Role responsibilities in a Nutshell: 

As a Scrum Master, you will be an essential catalyst for promoting Agile practices within our organization. Your primary role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, promoting self-organization among team members, and providing unwavering support to the Product Owner. You will drive continuous improvement, encourage innovation, and serve as a point of contact for Agile-related inquiries. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a clear focus on Agile principles and enhancing collaboration within the team and across stakeholders. Your responsibilities will extend across various domains, including:

  • Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: Guide team members through Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives while ensuring focus and effective use of Scrum tools.
  • Agile Practices Advocacy: Promote and support Agile methodologies within the team and the wider organization, offering guidance on Agile principles to maximise  value delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Product Owners, business representatives, and teams to support product backlog management and foster positive relationships, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Fostering Team Synergy: Guide teams through problem-solving and conflict resolution, ensuring smooth progression towards objectives. Mediate between diverse stakeholders and promote a unified direction and collaborative environment for shared success.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and address or escalate impediments to sprint execution, facilitating a smooth workflow and effective sprint completion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Serve as a mirror to the team, reflecting Modern Agile and Scrum values, facilitating continuous process improvement, and encouraging the adoption of Agile Management Innovations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Engage in organizational events, share insights through blogging, internal conferences, and other channels to promote a culture of learning and Agile community growth within the organization.
  • Coaching and Consulting: Provide coaching to team members and the organization on Agile practices and engineering practices, enhancing team capabilities and Agile maturity.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of commercial experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or Agile Coach in Agile organization, with a demonstrated understanding of multiple Agile approaches
  • Practical knowledge about Agile software development methodologies and good understanding of SDLC processes
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within various Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban), showcasing flexibility and adaptability in different Agile environments
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Solid interpersonal and excellent communication skills to cater a mixed-language team environment
  • Experience in cooperation with various stakeholders on different organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence, and other tools supporting team collaboration
  • Experience with different workshop facilitation management techniques
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • An open-minded, goal-oriented, and Agile mindset
  • Excellent command of English (C1 Level)

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in relevant industries such as gambling, gaming, programmatic buying, or online marketing bidding platforms
  • PSM I or PSM II certificate
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFE)

Qualifications:      
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, involving development and product definition roles (in such roles as Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Architect, and Development team leader)      
  • Knowledge in the DevOps, and DevSecOps field      
  • Understanding of different architecture methodologies, such as Multi-Cloud, and Kubernetes & Microservices based deployments       
  • Knowledge of WAF & API Security OWASP Top 10 risks and mitigations - Advantage      
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. SAFE) -  Advantage      
  • Experience in SaaS products - Advantage

As Quality Assurance Analyst, you will ensure we maintain customer trust and delight with every launch, new feature, and change we introduce in our applications. You'll operate as a teammate to developers, product managers, and designers with ownership of a specific domain of our application. You'll play a critical part in shaping the experiences we deliver by developing a deep knowledge of this domain, and an understanding of what problems that our application solves for the families and practitioners that rely on us to navigate their co-parenting journey.

From there, you'll craft and execute test maps that assure new functionality meets our customers' expectations when it lands in their hands. This role will allow you to think both creatively and critically about how we build, verify, and deliver products. Ultimately success is achieved through having empathy for the families and practitioners we serve every day, as well as your teammates.

Whatyou’ll accomplish:

  • Perform front and back-end system, integration and regression testing for a suite of web-based and mobile applications
  • Develop strategy for test cases, test plans, test schedules, automated testing and scripting using Selenium
  • Author, implement, and execute individual test cases both manually and through automated tools
  • Provide breakdown of QA tasks and time estimates for project planning
  • Train team members on application functionality, processes and QA tools
  • Attend Product Design meetings and assess testability and suitability of requirements against existing product paradigms and user expectations
  • Develop and document both business requirements and test cases
  • Attend weekly Development meetings to represent quality assurance process and code stability
  • Work with development to triage existing bugs and ensure that bugs, enhancements, and change requests follow the established lifecycle
  • Manage lifecycle exceptions to minimize risk and address company needs
  • Determine and communicate stability of releases with known risks prior to release ultimately determining when a release is ready for production

About the Role:

OVERALL PURPOSE

This is a newly created role for an individual who has a keen eye for detail and who is passionate about continuously improving the quality of platform and services. The position will be responsible for everything QA within a specific team (functional and non-functional testing).

You will be responsible for developing test cases and implementing testing methods and tools to achieve this purpose.   • Create, update, and execute test plans and test cases for developed functionality
  • Continuously improve test coverage by implementing new manual and automated tests
  • Create and update internal QA documentation to ensure that tests are repeatable
  • Complete non-functional testing like performance, stress, and security tests
  • Review user stories to determine requirements, acceptance criteria, and test approach
  • Provide regular feedback on functionality, usability, and defects
  • Assist customers, colleagues, and partners with troubleshooting guides and procedures
  • Join the teams for Scrum ceremonies such as grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.

The role

Agile Six is looking for a UX Researcher / Designer for the Sitewide team, working on VA.gov. This team oversees a broad portfolio of products in the unauthenticated VA.gov experience, including some that are powered by a Drupal content management system (CMS) back-end. Products include: the VA.gov homepage, header, and footer; VA.gov site search; Find a Form; Find a VA Location; high-visibility content types and eligibility wizards related to Veteran benefits; the CMS UX for Drupal-driven products; among others.

This UX Researcher / Designer will have a breadth of UX knowledge with technical expertise in user research including discovery, synthesis, and documentation. This role entails collaborating with our team to design and implement highly complex, cross-disciplinary projects for government agencies and the people they serve, including context switching across a variety of products in our portfolio as required, and designing interface elements of the Drupal CMS. Among your responsibilities will be to communicate your design vision to both team members and key stakeholders at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). You have an adaptive, empathetic, and collaborative mindset and care deeply about team dynamics. Responsibilities

  • Lead user research efforts, including discovery, synthesis, and documenting the results and findings, including for research sessions that specifically require participants using assistive technologies
  • Experienced with a variety of research methodologies such as heuristic evaluations, generative research, tree testing, card sorting and user interviews
  • Collaboratively create and evolve user stories and acceptance criteria with product owner and wider Scrum team
  • Communicate potential costs and tradeoffs of different processes and research approaches while working with incomplete requirements
  • Clearly articulate your thought processes through verbal and written explanation, whiteboard, sketching, or quick mock-ups to small or large groups
  • Use the VA Design System and design with repeatable patterns across the portfolio. Collaborate with Design System team when necessary around iteration and improvement of design system components
  • Collaborate with the product owner and engineers to ensure implementation matches intent across all design components
  • Keep UX work in sync with the product roadmap and flag delays or issues in research and design
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and team members across a range of disciplines throughout the VA

Basic qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working as UX researcher / designer or related position in collaboration with digital product teams (enterprise environment a plus)

  • Portfolio illustrating your process and samples of native product design work driven by quantitative and qualitative user research
  • Understand human-centered design, interaction design fundamentals, and UI design and research best practices, including accessibility
  • Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools

About This Role

iRhythm is looking for a Software Engineer keen to advance the software stack at a rapidly growing company.   We need someone to join a team responsible for evolving our platform, building new services and maintaining old ones.

As a member of the platform engineering team, you will immediately help drive our fundamental infrastructure forward.  You will help evolve and maintain critical services related to medical device intake processing, billing, and authentication.   You will help evolve our system towards international markets.

  • At least 8 years dedicated to managing enterprise level software application development programs.

  • Hands on experience using Agile tools. Knowledge of ServiceNow Agile products is a plus.
