Be a part of the team that builds and operates the infrastructure at the heart of every Sinch Mailjet service. You’ll be instrumental for the day-to-day management of our global infrastructure. This includes monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with engineers to ensure our products and services are appropriately resourced, automating processes, and planning for future growth and scalability.

As our Site Reliability Engineer, you will:

  • Partner with product engineering teams to identity systems requirements.
  • Build and support our cloud-based microservices infrastructure.
  • Automate routine processes and remediation tasks.
  • Develop, monitor and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the systems under management.
  • Proactively troubleshoot, resolve, and plan for issues that typically come from support staff, other engineering teams, and our automated monitoring system.

To contribute to this role, we believe you have:

  • Background in infrastructure, operations, or software engineering.

About Role - Essential Functions: 

  • Work with Solution Providers and customers to provide technical support by identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting Laserfiche technical issues
  • Use third party or Laserfiche tools to check Laserfiche Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability, and document issues as appropriate
  • Facilitate timely and relevant communication of escalated incidents to impacted stakeholders
  • Engage in post-issue analysis to examine incident response performance, identify areas for service improvement, and monitor progress of implementing recommendations
  • Work with software engineering teams to troubleshoot more complex issues
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to refine in-application diagnostics (e.g., error logging and reporting) and consolidate data across cloud-based services
  • Develop strong working relationships with Solution Providers, customers and Laserfiche teams


About You - Essential Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree (BA, BS)requiredor equivalent industry experience
  • Preferably experienced and certified at working with AWS
  • Experienced in systems troubleshooting, including database systems, TCP/IP-based networking, web applications, and Windows and Linux system administration
  • Preferably skilled at scripting/programming in one or more of the following: PowerShell, Bash, Python, C#, JavaScript, and Ruby.
  • Softwaresupport experience in a customer facing role, and working with ticketing systems
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience among other factors.

We are looking for an experienced SRE to work with our Network Automation Team. Your responsibility will be to help design and build the infrastructure that will enable our next generation Network Automation platform that we use to support our teams and our customers.
These tools will have to scale with our growing platform and customer base, and will drive operational excellence for the Imperva globally distributed network. The person taking this role will have significant input in decisions that will have a major impact on Imperva’s infrastructure and how we serve our customers.

 

As an SRE in the ICO organization, you will work with your team solving problems, supporting and optimizing the infrastructure programmatically.  You will work with your team to improve the overall availability, reliability,  performance, and security of the infrastructure under control.

 

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Network Automation Team to build and deploy infrastructure supporting our new automation platform
  • Apply SRE core tenets of measurement (SLI/SLO/SLA), eliminate toil, and reliability modeling
  • Establish metrics for data-driven decisions to help increase availability, reliability, and velocity
  • Build and maintain, and evolve SLO and SLI network/system/application baselines
  • Assist with  go/no go preplanning, verification/validation, and review of existing and new product/services
  • Proactively analyze data and test the integrity of network/systems to ensure production applications and services are operating optimally
  • Work with internal customers as needed to troubleshoot and resolve business affecting issues
  • Escalations, incident response, RCA, and blameless postmortem 
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation




Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of professional experience within a cloud/web/CDN scale infrastructure
  • Experience with Python and Go. C/C++ a plus
  • Expert knowledge of Linux systems, network programming and protocols TCP, UDP, DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP
  • Experience with BGP and Anycast routing is a plus
  • Experience with DevOps principles and concepts such as Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Saltstack), CI/CD (Gitlab, Jenkins, Git), monitoring and visualization (Prometheus, Grafana)

Your Role Accountabilities:

Engineering

  • Architect, build, maintain, and support virtual desktop delivery platforms based on technical requirements provided by application, systems and business stakeholders
  • Responsible for administering scalable virtual desktop infrastructure in both a private and public cloud environment.
  • Manage and maintain Horizon View desktop pools, application pools, and user entitlements
  • Handles Tier 3 (complex) issues providing advanced support and triage of end-to-end virtualized environments; Works with the vendor as needed
  • Provision and configure Horizon, Unified Access Gateway (UAG), connection Servers, and end-user VDI desktop images
  • Assist with critical patching and vulnerability remediations

Operations

Qualifications & Experiences:

Reporting to our Senior Solution Engineering Manager in Asia, we are looking for a customer-focused Solution Software Engineer based in Taiwan. Travel is expected to represent a proportion of time for this job. This role is mainly targeting Taiwan and the Hsinchu area but will be part of a wider team, dedicated to facing overall Asia customers and working closely with Chinese, Taiwanese and European colleagues in Trustonic.

