Position Overview:

As a Senior Social Copywriter, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining and bringing to life the brand voice for one of our priority Entertainment Social Agency of Record clients. With a keen eye for emerging pop culture and disruptive ideas, you’ll boost a brand’s social media presence, increase brand recognition, and transform casual fans into devoted followers. A passion for and a deep love of TV and film is an important prerequisite for this position to fulfill day-to-day responsibilities. Your daily tasks will involve bringing to life the existing brand tone and voice across social platforms through copywriting, creativity, and daily trend tracking.


Job Type:Contract (Hybrid)

  • Required In-Office at Client Location 1x Weekly
  • 40 hours/week

Hourly Range: $34/hour-$41/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Social Copywriting:
    • Craft effective copy that captures the brand voice, consistently striving to deliver best-in-class social captions while adhering to overall brand guidelines.

    • Maintain a cohesive and engaging brand voice that aligns with our client’s vision.

    • Create and curate captivating, on-brand social copy, in partnership with the STN + client social teams, with a goal to drive social engagement and follower growth.

    • Write copy that reflects current trends effectively by aligning brand content with what resonates with the online community.

    • Lead weekly voice and tone strategy audits to ensure consistency, relevancy and creativity across social posts - present findings to client + STN social teams.

    • Oversees and manages the copy and work of the STN social team, leading copy reviews and approvals to ensure the brand tone is consistent before being sent to the client.

    • Consistently collaborate with the STN creative and social teams to ensure content adheres to the client’s brand guidelines, meets social engagement goals and (when possible) ties into the latest creative and platform trends

  • Client Management:
    • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, offering creative solutions that align with their brand voice and tone.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to showcase writing work, discuss project progress, and gather feedback.
    • Anticipate potential challenges and provide strategic solutions to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

About the Role

First and foremost, you are an excellent coach. Your task if to give agents feedback, identify root causes of performance issues, and actively train agents to fix the defects that you find. You hold the people on your team to your high standards (you are not afraid to say "this isn't good, and here's why"), keep the customer experience at the center of every conversation, create SMART goals for improving performance, and write feedback that meets our standards for feedback. You are not afraid to dive into customer issues yourself and are able to become a product expert in order to serve as an excellence coaching source for your agents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

  • Closely monitoring agent performance, primarily in terms of quality, productivity, and attendance metrics, with a primary goal of maintaining quality assurance scores above 90%
  • Providing frequent coaching to agents based QA feedback, metrics, customer survey responses, and your own ticket observations
  • Occasionally handling angry customer escalations
  • Ensure schedule adherence by agents & desired productivity levels
  • Maintaining coaching logs and providing regular written feedback to agents
  • Comfortably navigating our support environment, which includes tools such as Zendesk, Metabase, and Five9
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Initiate consequence management steps in case of low performance by team members
  • Delegate tasks to high potential team members to build a culture of learning & development in the tea
  • Suggest & lead team building activities for team motivation

Profile Must Haves

  • Coaching experience - you've been directly responsible for help others improve their performance
  • Customer service experience - you have been in a customer-facing position 

Your First Days

30 Days

You become a product expert and dive straight into support, learning how to walk the walk excellently yourself so that you can coach your future agents from a better position. 

60 Days

You get your first team and immediately set about evaluating their performance and drafting your first SMART goals for each agent to get them hitting targets. You start leaving regular written feedback to agents and get a coaching rhythm going with them. 

90 Days

Your team is hitting above 90% on quality metrics. For the agents not hitting, you have a clear plan for how you expect them to get there and by when.

Job Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting ETL solutions integrating multiple data sources, including data analysis and solution modeling
  • Acceptable: Advanced experience in working with enterprise level ETL tools and java
  • 3-5 years SQL skills
  • 3-5 years experience with databases and database objects in MS SQL Server

