Strong UI and visual design skills are expected as well as a willingness to jump in, learn, and collaborate across the organization to create delightful experiences for our developer and analyst user base. This role includes identifying customer problem statements, problem discovery, solution generation, concept creation, wireframing, testing, synthesis, iteration, prototyping, heuristic evaluation, competitive analysis, journey mapping, applying design systems, and producing deliverables for development.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business, engineering, and users to understand how developers use Fluree and what they need to get their jobs done
  • See your design work through from start to finish: turn insights from user research into ideas, sketch and prototype to bring them to life, and ship products and features that make Fluree better
  • Use human-centered design approaches to bring concepts to life such as accounts, policy and access control, history, data visualization and sharing, integrations, and marketplace
  • Work with partners and stakeholders to scope, analyze and translate user research into product improvements
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are translated into elegant user experiences
  • Facilitate design discussions, initiatives, retrospectives, and critiques
  • Work closely with engineering teams to help translate design elements into a design system
  • You give and receive feedback well, supporting and improving the work of your colleagues as well as your own

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design for web applications, preferably with experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proficient with visualization and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • A portfolio that reflects a deep understanding of user-centered design and demonstrates shipping design work for web applications
  • Experience with design systems and understanding of systems thinking and design patterns
  • General understanding of front-end coding technologies

Role description:

As a Senior UI Designer,you will cooperate with our with amazing top-notch Designers as well as world-class UX Team. You will work with international startups, scale-ups & enterprise-level companies from the beginnings of their innovative solutions. Your expertise will be a support to our Technical Teams in delivering outstanding software experiences for native iOS and Android apps.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Conduct design workshop with client, create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for new and existing products and features especially for mobile apps.

  • Support projects from initial design to final production.

  • Implement and develop our new branding.

  • Push and experiment with new ideas and trends.

  • Spearhead better practices, and ensure standards are set and followed

We're in the upswing of hockeystick growth for Triplebyte Screen - it’s a pathbreaking screening tool that’s replacing resume screening with skills data for eng hiring. We started growing this product in fall of last year and it already has over 300 monthly active companies using it, growing at 2x every quarter.

Our vision for Screen is to build the common app for engineering applications, and towards that goal we’re building a number of features that help engineers showcase their skills and make it easy for recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best candidates in a data driven way. In addition, we’re working on improving the user workflow significantly so that more mid-market and enterprise companies can adopt it.

UI/UX design will play a crucial role towards achieving this product vision. The person in this role will be part of the core product team for Screen, owning the user experience end to end for recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. If you're excited by the challenge of taking a new product to market leadership, this is the role for you!

Role Responsibilities

  • Own product UX design for Triplebyte’s recruiting tools as well as several parts of the overall Triplebyte engineer-facing product
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges
  • Proactively work to improve current design language and user experience
  • Help marketing team with graphic design for ads, landing pages and sales collateral

What you'll need to be successful

  • 3+ year of experience designing for modern web applications, including 1+ year of experience designing for B2B products
  • Understanding of Design process, wireframing & information hierarchy especially for a SaaS product
  • Great communication skills that help you work with product and engineering to translate product vision and learnings from data and user research into UX design solutions
  • Knowledge of modern UI design patterns, and fundamental principles of color theory, typography, etc.
  • Knowledge of Figma, and Adobe creative cloud suite
  • Portfolio showcasing your UX design work
