Job Description

We are looking for a senior business analyst consultant to join our Toronto team and work on one of our capital markets projects, the BA will work in close partnership with ambitious business stakeholders and technology teams on a broad range of initiatives varying in risk, size and complexity.

  • Working with Product Owner to create/update/refine User Stories

·        Gathering and clarifying business requirements with business stakeholders

  • Using monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to business/technical alerts raised
  • Keeping abreast of latest changes in Capital Markets Regulatory Reporting domain
  • Participating in Scrum ceremonies such as Daily scrum, Planning, Review etc.
  • Escalate trade reporting issues to Senior Management and Compliance as deemed necessary
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
  • Supports the interpretation of internal and external policies and regulatory requirements relevant to the analytics.
  • Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and delivering business requirements for G20 regulations including trade reporting
  • Detailed understanding of CFTC, SEC, or Canada (CSA) regulatory trade reporting.
  • In depth understanding of G20 regulations including trade reporting.
  • Global trade repository (DTCC , UnaVista) specifications is a must.
  • Incumbent must be creative and result oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation, interpersonal and communication skills

The Product

It is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution deployed in Azure dealing with hundreds of data points per second, API queries executed in milliseconds and proven 99.98% up-time. Sitefinity Insight is an integral part of our Sitefinity CMS product and Progress DX platform. 
 
Please note that this is a temporary position with an approximate duration of 1 - 1,5 years. 

What you will be doing most of the time:

  • Get familiar with feature requirements and provide feedback on them   
  • Prepare test cases based on feature requirements and specifications   
  • Use various testing techniques to verify features and fixes are correctly implemented   
  • Develop automated tests   
  • Monitor and maintain test environments as well as the overall quality of the product 
What we are looking for: 
  • Solid QA experience
  • Proficient in software development (code reading/writing, design, debugging)
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Expertise in developing acceptance criteria, test plans, cases and test automation
  • Skilled in testing modern web applications and services

The Software Engineer In Test Opportunity

The QA Core team is responsible for release based testing and validation, and developing test services that enable automation for other teams. QA Core also works closely with Release Engineering, Release Management, Technical Operations and Engineering Leadership to ensure our weekly releases across all services are completed on time and with high quality.

This is a high impact role in a key area for Okta’s continued uptime and reliability.

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Analyze/refine requirements with Development and Engineering Leads Partner with Engineering Management to scope and plan test efforts design and implement robust, scalable test solutions
  • Participate effectively in a scrum team environment.
  • Manage deliverables working under minimal supervision
  • Partner with Development and Release Teams to build and execute on product infrastructure growth and high availability

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 2+ years experience in software QA with a focus on release based testing.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS based environment
  •  2+ Experience working on both server and client side of device technology
  •  2+ Experience with some of the following technologies and services:
    • Selenium (preferably with Java) 
    • TestNG
    • Log management tools (Splunk/Sumologic/Kibana)
    • Docker, Kubernetes
  • 2 years of experience writing SQL, and testing or building out integrated scenarios
  • 2 years of experience with Java-based test automation development
  • 2 years of experience with developing and executing end to end or system test plans
  • 2 years of experience setting up and maintaining test configurations and lab environments

 

And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following! 

  • B.S. or M.S. in Comp Sci, Comp Engineering, Software Engineering or a closely related technical field
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a quality engineer or software engineer

About the opportunity

We're seeking a Frontend Engineer to help us build a simpler, more customer-centric home buying and selling experience in partnership with real estate agents.

This is a fulltime, contract position, not eligible for visa sponsorship.

In this role you will

  • Develop, design, debug, and modify components of software applications and tools in agile environment

Qu’est-ce que nous vous proposons ?

Rejoindre une équipe d’Experts  EPM :

  • Vous intervenez sur toutes les phases d’un projet : du recueil du besoin et l'animation d'ateliers métiers jusqu’à la mise en production/livraison et le suivi
  • Vous entretenez une veille technologique, organisez des REX et réalisez des POC
  • Vous participerez à des projets internes passionnants,
  • Vous pourrez également contribuer au développement de l’offre EPM Board international à travers la réalisation d’Avant-Ventes, le transfert de connaissances interne, l’animation d’ateliers techniques, la participation au recrutement, participation à des évènements éditeurs…

Qualifications

Vous êtes la personne idéale si…

Vous possédez au moins 3 années d’expérience sur Board International.

