ISN Corporation is seeking a full-time Recruiter!

The Recruiter's main responsibilities will be sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of positions at ISN Corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for positions within the government contractor sector. He or she will help refine our internal processes for identifying candidates, maintaining a pipeline of potential future candidates, and ensuring that the recruiting process is an appropriate reflection of our culture and core values.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide full life cycle recruiting support in a high volume-recruiting environment; source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and close candidates.
  • Work closely and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization to understand current and future needs.
  • Maintain contact with candidates and database with candidate information.
  • Source, screen, and interviews candidates ensuring that recruiting practices comply with EEO and ADA guidelines.
  • Conducts reference and background checks, assists managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and in the selection of the most qualified candidates.
  • Prepares and extends job offer package to successful candidate. In conjunction with management, negotiates package as appropriate.
  • Facilitates the new-hire process including orientation and ensures the appropriate and timely processing of new-hire paperwork.
  • Identifies, attracts, interviews and recommends placement of candidates for all levels complying with company policy and equal employment opportunity (EEO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
  • Provide weekly status reports about open requisitions and recruiting activities to hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Analyze current on-boarding process to improve inefficiencies and create a positive recruiting experience for candidates.
  • Build a candidate pipeline for key positions and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.Track metrics and use data for AAP.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience (Two or more years with Gov. Contractors)
  • Strong interviewing skills for establishing rapport with candidate and gathering information for hiring decisions.
  • Experience working with recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including EEO and ADA regulations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
  • Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service driven and attention to detail is a must.

Job Description

ISN is currently seeking experienced case reviewers as a Prime vendor on PAPERPROOF. A successful candidate will demonstrate ability to review and assemble completed field reports of investigation (ROIs) for compliance with national standards and customer requirements. Review of ROIs will be done to ensure stringent quality assurance standards to include coverage and accuracy with minimal oversight and guidance. Works to deadlines and guides cases to timely closure. Specific duties may include: Communicates regularly with field staff regarding any case items/issues. May assist with quality audits. Maintains knowledge and familiarity with customer case requirements. Assists the field investigations unit in reworking deficient cases. Uses the Internet to research addresses and phone numbers. Works closely with the program team and investigators to complete cases to client specifications and timeliness parameters. Serves as a coverage SME, providing clarification to the field staff concerning deficiency notifications. May assist with additional duties related to the core job duties as tasked.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Experience with PAPERPROOF or DCSA is preferred. Preferred experience would include:

Strong analytical skills, and comfortable with financial and operations analyses. Demonstrated skills in planning and organizing a project.

Experience developing controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate operational performance and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

Requires proof of successful completion of a NIT approved reviewer/closer training course.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience minimum.

Must be detail oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.

Must demonstrated ability to work well with others, lead effectively when needed, work independently, and manage multiple complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.

This position is for an Independent Contractor.

  • The Recall Audit Inspector shall conduct RAC assignments by visiting the assigned consignee or by telephone calls, as described in the RAC assignment memo provided by FDA.
  • Conduct a RAC primarily to confirm the consignee received and followed the instructions in the recall notification and that the recalled product has been removed from sale, corrected, and properly dispositioned.
  • Determine if the consignee further distributed the product and/or created a new product by repacking, relabeling, or using the recalled product to create a new product.
  • Provide information if the consignee is unaware of the recall and note the consignee’s intended actions to comply or not comply with the recall instructions in the firm’s recall notification.
  • Check the product labeling, coding, ingredient statements, instructions for use, manuals, etc., to verify the product is not subject to recall.
  • Determine the Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates of the consignee or provide proof the audit was conducted at the designated address (e.g., by photo).

Qualifications
