We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to help set up our squads for success and take charge of delivery within the next team.  This role will serve as a central point of contact and accountability for project delivery - driving efficiency, collaboration and excellence within the team. By utilising your toolkit of Agile methodologies, you'll plan and organise work with squad leads while contributing to our culture of a bias to action.

This is a great opportunity for someone to demonstrate their delivery capabilities in a fun fast paced team focused on exciting initiatives.

  • Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure squads stay focused on sprint goals, help to remove blockers, and facilitate a bias to action.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed about project progress, changes in scope, and any other relevant updates.
  • Support squads with quarterly roadmap planning and ensure internal and external dependencies are identified and planned for.
  • Empower squads to follow Agile best practices and maintain a high standard of quality in deliverables.
  • Lead product release planning and execution ensuring best practice in QA and deployment planning.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the delivery practice within Car Group.

Technologies we work with

  • Our primary application is built with Ruby on Rails. You’ll also encounter or work with Node.js, Go, and Python.
  • Our production systems run primarily in Google Cloud Platform though we also have a small footprint in Amazon Web Services
  • Besides our primary application, some services you will support include our VPN/Tailscale, CI/CD pipelines, Google Kubernetes Engine Clusters, MySQL databases, Airflow, RabbitMQ, and Redshift

In this mission-critical role, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure for Adwerx
  • Create, maintain, and/or iterate on various workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine
  • Contribute to the Ruby on Rails monolith to upgrade dependencies, integrate with infrastructure features, or optimize performance
  • Maintain reliable network paths and connections between all external and internal services (DNS, VPN, VPC peering)
  • Participate and run point in handling production incidents
  • Participate in solution design for new features, products, systems, and tooling
  • Find new ways to use existing systems to improve scalability and performance for our platform
  • Interact with the larger organization to ensure the uptime and reliability of our infrastructure
  • Iterate on security standards and reviewing code for secure coding practices
  • Partner with engineering teams closely to educate and consult
  • Continually monitor application/system performance and costs (SLOs), generate actionable insights and either implement or advocate for them
  • Participate in on-call rotations, along with every member of the engineering team
  • Work closely with engineering teams to conduct root cause analyses for production incidents and make plans to remediate or prevent recurrences
  • Collaboratively plot the course and document Adwerx infrastructure

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to change and releases and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges to minimize impact on release schedules including conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years proven experience as a Change / Release Manager in an enterprise setting with a mix of legacy and cloud solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Change and Release Management principles, tools, and methodologies.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy, you’ll manage all aspects of the software product development lifecycle for one or more of Experian’s global fraud products, starting with product planning and product vision, development of the product and through post-release management.   • Define and drive the roadmap for identity graph-based fraud detection and identity confidence solutions, or for Device and Collectors solutions
  • Become the market expert and help identify future fraud detection capabilities 
  • Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ by gathering business and market requirements from prospects, customers, domain experts, technology visionaries, and products/solutions from competing vendors 
  • Own the specifications that will guide the engineering team developing and testing the product 
  • Partner with various business stakeholders to ensure the product meets security, legal, compliance, delivery, GTM standards and expectations 
  • Work with third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities 
  • Perform product demos to internal and external audiences, and train regional sales and field experts to do the same

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in role-relevant field; MBA is a plus 
  • 5+ years of software Product Management experience (fraud and identity software strongly preferred) 
  • Strong Release Management leadership experience in an Agile development environment (Software as a Service experience is a plus) 
  • Experience influencing and earning the trust of senior stakeholders and moving cross-functional business teams to act swiftly
  • Knowledge of the fraud and identity market and competitive landscape
  • Superior communication skills

  • Support the development of new analytical and data products and services and the enhancement of current processes and offerings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of data analytics modeling/data analysis industry experience, including data discovery, data profiling and data preparation experience. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • Proven analytical skills to resolve technical problems effectively, identify and implement process improvements, and think creatively.
  • Intermediate level skill set in SQL programming (Transact SQL).  Snowflake experience a plus.
  • Familiar with languages (dbt, Python).  Knowledge in dbt a plus.
  • Proficient in Data Discovery, Data Profiling and Data preparation.
  • Intermediate level experience working with Data Modeling tools (ERWin, SQLDBM, etc.). Experience with SqlDBM a plus.