The Solution Engineering team addresses advanced technology topics such as implementation of Trustonic TEE product features, and integration of these product features on our Clients SoC or mobile device. The main responsibilities of the Solution Software Engineer include:  

• Working with technology experts (internal or external) to understand product and security requirements. 

• Assisting the commercial team with technical questions and knowledge sharing. 

• Customer-facing in the support of Sales and Product teams. 

• Creating customer-facing technical materials such as training. 

• Working closely with R&D teams and Sales to prioritize, triage and respond to customer queries.

• Proactively dealing with dynamic customer requirements and issues in a professional manner. 

• Design, implement and test components of Trustonic technical solutions for customers. 

• Integrate Trustonic TEE product on different SoC platforms (ARM based). 

• Integrate Trustonic TEE product on different OEM devices (ARM based). 

• Help our customers to validate the Trustonic product integration ready on OEM devices. 

• Help to develop secure applications for different use cases on Trustonic’s solutions. 

• A very strong focus on debug and issue resolution, knowledge sharing. 

• Participate in technical meetings and prepare training programs. 

• Coordinate with the Research and Development team to identify issues and resolve them.

Who you are...

As the Solution Software Engineer you have the following skills and experience:

Technical skills:  

  • Good C language knowledge is mandatory. 

  • Strong technical background: Embedded development and debug (including hardware debugger), ARM technology, system-on-chip (SoC), Android OS, Linux kernel and drivers, Fingerprint sensors, Cryptography, Secure policies and practices. Proven methodological testing skills an advantage. 

  • Knowledge in these areas is an advantage: TrustZone, TrustZone-M, secure boot, crypto experience, how security relates to communication protocols, and of the principles necessary to provide end-to-end security. 

  • An analytical mindset, able to approach a problem and devise a systematic way of solving it.

  • Strong team player, able to work with cross-functional and distributed teams, to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and to lead where necessary. 

  • Ability to work with international customers, and with colleagues based at different locations. 

Languages: 

  • Native or Fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken, is a pre-requisite.

  • Fluency in English is required as it is the business language in the Company.

  • Good oral and written communication and reporting skills.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of software engineering, customer facing application engineering experience required.

  • Preferred experience in Security products (from embedded software to cloud services, including HSMs) in a multi-national company.

  • Preferred experience in SoC security (from BootROM, boot-loader, TrustZone, TEE, Android security … etc.).

The following skills would also be desirable:

  • First experience in embedded software or in Linux driver development is a strong plus. 

  • A problem-solver, often thinking of unique ways of working to improve everyday tasks. 

  • Good familiarity with version control and building tools (Git / Maven / Gradle / Jenkins).

  • Awareness of PKI and cryptography principles.

  • Extensive experience in designing secure systems.

  • Experience of chip vendors, e.g. MediaTek, Samsung, Qualcomm … etc. 

  • Insight into or experience of working with the telco industry.

Senior C++ Developer

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in C++ development, including modern C++ 17 standards.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing applications for both Windows and Linux environments. A good candidate might still be considered if they lack experience in one but willing to learn.

  • Develop  and actively optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
  • Implement, track, and measure lead scoring and respective lead stages specific to project pipelines
  • Manage operational workflows to achieve desired business outcomes such as lead routing and data hygiene 
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
  • Develop and measure A/B tests, provide reporting cadences, and make recommendations around optimizing ongoing results
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, ensuring standards are applied to marketing automation processes with a focus on quality output, GDPR compliance, CCPA compliance, and CAN-SPAM act.

Qualifications
