What you'll be doing:

As an AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven products.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in software and machine learning engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional AI/ML teams.
  • Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and transformer models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Expertise in the end-to-end ML pipeline, including data processing, model training, serving, and monitoring.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based AI/ML solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of ethics in AI, including bias mitigation, fairness, PII/PHI data and privacy concerns.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis in a government contracting environment
  • Strong understanding of government contract pricing regulations and requirements, including FAR and DFARS
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with pricing tools and software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate pricing recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Professional certification such as Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or other related certifications is a plus

What you'll be doing:

The ideal candidate will be working collaboratively with management, engineering, and operations teams to oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients. This delivery-focused Product role will focus primarily on ensuring their products solve the client’s big problems.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional agile teams that deliver user-facing products
  • Expertise in creating JIRA User Stories and gathering the necessary Business Requirements
  • Managing a JIRA backlog for teams and be the decision maker on priority of what user stories are discussed during refinement
  • Mitigation of scope creep and requirements modifications
  • Establishing and assisting with technical and client facing documentation  
  • Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, etc. 
  • A proven ability to solve problems and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements
  • An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients
  • Federal work experience is preferred
