As a  Lead Product Designer, you will lead large scale, complex design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You will work on various design projects, from systems design to visual design, and provide mentorship and design critiques to junior designers. The team’s goal is to simplify complex, data driven material to more accessible and digestible visuals that will delight our customers. Additionally, this is an excellent opportunity to partner closely with design and product leadership to shape IAS's design culture and direction. 

What you’ll get to do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of product designers, providing design direction and pushing the quality of the design work
  • Push the boundaries of UX/UI/visual execution and try new ideas. Think “Blue Sky” to explore divergent concepts and create a trajectory for the company
  • Influence product strategy and execute design work with a high level of polish, solving a range of tactical and complex, loosely defined product challenges across various digital platforms: web, email, mobile
  • Represent your team effectively, substantiate the work and the decisions behind them, and advocate for user-centered design
  • Build relationships with cross-functional team members and executives across organizations, and effectively communicate process, design goals, and team vision as a strong representative of the design studio
  • Enhance productivity and accelerate team efficiency by improving processes and workflows with the design team and cross-functional teams
  • Break down large, abstract concepts into iterative goals, ensuring that the team maintains a 0-1 (initial development) and 1-100 (scaling and refining) mentality and approach
  • Develop server-defined UIs, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and align with overall product goals and user needs

You should apply if you have most of this experience: 

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, UI, or an HCI-related field, with experience working on web and mobile design at high-growth technology companies
  • Expertise in Figma with deep knowledge of utilizing design systems; extensive experience in program management tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • Experience creating and streamlining workflows for continuous iteration and improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to break down large concepts into manageable, iterative goals, with a proven track record of success in both initial development (0-1) and scaling (1-100) phases
  • Experience and passion for affecting culture change
  • Strong understanding of B2B environments, including the unique challenges and opportunities they present
  • Proven experience in building server-defined UIs
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience

Role Summary:

The Midweight Integrated Designer will work in the Brand & Creative Team, Marketing Department. The Senior Project & Production Manager will manage the workload of the Midweight Integrated Designer, supplying briefs that are planned into two week sprints.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You will collaborate closely with the rest of the creative team, from studio to copy, and follow the content production process

• Create best practice examples of the brand guidelines in all designs, from print to digital

• Manage multiple briefs in your workload and have full ownership of delivering those on time and to a technically accurate standard

• Evolve your designs using feedback from the Creative Lead, Head of Marketing and briefing teams, approaching feedback constructively

• Have a thorough understanding of the Abel & Cole audience segments and commercial objectives of your briefs, using this information to inform your design choices

• You will own executing your campaigns across all customer touchpoints, spanning print, email and web. This looks like:

o Confidently taking on conceptual briefs and collaborating with other creatives, presenting your concepts with strong rationale

o Lead on giving creative direction to the studio team when shooting assets for your design briefs

o Confidently execute print communication designs end to end, from initial concepts through to print specs, feedback amends, and sending to print. All with minimal input and amends

o Confidently execute creative and engaging email communications across the customer journey end to end, from templated weekly promotional emails to creating new designs for ad-hoc brand comms. All with minimal input and amends

o Confidently execute web designs end to end, whether that’s owning the weekly homepage updates, redesigning content landing pages, or evolving our approach to seasonal landing pages. From initial design through to feedback amends, and deployment. All with minimal input and amends

o Confidently execute blog coding designs end to end, from creating blog image assets, coding and linking copy, making feedback amends, and setting live. All with minimal input and amends

What you bring:

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll play a crucial role in leading the data infrastructure and operations that sets the business up for long-term growth.

In the first month, you'll:

  • Get a high-level understanding of our data & analytics platform and its different parts. You’ll work closely with Andrew and partner with Roberto in our engineering team.
  • Take ownership of our data platform, and be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) of its daily operations. This includes learning how to manage and monitor the platform, ensuring smooth and efficient performance, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Ship your first data stack improvement. We’re big believers in setting new hires up with early wins to build confidence and rapport in your role. This could involve optimizing existing data pipelines or introducing a new tool or process to enhance our data operations.

Once you are a bit more settled, within the first 3 months, you'll start to work on:

  • Define a product analytics tracking plan to enable self-serve analytics. You’ll partner closely with our Director of Product, Michael, and product managers to understand their needs and create a comprehensive tracking strategy that empowers the team with actionable insights.
  • Manage the technical implementation of the tracking plan. This involves collaborating with engineering to ensure accurate data collection and integration within our analytics platform.
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. You’ll ensure that data flows efficiently from various sources into our data warehouse, and is transformed and stored in a way that is accessible and useful for analysis.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through robust data governance practices. This includes setting up data validation checks, maintaining documentation, and promoting best practices within the team.
  • Set up advanced trial to customer conversion attribution. You’ll partner with Andrew to redefine our attribution modeling strategy, implementing advanced techniques to accurately track and analyze customer conversions, and providing insights that will drive our growth strategy.

We want Float to be where you do the best work of your career so far. Post onboarding, once you’re settled in more into your role, you’ll:

  • Establish an Account Based Revenue attribution model.
  • Implement the tooling and reporting needed to drive our experimentation culture.
  • Lead documentation practices and data governance protocols.
  • Support the integration of new tools for growth such as Clay and enrichment services for automation and personalization.

Within your first 12 months

We are now seeking to grow our team. That’s where you come in! We are looking for 2 QA Engineers (1 QA with Java and 1 QA with C#), living in Poland, Slovakia, Ireland or Hungary (and only in these countries).

You will

  • Work closely with the rest of the development team developers to identify, create and evolve test cases and test plans
  • Identify opportunities for automation of software functionality and processes and implement those ideas as code
  • Design and execute QA tests using both software automation and manual test procedures (backend and frontend)
  • Learn to run tests that validate: applications, databases, systems and software.

You may be a fit for this role if you

  • Have 3+ years QA and testing experience with Java or C#
  • Have experience identifying test requirements and creating and executing test plans and building quality processes
  • Are experienced with Continuous Integration environments supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure using some ofthe following tools: GitLab, GitHub, Teamcity, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Know your way around the Linux command line, Git, and SQL
  • Are experienced with UI or API test automation tools such as: Postman, Rest Assured, TestNG, Swagger, Allure, Cucumber (SpecFlow) or Selenium WebDriver
  • Are a great communicator, with B2 English level
  • Have previously carried out load and performance testing, security testing