We are looking for a Product Manager Consultant focused on Infrastructure projects for a one-year contract with our IT Strategy and Operations team.  In this remote (US) contract role, you will work closely with business leaders, product management teams, and the IT teams. You will use Agile techniques to define and execute high-impact product releases, delivering business benefits, technical quality, and customer satisfaction. You will facilitate the design and development of stories for release and maintain a groomed backlog based on business value, cost, strategic direction and the authentic voice of the customer.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have strong subject matter expertise in the Microsoft O365 suite of products, can influence others, and function as a change agent. Ideally, you are self-motivated, proactive, and have a proven ability to collaborate well and work cross-functionally within the organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business needs, future development priorities, and company goals
  • Identify needs by interacting with the business community, vendors and by keeping current on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure backlog queue is well defined, prioritized, socialized, communicated, and recorded in an Agile toolset
  • Work with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete, translated into technical requirements and the user stories are ready to code
  • Perform business and technical analysis with subject matter experts and internal customers to refine MVP and Release goals
  • Validate perceived needs by conducting surveys, polling, facilitated focus groups, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities, product enhancements, and line extensions
  • Work with the Application team and QA to define acceptance tests for features
  • Monitor progress and provide reports on product strategy and direction
  • Collaborate with broader IT and Business teams to identify upstream, downstream, or other product-related dependencies

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years as a lead Product Owner/Business Analyst/Infrastructure Manager or similar role implementing/supporting Microsoft O365 suite of projects, specifically TEAMS and MS Sharepoint (Sites/Documentation, etc.)
  • Experience with the transition from Google ecosystem (Google Drive) to MS O365 ecosystem
  • 5+ years of IT Application development experience, preferably in Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile development methodology
  • Strong understanding of all Microsoft best practices, such as proper folder structure, site maintenance, TEAMS usage, etc. 
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide, complex infrastructure projects working with broader business teams, assessing current tool usage and best paths of transition to Microsoft
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor but be able to guide a team toward an objective
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycles in a dev/ops CI/CD
  • Product or Program Management experience with complex products in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodologies
  • Experience in managing and building teams, prioritizing well, communicating clearly, and influencing cross-functional teams
  • SaaS, Private Cloud, and Cloud experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or business administration or equivalent education and work experience

The Product Manager owns the product roadmap which will be presented to executive leadership teams and is accountable for executing against that roadmap.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Frequently interact with customers and user and customer experience teams to understand customer pain points, interpret market research and competitive analysis to create ideas for the product roadmap.
    • Design research plans to help define customer need and value.
    • Set the product vision and strategy. Define the priority of features and functionality based on customer/market need and value. Clearly articulate the customer value and business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or feature release using problem statements.
    • Owns, defines, and communicates the roadmap for their product. Evaluates that roadmap every quarter to identify shifts that need to happen based on current customer needs and criticality of features based on value and effort.
    • Understands KPIs that need to be met for the feature. Define the definition of success, how it should be measured and what must be achieved to be successful. Provide measurable data to support recommended strategy.
    • Participate in variety of listening post discussions to ensure the voice of the customer is well reflected within the product vision.
    • Be an ambassador for the product team and for the company.
    • Provide clear definition for expected outcomes which enables all contributing teams to perform their roles and deliver a successful product.
    • Define clear milestones for what teams must deliver and help create plans for when it could be delivered.
    • Leads requirements gathering effort on the epics and size them consulting with product development, QA, implementations, etc. as needed.
    • Break down Epics into Features and stories and document the story details based on the epics and features after review with engineering to size them and provide a delivery/execution plan with timelines.
    • Works with engineering managers to run scrum meetings including stand-ups, retrospectives, refinement, planning and demos; define the sprint goals and continuously improve processes.
    • Help clear barriers and obstacles for the development team through clear communication with key stakeholders and provide clarity to the engineering teams through well defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Works with UX design teams to assist them in creating mockups and validate the designs with customers.
    • Ensure release notes are provided in a timely fashion to product marketing highlighting the product features and user guides with illustrations.
    • Demo the pre-release version of the product with internal stakeholders, conduct training sessions and ensure product documentation is available prior to the release. Ensure post release validations and send release notes to internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure product adoption with customers and identify next wave of features that improve the product.
    • Working with other Product Managers and Product Owners throughout the company to create a community of practice.
    • Additional responsibilities as required. 

     

    Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing or Finance. Will also accept equivalent of Bachelor Degree through any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Masters of Business Administrator or Certification in Product Management preferred.
    • 4+ Years Benefits Administration or related Experience.
    • Demonstrated success bringing new software products or services to market.
    • Solid business acumen to understand business problems and devise technical solutions.
    • Proven experience driving priorities, managing trade-offs, and solving complex problems.
    • Expertise working with cross functional teams including sales, user experience designers, and engineering teams in an Agile framework.
    • Strongly recommended from peers at all levels of organization.
