We are hiring a Program Management Office (PMO) Manager to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
Working hand in hand with our engineering, leadership and government partners to oversee all things pertinent to the successful implementation and delivery of a major government initiative. You’ll work on everything from financial oversight, personnel management, delivery timelines, and client relations to ensure that project management standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the process of the project’s life-cycle.
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience with program management of one or more complex software application development efforts
- Demonstrated knowledge of program management tools and techniques including Earned Value Management, program and project planning, tracking, and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of proposal development and the transfer of proposals into program and project plans
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PMgP), preferred

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $120,000 – $170,000
