Project: This is a deeply collaborative environment with multiple designers working across multiple projects and business units within Client. Job Responsibilities:

The Role

You’ll be part of a dynamic micro-team with a clear focus, bringing together engineering, product management, and design to work towards shared goals. Each team works together to design, test, build, measure, ship and iterate the experiences that will deliver value to the business by helping customers with:

  • Inspiration – help them find and fall in love with a shortlist of trips from among 200+ unique adventures
  • Information – give them what they need to choose one trip
  • Reassurance – help them get comfortable with all the details and logistics beyond the trip it

The teams have a high amount of ownership, autonomy and agency, and are expected to use this latitude wisely. We have recently been working highly collaboratively in one-week sprints, shipping multiple A/B tests. While this will continue, there will also be scope for larger and more strategic product initiatives, including the development of a native mobile app.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the product design – researching, conceiving, prototyping, presenting and designing multiple options for high-quality product experiences that solve real customer and business problems. We don’t do “hand-offs”, so you’ll be deeply involved across the product lifecycle and expected to wear many hats.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep, nuanced and multi-faceted understanding of MBA, our customers, user experiences, values and expanding range of adventures around the world
  • Positively influence our product direction by designing industry-leading software experiences that evolve and innovate on our existing UI, UX, and brand foundations

THE ROLE

Khan Academy is seeking an experienced and versatile Math educator to serve as a grades 3-8 Math Content Creator. This is a fixed-term position with an expected term of 24 months. As a Content Creator, you’ll leverage your intuition for what matters to deliver high quality learning content, robust coverage, and usage. You’ll own and drive content creation and curation on some courses, and contribute to similar efforts on courses driven by others. You won’t be working in isolation; you’ll be working closely with other members of the content team, other teams at KA, and external contributors.

Our content team includes content creators from around the world who make our videos, articles, and practice questions. Today, our courses include nearly every math topic from K-14, science and humanities content covering high school and early college, test prep for several national exams, and much more! In the years ahead, we want to double down on making our courses great in classrooms and help push online education to the next level.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the content team to expand our Mathcourses by leveraging market research, your subject matter expertise, and your intuition for learner needs
  • Develop course scopes and sequences, including units, lessons, and content assets (articles, videos, and exercises)
  • Create and curate high quality content on schedule, designing and developing new standards-aligned exercises and articles, leveraging pre-existing resources from Khan Academy and third parties, and scripting (and possibly recording) engaging lesson videos 
  • Be accountable for content from any contractors and 3rd parties used to build out the courses you’re working on
  • Track the performance and usage of content in the courses in your purview
  • Leverage analytics, community features, and campaigns to attract and retain learners
  • Learn and use our content management system to improve existing courses and build new courses 
  • Act as an editorial expert by reviewing new content, participating in the maintenance of existing content, and working with partners
  • Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of Khan Academy’s content efforts by improving upon our processes around content sourcing, sharing insights with other members of the team, and advocating for learners

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven ability to create high-impact learning content in your discipline (minimum of 2 years of content development experience in grades 3-8 Math subjects including Algebra I).
  • Strong intuition for how students like to learn and insight into common misconceptions (minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching/tutoring experience)
  • Previous edtech experience developing math content is a plus 
  • Experience and aptitude working with multiple standards sets (e.g. CCSS, State Standards etc.) to ensure coverage and alignment during course development and curation.
  • Desire to teach at scale, engage with a broad array of learners, and question your assumptions about what's most important for learners
  • Desire to leverage online tools to publish quickly, gather user feedback, and iterate on content
  • Highly analytical and able to make tough prioritization calls in service of most critical metrics

  • Strong interest in building replicable systems and minimizing reinvention of the wheel
  • Experience leading collaborative work on time-sensitive projects

Nextiva is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Developing and harvesting product ideas by processing customer and user needs
  • Prioritizing the feature backlog by keeping in mind the bigger business objectives
  • Successful execution, delivery, and adoption of the product(s) and features

An ideal candidate:

