Hims & Hers is seeking a self-motivated and pragmatic Litigation Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. The successful candidate will be a team-player, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote work environment. You will actively manage and oversee litigation, including providing legal guidance to our Customer Service and People teams and partnering with cross-functional business teams to pursue and defend litigation matters. You will get to work on interesting and novel issues that arise from the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce. 

You Will:

  • Primary responsibility for  litigation matters, including case strategy development and execution, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company  in smaller litigation matters, including regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and other third-party requests for information.
  • Manage outside counsel for more complex litigation matters, including providing strategic guidance, case management, and coordinating internally with business teams to gather relevant information.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on litigation-related matters, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. 
  • Develop and oversee the company’s discovery and litigation hold processes.
  • Provide guidance and updates to management on litigation matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with insurance carriers and other third parties.

You Have:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and current active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • 8+ years practicing at a law firm, government, or in-house.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including top-notch litigation drafting skills.
  • Ability to think quickly and simultaneously manage a complex workload and shifting priorities.

The Director, Post Production oversees all aspects of the post production team that creates a great variety, but not limited to, content like Brand & Director Response TV commercials, online videos, along with paid ads, content for our YouTube channel and our app. This role is both highly creative and technical, understanding about the end to end video creation across all platforms, with an emphasis & background in animation and motion graphics, both 2D and 3D. You will play a significant role in resource and talent management as well as maintaining and advising on best practices and post work flows. About the job:

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to build and maintain the platform that reliably fulfills customer orders and prescriptions at scale. About the Role:

The Manager, Operations Assurance is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting all Operations CGMP projects. This role will serve as a technical expert for Operations Change Management, Processes, and Learning.

You Will:

Conditions of Employment:

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain the infrastructure powering our ecommerce platform with a focus on Cloud Infrastructure Security. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Operations Planner to help support material planning for our growing business. You will leverage your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to determine target inventory levels and generate PO proposals that support sales and inventory goals while optimizing cost. You Have:

  • 3+ years experience in inventory management (i.e. Inventory Planning, Production Planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning), preferably in CPG
  • Proficient in inventory management concepts with an understanding of the financial and operational implications of planning decisions
  • Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
  • Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
