Job Description

ISN Corporation, a federal government contractor located in Bethesda, MD, is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to support a Head Start Contract.  The QA Manager should be familiar with all aspects of the Head Start program including the Program Performance Standards (PPS) and all program policies.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:  
• Perform Peer Review of all program performance areas included but not limited to on-going child file monitoring, facility environment, work order completion and the completion of required paperwork
• Rotate center(s) and perform Peer Review assignments to establish continuity
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement 
• Align Head Start monitoring and Peer Review aspects of job with the Head Start program goals and expected child and family outcomes
• Familiar with all aspects of the Head Start Performance Standards including Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Council on Accreditation (COA) and other agency program regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
• Develop and produce statistical data to reflect on-going Peer Review, compliance action plans for CQI process
• Analyze and utilize data to identify and explain issues, as well as implement corrections in coordination with program staff
• Monitor all program performance areas including on-going child file monitoring, CLASS, environmental and safety status of facilities, completion of needed facility corrections, and completion of required paperwork
• Produce reports of incident, infectious disease, complaints, for the Continuous and Performance Quality Improvement process complying with PPS and COA.
• Present data captured to analyze trend reporting and discuss program status with leadership.
• Work in conjunction with Program leadership to develop checklist if they are not in existence including any regulatory guidelines

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 6+ years related experience.   
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.   
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

General Summary

As a Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for building highly available reliable platforms and experience creating environments that support good practices for the development team such as auto scaling, blue green deployment, and auto failover. General experience and knowledge of cloud tools and monitoring tools (security patching), along with being an expert in cloud computing is key.

As an individual on the team, you will develop platform solutions to technical challenges identified by Product Management; you will continuously improve the platform by refactoring, performing bug fixes, and operating the infrastructure; and you will collaborate closely with the entire team, contributing to team processes and culture.

You will sit directly with the Platform Engineering Team, work in close collaboration with other engineering teams, and report to the Senior Manager, Platform Engineering.

Core Functions 

  • Develop new features and implement bug fixes for the company’s platform infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers and QA to design, install and maintain the essential platforms that propel software applications
  • Work with other engineers to improve existing architecture, define new architecture patterns, and research and implement tools and processes that enhance quality and increase productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working on challenging problems in complex language applications
  • Familiarity with a variety of front and backend architectural patterns, frameworks, and libraries
  • Knowledge of modern Cloud/DevOps topics (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Proficiency in scripting and/or programming languages such as Python, C#, Powershell or Bash.

Compensation

Peaksware/TrainingPeaks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $80,317 - $133,861. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.

This role is eligible for variable compensation, including bonus.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities range from high-level logical architecture through low-level detailed design and implementation, including:

  • Design, build, and scale sophisticated high-volume client and server-side applications and frameworks.
  • Create UI designs, design language/patterns and pluggable framework to be utilized by independent development teams of independent modular functionality.
  • Write reusable, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements that translate into application design.

Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer, that will own the whole QA process from integration testing on the server by setting up continuous integration framework, to scheduled app testing with automated tests for both of our iOS and Android apps. 

In this role, you will get to be in the front-lines of an early-stage venture-backed startup! You will have the autonomy, as the QA Lead, to make your own decisions, and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA process, by designing, developing, and implementing the QA infrastructure
  • Utilize both manual and automated testing strategies
  • Manage bugs, including identification, logging, tracking and triaging
  • Implement Continuous Integration (CI) system on the server
  • Create automated mobile tests for our iOS and Android apps, that will be scheduled to run daily, using a mobile app testing platform, such as Firebase Test Lab or other similar tools.
  • Write and execute test plans
  • Define and refine requirements with product managers and the rest of your team 
  • Provide feedback to the team on the potential risks and mitigation tactics of their intended approach
  • Work with the team to manage risk and reduce it to an acceptable level
  • Understand project requirements, elicit feedback, and refine solutions accordingly
  • Work diligently in a virtual team environment, with leaders and teammates located around the world
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

If you lack some of these skills or experiences, we would require you to show us that you can learn the skill fast, or have a very similar skill or experience. The hiring process involves coding challenges to test your technical skills.

  • 3+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • 2+ years of software testing experience
  • Need to have access to both iPhone and Android devices. Without having devices from both platforms, it's not possible to be hired.
  • Perfect English, both written and verbal
  • Expert knowledge and extensive experience in Automated Mobile App Testing platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of Firebase and many tools and functionalities it comes with, especially Android Test Lab
  • Experience writing test automation
  • Worked with applications that interact with remote APIs (via REST, RPC, etc.)
  • Can write clean code with excellent documentation and unit test scripts
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new systems and technologies as required
  • Motivated to write quality, readable code.

 Overview:

As the Senior Director of North America Technology Services at LivePerson, you will oversee the North America Technology Services group, which includes the design, build, and run service organizations. Your role involves crafting team structures, deploying technology solutions, and developing processes to ensure peak performance. Additionally, you will spearhead the success of our technology implementations, enhancements, and continuous optimizations.

You will: 

  • Optimize the NA services operations and GTM motions to accelerate our customers' deployment times and reduce overall time to value.
  • Manage metrics that measure the services organization's effectiveness in deploying our time to value and ensure our customers reach value realization.
  • Lead a team of professionals in areas including AI strategy, conversation design, bot development, QA, AI tuning, and analytics.
  • Manage pre-sales technical due diligence, end-to-end technology implementation, optimization, and analytics.
  • Serve as the NA escalation point for customers regarding technology services.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders of enterprise brands to align technology services with their business goals, laying out transformation strategies and driving execution through iterative product development.
  • Drive innovation through collaboration with product teams, executing proof-of-concepts, and adopting new product features early.
  • Manage performance across all NA accounts using OKRs and KPIs in partnership with Account Management.
  • Handle resource allocation, staff planning, third-party partner management, and team scaling.
  • Implement continuous improvements in pre-sale scoping, technical implementation, and optimization processes.
  • Partner with Managed Services Operations to integrate human agent insights, enhancing customer experiences and reducing labor costs.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and structures to prepare for growth, leading change initiatives and process improvements.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier industry talent, establishing strong and trusted relationships across LivePerson.

You have:

  • Proven executive with 12+ years of experience leading high-performing technical and services delivery teams.
  • Experience presenting to and delivering for C-suite executives, preferably in a conversational AI or technical SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in scaling and optimizing Technology Services in growing environments.
  • Strong technical expertise, including experience with software development processes like Agile, and familiarity with data management, analytics, AI, voice technologies and bot development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Benefits: 

The salary range for this role will be between $200,000 to $230,000 and commission split is 80/20. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications.