  • Will act as the point person for the Business, Development Teams, and the UX Teams
  • Actively gets involved with product planning, UX Research, and Design
  • Is self-directed, not afraid to ask questions, a team player, and is motivated to continually work towards the best possible product solutions for Nextiva’s customers
  • Attention to detail, coordination on multiple projects, the ability to adjust quickly to changing product priorities, as well as the ability to anticipate or research customer needs and account for those in the product are all important skills to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively with and build relationships between yourself and the developer teams that you manage, even if the individuals on your teams do not report directly to you. You are the point person between developers, QAs, project managers, and product designers.
  • Manage & drive product initiatives and associated features and be able to effectively manage your dev teams’ backlogs to match those priorities. This includes taking part in product planning and roadmap creation.
  • Account for the customer’s voice when making changes or improvements to the product. Consider customer needs by reviewing customer existing data in Power BI, Salesforce, and Pendo. Be proactive about requesting research from the UX research team and conducting competitive analyses as needed. 
  • Focus on **self-serve onboarding** for customers and end-users across the platform, including onboarding for the full platform and various channels.
  • Work closely with project managers and dev managers on your teams to create sprint plans and manage the team workloads.
  • Be able to write clear and detailed product initiatives, feature/epics, story’s, design requests, and bug tickets within Jira for developers, product designers, QA/QE team members.
  • The Product Manager works closely with design and developers with ideas of what is needed by customers, to provide clear direction.
  • Attend or lead meetings and refinement/grooming sessions for product feature stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on upcoming or current product changes.
  • Participate in ideation and discovery sessions for product initiatives and features.
  • Product Design, Product Research, Product Marketing, and Product Managers drive these sessions.
  • Review and include NPS, customer feedback via Pendo, customer escalations, and partner suggestions into your dev team’s backlogs.
  • Integrate feedback on **packaging**, **billing**, **system admin reporting**, and **broader administrative and provisioning** experiences.
  • Identify and communicate potential issues with priorities or sprints to product leadership.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other product managers at Nextiva to ensure everyone is aware of your dev teams’ efforts and how it may affect the work of other teams. Facilitate guild meetings to accomplish this.
  • Keep the Product Marketing team in the loop on product releases. You will work closely with them on market research, product positioning, and customer communication.
  • Work closely with Customer Support; help write how-to articles and contribute to runbook creation.
  • Support internal and external training efforts.
  • Be a self-starter; this role will often be self-directed, requiring an individual with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn new skills and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience in a Product Manager or Project Manager role at a technology company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, market offerings, competitive position, feature requirements, and business model to ensure a viable & profitable product
  • Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Training and presentation experience with stakeholders or coworkers
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-profile product features
  • Familiarity with packaging products in tiers, user management, tenant provisioning, dashboard reporting, and analytics

Nextiva is seeking a strategic and innovative Website Strategist & Web Development Leader to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive website strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue. You will lead the development, optimization, and growth of Nextiva's WordPress-based websites, focusing on delivering a seamless, high-conversion digital experience that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Strategy & Ownership:

  • Develop and own the strategic roadmap for Nextiva's WordPress-based websites, ensuring they are aligned with business goals, brand standards, and revenue targets. 
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress sites, focusing on user-centric design, performance optimization, and features that drive revenue growth. 
  • Lead initiatives to innovate and enhance the web experience, leveraging data insights and best practices to support customer acquisition and retention.

Acquisition & Revenue Focus:

  • Create and implement strategies to convert website traffic into leads and sales, optimizing for revenue-generating features such as lead forms, CTAs, landing pages, and personalized user journeys. 
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align website initiatives with broader revenue goals, ensuring the website plays a critical role in the sales funnel.

Vendor & Partner Management:

  • Select, manage, and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers for web development, redesign projects, and platform re-platforming. 
  • Oversee and coordinate redesign projects, ensuring seamless integration with WordPress platforms and maintaining project timelines and budget.

User Experience (UX) & Design:

  • Lead efforts to improve the website’s UX, focusing on navigation, design, and content structure to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Ensure a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence across all website touchpoints, optimizing for mobile and desktop experiences.

Content Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee content creation, maintenance, and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SEO best practices. 
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality web experiences that engage and convert users.

Analytics & Performance Measurement:

  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform continuous improvement. 
  • Report on website performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize user engagement, lead generation, and revenue.

SEO & Organic Traffic Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive organic traffic growth through SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization. 
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to improve search visibility and drive relevant traffic to key pages.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment that prioritizes continuous improvement and strategic alignment with marketing and sales. 
  • Champion a culture of testing, quality assurance, and optimization, instilling a belief that there is always room for improvement.

Innovation & Personalization:

  • Experiment with and implement new tools, tactics, and best practices to deliver personalized website experiences tailored to specific user segments, industries, and customer journeys. 
  • Explore and test innovative approaches to enhance user engagement, lead generation, and revenue conversion on the website.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in website strategy, development, and management, with hands-on experience in WordPress. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and revenue through a digital platform. 
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company, particularly within a marketing or digital marketing team. 
  • Expertise in content management systems (CMS), website analytics tools, and conversion optimization. 
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and customizations, as well as familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML. 
  • Strong understanding of SEO, user experience (UX) design, and digital marketing concepts. 
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects with external vendors, agencies, and teams. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge of website security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $126,000– $197,000. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, configure, and customize the ServiceNow Asset Management module to meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Implement workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client scripts to automate asset management processes.
  • Integrate the ServiceNow Asset Management functionality with other enterprise tools and systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain data models, ensuring asset data accuracy and integrity across the system.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, business support staff, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for customizations and enhancements.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure the Asset Management module is up to date and performing optimally.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Asset Management module.
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices and new features to continually enhance the platform’s capabilities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Ability to obtain Secret level security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT Asset Management or related modules.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing asset management solutions and workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow tables, fields, and relationships, particularly within the Asset Management module.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,488.00 - $184,000.00.
