education team to ensure providers have all necessary resources to perform the test/skill successfully.  You will be expected to manage multiple components of a project simultaneously and to use data to formulate strategies for process improvement.

Logistics:  This is a remote work position with some travel requirements

 

What Will you do?

  • Assist interdepartmental teams in building new lab/testing products from the clinical quality and compliance perspective
  • Develop QA tools, standard operating procedures, and education to ensure success of new products within the Diagnostic and Preventive Services department
  • Support and coach provider network performing Diagnostic and Preventive Service labs/testing
  • Point of contact for clinical leadership to the provider network as needed
  • Provide ancillary service training to clinicians as needed
  • Provides general support to the Network Success team as needed
  • Serve as the clinical resource for the Diagnostic and Preventive Services department, supporting providers in completion and quality of lab/testing services performed
  • Support compliance initiatives throughout the organization. 
  • Coach the provider network performance as indicated to ensure quality standards are upheld.
  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
  • Complete reports/projects/tasks as requested by the Sr. Nurse Clinical Manager

Basic Qualifications:

How will this role have an impact?

This position is responsible for providing technical and operational support to Signify Health’s Clinician Network (Providers) and Signify Health’s employee groups. What will you do?

  • Day to day technical and application support for external clinician network and internal Signify Health employees
  • Customer engagement via ticketing system, inbound and outbound, and email channels

  • Resolve basic ADP, OKTA and other application issues. Basic MacOS, Windows OS devices for external provider Signify Health employees

What will you do?

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour placed by an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider. 
  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time, while making calls.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Coding, this position is responsible for ICD-10 coding of Health Risk Evaluations of Medicare and Medicaid members that are performed by the Signify Health physicians and reviewing the Health Risk Assessments/Evaluations to insure completeness, accuracy and compliance with CMS guidelines.

What will you do?
  • Reviews health risk assessments/evaluations to determine completion and compliance with CMS guidelines on a timely basis.
  • Reviews and assesses the accuracy, completeness, specificity and appropriateness of diagnosis codes identified in the health risk assessments/evaluations.
  • Reviews health risk assessments/evaluations to accurately and completely assign all ICD-9/10 codes that are clinically identified and supported in the assessment/evaluation on a timely basis.
  • Communicates timely and effectively with supervisor regarding issues with the health risk assessments/evaluations and/or corrections required to the health risk assessments/evaluations.
  • Understanding the relationship between IC-9/10 coding and HCC (hierarchical condition category) coding.
  • Utilizes advanced, specialized knowledge of medical codes and coding protocol by providing guidance to the Director of Coding to ensure the organization is following Medicare coding protocol for payment of claims.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to integrating coding compliance standard into coding practices. Identify, correct and report coding problems.
  • Maintain adequate knowledge of compliant coding procedures related top Medicare Risk Adjustment.
  • Maintain coding credentials
  • Complete special projects as assigned by management, which require defining problems, and implementing required changes.
  • Follows all legal and policy requirements for HIPAA protected data.

  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy.

How will this role have an impact?

The Data Analyst reports to the Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics.  The Data Analyst is the sole point of contact responsible for the data quality initiatives of the Data Management organization with respect to all healthcare data produced by the organization.  The Data Analyst will help establish the vision for data quality standards that are maintained by development teams within the Data Management organization.  The Data Analyst will work closely with the Business Analysts to ensure that data contracts between data suppliers (external and internal) and the Data Management Team are satisfied as well as that the data contracts for data pushed downstream to internal consumers of the data are established and communicated.  The Data Analyst will also work closely with the leadership of Business Intelligence to ensure that semantic layer processing is in line with high data quality standards and clear business approval/review.  The Data Analyst will work closely with other leaders in the company to help formulate strategic healthcare data partnerships where new data must be ingested, processed and disseminated downstream into new and existing reporting or new and existing data contracts.  The Data Analyst will also help formulate the strategy for what value lies in the new and existing data in order to achieve insightful solutions. The Data Analyst will review CMS-related changes that may impact the use of data in the organization and translate that information into tactical approaches to be taken by the development teams.  The Data Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with team members to collect and analyze data. The Data Analyst will be responsible to structure large datasets to find usable information and be able to work with the team of analysts and other associates to process information. The Data Analyst will also help establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and create reports and presentations based on recommendations and findings.

Qualifications:

Education/Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

The Sr. Manager of Planning and Delivery will have a critical role in driving improved clinician network delivery and capacity management decision-making processes through the development of robust business tools and data analysis.   • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.

  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

How will this role have an impact?

We are seeking a product owner to lead the development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap. within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data, analytics, and product management. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and customer success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scope and communicate priorities.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on product, stakeholder, and BAU requirements.
  • Maintain and execute data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic goals
  • Monitor key product metrics and conduct regular reviews to assess product performance and surface opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of total work experience demonstrating increasing complexity and scope in roles and responsibilities

As part of the Signify Health’s Member Engagement team, you will contact members of various Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans by phone to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluation. You will work diligently to meet department productivity, quality, and customer service goals.

This role will report to a Member Engagement Manager.

What will you do?

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour placed by an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider. 
  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time, while making calls.
  • Proficiency in the English language

Requirements:

  • Experience in a product model organization where you collaborate with product leadership and provide influence, resources, and vision to cross functional product teams on data governance and data quality
  • 7+ years of data delivery experience with the focus on defining data governance strategy and execution by working with cross functional stakeholders to understand the requirements, putting together a data governance charter, developing data catalog approach, and managing it to deliver the business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing standards and policies for implementing data usage, data sharing, offshoring and other access controls.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing a data cataloging approach to capture data classification, data lineage and data definitions in support of promoting self-service and data democratization.
  • Experience providing governance oversight for various emerging AI/ML initiatives
  • Demonstrated technology and personal leadership experience in data ingestion, data warehousing, online and analytic consumptions including API
  • 5+ years of experience in formal leadership roles managing and directing multiple data teams and other leaders.
  • Experience with implementing healthcare interoperability solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience with dealing with healthcare data including Claims, Eligibility, members, lab and EMR data is preferred.
