Who You Are

  • Proven record of translating business needs into technical utilization of available product solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and rigor around bringing discipline, rules, thoroughness, consistencies, and a structured framework to processes and operations.
  • Knowledge of technology that helps you engage and have credibility with the R&D teams within Addepar and clients up to MD/C-Suite level.

The Role

The Role

The Client Engagement & Success Management (CESM) team at Addepar is responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of a client. Through strategic guidance and partnership, CESM ensures clients derive maximum value from the platform, leading to overall adoption success, retention, and renewal. Who You Are

  • Proven record of translating business needs into technical utilization of available product solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and rigor around bringing discipline, rules, thoroughness, consistencies, and a structured framework to processes and operations.
  • Knowledge of technology that helps you engage and have credibility with the R&D teams within Addepar and clients up to MD/C-Suite level.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Intern! The TPM function at Addepar helps our Product and Engineering teams plan, coordinate, drive, and deliver large cross-function programs and projects. The Role

As a People Tech Business Systems & Reporting Analyst at Addepar, you will play a pivotal role in a hybrid capacity, dedicating 70% of your time to Workday configuration and 30% to people reporting and analytics within the Addepar People team. Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • You have 8+ years of HCM technology experience
  • You have 4+ years of HR Tech leadership experience in rapidly expanding global environments
  • Deep domain expertise in people technology, with a focus on Workday
  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards, particularly SOC compliance
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, with a hands-on approach as needed
  • You have a proven understanding of People team, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and how they impact People systems
  • Ideally, you have a demonstrated track record of building successful global teams
  • You have significant project/program management experience related to the implementation and optimization of new applications
  • You are customer-obsessed and have a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management and influence
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are resourceful and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