Vous êtes intéressé(e) pour monter en compétences sur tout le cycle de vie des projets, du dimensionnement des solutions jusqu’à la livraison des applications. Reconnu(e) pour votre savoir-faire technique, vous souhaitez développer une posture Conseil et une expertise sur des sujets relatifs à l’EPM ou perfectionner vos acquis dans ce contexte.

Rigueur, méthode, capacités d’écoute et patience sont vos points forts. Vous êtes doté(e) d’un très bon esprit de coopération. Vous savez prendre du recul, vous remettre en question dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

Vous êtes plutôt Expertise technique, chefferie de projet, management ? Notre terrain de jeu est vaste. Co-construisons votre trajectoire !

Description du poste

Talan cherche à renforcer sa communauté MicroStrategy au sein du pôle Data pour intervenir sur les différents projets de nos clients grands comptes.

VOTRE ROLE SUR NOS PROJETS :

Pour accompagner notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) Décisionnel(le) MicroStrategy de minimum 5 ans d'expérience, qui rejoindra notre équipe d'experts.


Vous serez amené(e) à prendre en charge les actions suivantes :


Vous interviendrez auprès de nos clients grands comptes et PME, sur des missions variées, dans le cadre de projets décisionnels.

  • Gérer l’ensemble des projets dont vous avez la charge (organisation projet, communication, suivi plannings, gestion des risques, suivi des actions, suivi des charges, suivi financier)
  • Accompagner nos clients depuis les phases d’études initiales jusqu’aux phases de mise en production
  • Participer à l'animation de l’équipe SCRUM, tenir les cérémonies Agiles, et participer au chiffrage via le planning poker
  • Conception et analyse techniques
  • Développement, tests unitaires et tests d’intégration
  • Intégration et rédaction des cahiers de tests et des documents techniques
  • Veille technologique

VOTRE ROLE CHEZ TALAN :

  • Benchmark de solutions et conseil auprès de nos clients sur les solutions technologiques à adopter, en lien avec leurs besoins
  • Réalisation de POC (Proof Of Concept)
  • Participation à des projets internes et partage de connaissances au sein de nos équipes.
  • Partage de connaissances et formations internes

Qualifications

VOTRE PROFIL :

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour les compétences suivantes :

Maîtrise des concepts de base de l'informatique décisionnelle (modélisation, alimentation, restitution...)

  • Connaissance du cycle de vie d’un projet
  • Capacité à appréhender le contexte métier
  • Capacité à préparer et mener des ateliers métiers
  • Connaissance d’autres outils BI 
  • Connaissance des méthodes Scrum agile
  • Maîtrise du design d’application 
  • Maîtrise de la modélisation 
  • Maîtrise de l’administration de la plateforme
  •  Capacité à former des utilisateurs et équipes projet
  • Une ou plusieurs certifications seraient fortement appréciées
  • Français lu, écrit, parlé
  • L'anglais est un plus

Construction d'une Data Factory pour la DSI Relation Client. Intervention sur la partie AMOA et Restitution sur MicroStrategy, alimentation avec Informatica et MDM avec SEMARCHY. Sur la partie MicroStrategy, mise en place des environnements, installation et upgrade des environnements, gestion avec l'éditeur, développement des rapports en agile, participation aux phases de mûrissement des besoins métiers, mise en place des bonnes pratiques de développement, formation et conduite aux changements (migration de SAP vers MSTR), formation régionale et nationale, Intégration de nouveaux graphes (D3JS), authentification SSO, administration des plateformes, sécurisation de la donnée, gestion des licences, projet en agile (scrum, daily, review, planning, grooming…)

2. Client du secteur de l'industrie

Gestion de projets et expertise technique, récolte de besoins, chiffrage, cadrage, contact avec les équipes de développement en Inde & Paris, Mise en place des process de livraison et les bonnes pratiques de développement global sur la plateforme. Mise en place de l'agilité. Développement de rapports, optimisation du modèle, Formation des end-users Direction Financière.
