The Role

The Data Governance Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the enterprise data governance framework.  As the Data Governance Program Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with IT, the Chief Data Office, InfoSec, Product, HR, and others to develop and implement a bespoke data governance program, as well as executing on developing data governance standards, policies, and processes to help scale our growing business. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and IT teams to establish and maintain data definitions, data standards, metadata management, and data quality.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DGI).
  • Experience with data governance tools and technologies (e.g., Data Bricks, Securiti.AI, Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

The Role

The Role

As the Regional People Operations Manager for the Americas, you will lead and manage People Operations in the Americas region for a rapidly growing, high-impact organization. This role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will oversee compliance, employee lifecycle processes, policy management, and more, while managing a team that delivers exceptional service to Addepeeps. What You'll Do

Core People Operations

  • Lead the People Operations function for the Americas region, managing processes and practices and focusing on scalability in a growing organization.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, data management, travel, benefits, and retirement administration.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and People Partners to deliver effective and compliant People solutions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, address operational gaps, and create streamlined solutions that enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of people-related systems and processes, including Workday HRIS, to ensure they support Addepeeps in doing their best work.
  • Drive process optimization across People Operations to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Ensure that workflows and SOPs are well-defined and documented.
  • Manage our People ticketing system and direct the team in responding to and resolving employee inquiries and issues.

Compliance Management

  • Lead the regular review and updates of employee handbooks and policies, keeping them current with local laws and best practices.
  • Manage the distribution of employment law posters and required notices to ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee, deliver, and track completion of compliance training (e.g., harassment prevention, GDPR) as required.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance-related issues such as I-9s, employment practices, and more.
  • Coordinate and complete governmental and audit compliance reporting, including EEO1, SOC 2, and client requests.
  • Oversee contingent workforce management and ensure all relevant compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage regional immigration and visa compliance, ensuring seamless global employee transfers and legal compliance.

Supporting Global Expansion

  • Partner with global People Operations teams to ensure consistency and balance of People policies, practices, and processes across regions, while accommodating local nuances.
  • Support the global expansion of Addepar by ensuring that processes, systems, and compliance are effectively managed as the company grows into new geographies within the Americas region.
  • Drive the execution of initiatives that balance short-term needs with long-term growth, ensuring People operations scale efficiently as the organization expands.

People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a local high-performing People Operations team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with Addepar’s global People strategy.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 6+ years in People Operations or HR roles, with at least 3 years of people management. Experience at a global organization is preferred.

The Role

The Role

The Client Success Management (CSM) team at Addepar is responsible for a client's complete post-sales lifecycle. Through strategic guidance and partnership, CSM ensures clients derive maximum value from the platform, leading to overall adoption success, retention, and renewal. Few roles have such a direct impact on the company's growth.

The CSM Team manages some of Addepar’s largest and most sophisticated clients, including Single-Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, and traditional Wealth Management Firms. You will become a trusted partner, deeply understanding and advising on their business, including their strategy, clients, services, team, and technology, and helping them increase the value they get from Addepar. 

This role works closely with the Account Manager, cross-functional R&D, and Services teams to effect change management and drive standard methodologies and utilization of the platform. You will be the client’s internal advocate, helping ensure an excellent experience and capturing feedback on ways that Addepar can build the next generation of client-centric solutions.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $109,000 - $170,000 (base salary)  + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Have a deep understanding of Addepar's Strategic Client segment, including industry challenges and goals, and a strong understanding of how they use Addepar to increase client adoption and growth and ensure account retention.
  • Provide strategic oversight during the entire client journey, including implementation, optimization, growth, and renewal, so your team can seamlessly hand over knowledge and responsibilities where appropriate.
  • Partner with your account manager to deliver quarterly business reviews to align on business priorities, optimization opportunities, and Addepar’s product roadmap, as well as review product usage, adoption patterns, and insights.
  • Be the client's voice in Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Renewals, Services, Finance, etc., building strong working relationships with each to ensure client success and consistency of contact.

Who You Are

  • Significant experience in software sales, particularly within the financial services industry, and a strong track record of success.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Manager to lead the Reference Data Team in the UK, a critical component of the Addepar Platform team. The Addepar Platform is a comprehensive data fabric that provides a single source of truth for our product set, encompassing a centralized and self-describing repository, API driven data services, integration pipeline, analytics infrastructure, warehousing solutions, and operating tools.

The Reference Data Team is responsible for the acquisition, conversion, cleansing, reconciliation, modelling, tooling, and infrastructure related to the integration of market and security master data from third-party data providers. The team is critical to our core business, enabling alignment across public and alternative investment data products and empowering clients to effectively manage their investment portfolios.

As the Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team to deliver complex engineering projects using a modern and diverse technology stack, including PySpark, Python, AWS, Terraform, Java, Kubernetes, microservices, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the technical direction in close alignment with your product counterparts, direct engineering peers in other regions and the wider engineering community.
  • Build and manage a team of exceptional engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that meet client requirements on time.

The Role

In this role, you'll shape the future of help and training at Addepar, reimagining how clients and employees learn about our products and services. You'll work with Product, Support, and Services teams to create and refine a library of guides, how-to articles, and more. You’ll research, author, edit, proofread, format, and publish the content following Addepar’s style guidelines.

Our Help Center is in an exciting growth stage, undergoing a redesign and scaling up to support Addepar’s multi-product platform. You’ll report to the Content Design Manager for the Help Center.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our users, products, and unique challenges.
  • Write clear, easy-to-follow help articles and guides.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests for new articles and updates.
  • Partner with SMEs to determine the best flow and structure of your content.
  • Facilitate productive meetings and working sessions.
  • Run content reviews at key milestones, and participate in peer content reviews.
  • Audit existing articles for out-of-date information, typos, and broken links.
  • Track article engagement and address user feedback.
  • Recommend new ways of grouping, classifying, and labeling help content.
  • Learn and gain expertise in our design and operational tools.
  • Help evolve the voice and tone of self-guided support.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of technical writing experience.
  • An inspiring portfolio that showcases how you approach help content. Must include writing samples.
  • Fantastic writing (American English), editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiar with design systems and editorial style guides.
  • Familiar with Figma, Zendesk, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Experience working with or in a customer support organization is a huge plus.
  • Able to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Group Product Manager to join our Data Enablement team!

Data Enablement's mission is to empower Addepar’s employees and clients with a scalable Operating Platform, inclusive of new workflows, products, and cloud-based tooling that works seamlessly across multiple regions. The team provides interdisciplinary product management, helping Engineering teams increase their impact and implement solutions that:

What You’ll Do

  • Set the gold standard for developing requirements that transform raw market data into functional content on our platform.
  • Be a “player-coach”. Lead by example and manage a team of PMs building the future of market data at Addepar.
  • Design and implement prioritisation frameworks and processes. Ensure that work is aligned with business goals and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Addepar’s market data products and workflows. Use this knowledge to make strategic decisions and drive new and innovative opportunities to improve client experience.
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality, timely, and reliable data product solutions, including the onboarding of new data feeds, development of data assets to support new product lines, and optimisation of operational procedures.
  • Build consensus across R&D to prioritise increments of work based on level of effort, interdependencies, and other relevant criteria, with a focus on delivering new market data content, improving data quality, and enhancing controls and entitlements.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience and education that demonstrate proficiency in product management, market data, and user workflows.
  • Domain knowledge/expertise regarding market data processing workflows, financial products, and data models.
  • Solid understanding of agile and lean principles, with the ability to apply these principles to lead teams and drive delivery.
  • A creative (non-dogmatic) approach to projects, willingness to experiment, and ability to guide teams toward activities and processes that best suit project goals.
