Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Designer (Temporary) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Learning & Development team and Retail leadership to understand and execute the Retail Onboarding strategy. The position requires designing, building and creating a variety of instructional materials such as e-learning modules, video tutorials, digital job aids and other educational materials to supporting the onboarding program. Applicants should have experience within the retail industry with an understanding of retail operations and/or a similar fast-paced environment. A day on the job looks like this:

About this role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of learning and development strategies and drive the effective implementation of key programs at Transcarent. Conditions of Employment: 

  • This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
