JOB SUMMARY

As a Engagement Leader,you will be proficient at leading the delivery of security and infrastructure projects and will be directly responsible for the program management, project management and project governance of those projects.  Above all else, you will drive project outcomes to ensure the customer realizes the value of Imperva Professional Services.  While technical project management is your key strength, possessing an appropriate level of technical understanding of the security landscape (on-premises and cloud) to successfully lead PS projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for project outcomes as the technical project manager
  • Coordinate Imperva and customer teams to achieve project outcomes
  • Leverage your project management skills to apply the necessary level of program management, project management and governance
  • Be strongly outcomes-focused and customer-centric, with the ability to anticipate project and customer needs
  • Manage the project team, milestones and goals
  • Provide weekly status about the state of customer engagement, alerting management to potential issues impacting our ability to meet project timeline.

Imperva is looking for a passionate Senior Security Engineer to join our global InfoSec team.  As a senior member of Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) team, you will be working with other seasoned security professionals using state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to security threats and attacks against our corporate and production environments.  You will be in the first line of defense, expected to have extensive knowledge on different security domains and policies with hands-on experience.  You are also expected to work with other business units to provide security guidance and training.

 

This is a remote position that requires on-call rotation to cover 24 x 7 security monitoring.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, investigate, and triage security events when occur to maintain and mature our threat modeling
  • Manage InfoSec ticket queue to conduct investigation, and document resolution
  • Proactive network, endpoint, and email monitoring to hunt for suspicious activity and threat
  • Perform threat research and prepare threat reports regularly
  • Perform threat hunts and prepare hunt reports
  • Develop security log correlation threat detection alerts and dashboards using SIEM
  • Configure and manage security tools such as SIEM, email protection, EDR, DLP and vulnerability scanner
  • Perform security gap and risk analysis quarterly
  • Generate, review, and evaluate vulnerability findings
  • Review and investigate DLP events
  • Document, investigate and escalate security incidents
  • Work closely with IT and other business units to review system configuration and integration
  • Work with internal teams to develop and implementsecurity standards and best practices for the whole organization
  • Perform 3rd party security assessments for new and renewing vendors

 

 
Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in InfoSec field OR 7+ years of experience in an IT Operations role with InfoSec exposure
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise Security or other SIEM tools
  • 3 years of working experience in security alert monitoring and investigation
  • 3 years of hands-on threat hunt experience
  • Strong understand of MITRE ATT&CK techniques
  • Ability to interpret security logs and network traffic to identify attack pattern and recognize typical attack scenarios
  • Strong knowledge in email, network, and endpoint security
  • Strong contributor with prior global team experience
  • Knowledge of data security architecture, data classification, and writing policies
  • Strong organization skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Maintain strong knowledge of recent security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, attack methods, and remediation techniques.
  • Develop security standards and best practices for the organization.
  • Solid verbal, written and interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-department communications
  • Previous experience administering security infrastructure is a major plus
  • Knowledge of cloud security architectures, strategies, and standards is a plus

The Opportunity
You are an experienced counsel with expertise in contract negotiation, operationalizing data privacy regulations, and supporting varying business needs.   • Develop and implement privacy related processes and controls within the organization
  • Provide support to Imperva’s commercial legal team in the negotiation of customer contracts

  • Provide legal support for procurement and various business units regarding negotiation of vendor agreements
  • Maintain and revise corporate policies as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualified attorney in your jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience at technology companies and/or law firms
  • 1-2 years experience with data privacy related issues
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of commercial, licensing, hardware, services and other software related agreements, including data privacy terms
  • High integrity, well organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills and significant experience in working closely with both internal clients and customers/partners/suppliers

Job Description

We are looking for a driven product marketer who has a passion for identifying the intersection of customer pain points, market requirements and product value. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to effectively communicate the value of our products to our target buyers and to establish Imperva’s position in the market.  


As a Product Marketing Manager GTM, you will be responsible for positioning Imperva’s Application Security product portfolio, crafting messaging that resonates with target buyers and driving our thought leadership strategy. You will also define our campaign strategy and partner with demand generation to execute. 


The successful candidate will need to combine an understanding of the market, customer needs and the product portfolio with the creative aspects of positioning technology through stories that are compelling, authentic and engaging. They will see the total business picture and have a well-developed sense of accountability and a personal commitment to success.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Establish Imperva’s position in the market by driving strategy on thought leadership, analyst relationships and product announcements
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind their decisions
  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with our target personas and cascade that messaging across all  internal, market and customer-facing content
  • Translate product functionality and technical details into user benefits and value 
  • Drive campaign strategy, messaging and content and partner with demand generation to successfully execute, measure and optimize
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and report back to the business on required changes

Requirements and Skills

  • 6+ years product marketing experience with knowledge of marketing for both new products and iterative releases of existing products
  • Proven ability to analyze complex situations and reach conclusions through fact-based decision making
  • Excellent storytelling skills with exemplary written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into successful product and marketing materials
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional activities as a leader and as contributor
  • Demonstrated ability to prove what is or isn’t working and adjust accordingly by setting targets and measuring KPIs 

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $180,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, other qualifications, and location.

Salesforce Administrator

The SFDC Administrator will be responsible for the design, configuration, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of CRM solutions on the salesforce.com platform, specifically related to SFDC CPQ module and customer portal

This is a full-time position in the remote working environment to be able to work in PST time zone and will report to the Salesforce Team Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicating with other SF Engineers, Salesforce Administrators, Project Managers or clients to determine SFDC needs, design solid project strategies and ensure effective cooperation throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Creating, maintaining and enhancing workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintaining security including sharing rules and security levels.
  • Designing, coding and implementing custom solutions within Salesforce platform.
  • Developing software solutions using Salesforce API framework and 3rd party APIs.
  • Testing functionality and stability of application.
  • Providing System administration support of internal as well as customer-facing Salesforce portals
  • Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Demonstrate abilities with APEX triggers and classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, flow designer, Lightning components
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including fixing data records, user account maintenance reports and dashboards
  • Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Transfer record ownership due to changes in job responsibility or territory coverage.
  • Maintain security including sharing rules and access privileges.
  • Create and maintain user permissions, roles, profiles and hierarchies.
  • Configure products, Price Lists and Price List Items for use within CPQ.
  • Document and train staff on system best practices and processes

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years dedicated Salesforce Administration
  • 1+ years dedicated SFDC admin experience
  • Functional working knowledge of Salesforce with the ability to do some functional changes and reporting with the application.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English– written, presentation skills, etc.
  • Strong data management abilities including excellent skills on writing complex SOQL queries to extract data for farther analysis
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to help translate business concepts to technical projects, and vice versa
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or relevant framework
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Understanding of Salesforce Billing and Salesforce CPQ module is desired.