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our Sitefinity Insight team. The opportunity is a great match for someone who has a solid background in software testing and test automation.  
 
The Product 

Sitefinity Insightan end user Marketing Analytics product which delivers actionable insights for Digital Marketers based on huge amounts of behavioral and demographic data collected from the site visitors. It is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution deployed in Azure dealing with hundreds of data points per second, API queries executed in milliseconds and proven 99.98% up-time. Sitefinity Insight is an integral part of our Sitefinity CMS product and Progress DX platform. 
 
Please note that this is a temporary position with an approximate duration of 1 - 1,5 years. 

What you will be doing most of the time:

  • Get familiar with feature requirements and provide feedback on them   
  • Prepare test cases based on feature requirements and specifications   
  • Use various testing techniques to verify features and fixes are correctly implemented   
  • Develop automated tests   
  • Monitor and maintain test environments as well as the overall quality of the product 
What we are looking for: 
  • Solid QA experience
  • Proficient in software development (code reading/writing, design, debugging)
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Expertise in developing acceptance criteria, test plans, cases and test automation
  • Skilled in testing modern web applications and services
  • A friendly, creative team player who is enthusiastic about learning new things
  • Familiarity with agile processes (Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience with CI & CD

Here are some skills that would give you a major advantage but are in no case a must:

  • Non-functional testing skills like performance, security, scalability 
  • Experience with Clouds (Azure, AWS) 
  • Prior experience with MsTest, Karma/Jasmine and Protractor   
  • Previous experience testing Angular and Single Page Applications (SPA) and related technologies ODATA, REST, HTML5.   
  • Any repetitive tasks automation experience (PowerShell scripting or others)

Core responsibilities

  • Design, develop, edit, and deliver accurate and effective developer documentation for Okta products.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, Developer Content Strategy, and members of the Information Development team to ensure quality and accuracy of content.
  • Prioritize projects when working with multiple engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with developers to review and finalize API documentation.
  • Analyze customer feedback before and after delivering documentation to enhance content depth, quality, and relevance.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • 1-2 years relevant experience writing developer documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products.
  • Bachelor degree or certificate in Technical Writing is preferred.
  • Experience writing developer and API documentation.
  • Experience using Visual Studio Code, Redocly or similar developer documentation tools.
  • Experience using source control tools such as Git and GitHub and creating content in Markdown and YAML.
  • Strong ability to understand the application of security products in the real world and produce use case-based content.

Desired knowledge 

  • Proven record of writing accurate, clear, and concise documentation for a developer audience
  • Knowledge of Okta or similar identity and access management solutions




Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. Working with FR and EN writers and editors, your role will be to help the team produce the final transcreated work by translating and contextually deconstructing source texts and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Supply the cultural context of FR and EN texts
  • Communicate with Project Managers & Coordinators in both FR and EN
  • Provide feedback to FR and EN writers before delivering final work to clients (includes proofreading FR and EN texts and comparing target texts with the source)
  • Coordinating with Project Managers & Coordinators
  • QA and proofread non-literary translations
  • Manage an EN-FR Translation Memory (TM) if needed


You must have the following:

  • Effective communication skills and poise in conflict situations
  • A talent and passion for language
  • Command of current Korean usage in Korea

  • Experience in QA/QC (not a requirement, but a plus)

About the Role:

Our quality assurance team is looking for a software development engineer who is passionate about product quality and automated testing.  You will work with an agile development team and be responsible for developing test scripts, integration tests, and functional tests for applications written in Java/Python/Node and front-end frameworks such as React/Angular. We follow Agile and Continuous Integration (CI) principles and would like someone who is self-motivated, passionate about making an impact, and can execute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Writing integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 daysper week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
