  • Experience building complex third-party integrations (ERPs, 3PLs, Payment Gateways, etc.), in-depth knowledge of Magento APIs such as REST API or GraphQL.
  • Front-end development experience with strong Javascript skills (including frameworks/libraries such as jQuery) as well as familiarity with accepted CSS and HTML design standards
  • Complex problem solving skills and experience architecting enterprise level integrations
  • Knowledge of OWASP and experience in web-application security vulnerabilities as well as best practices to avoid them, basic knowledge of PCI compliance.

          Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters.           MSF International is the legal entity that binds MSF’s 23 sections, 25 associations and other offices together.           The MSF Access Campaign is part of MSF International.

          Médecins Sans Frontières set up the MSF Access Campaign in 1999 to address systemic challenges and improve access to existing medical tools (medicines, diagnostics and vaccines) and to stimulate the development of urgently needed better tools for people in countries where MSF works and beyond. The priorities of the Access Campaign are guided by the medical challenges faced by MSF and its patients in its operational settings. The primary objectives of the Access Campaign include identifying, analysing and advocating for changes around the legal and regulatory systems and practices that hinder access to medical tools and innovation suitable for people in need especially in resource limited settings.


          Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) produces medical guides for non-specialized staff in the field. The objective of the guides is to disseminate adapted medical knowledge to help in analysing and understanding the situation and implementing a quality response rapidly. Based on its experience gathered in it projects, and in the absence of relevant documents from other agencies, MSF has been producing practical medical guides for more than 25 years. The International Guidelines Publication (IGP) unit has been established to ensure the quality production of MSF guidelines.

          International guides include 2 categories:

          • Public guides: for use within and outside MSF. MSF’s public guides are used by other non-governmental organisations and international agencies, thereby contributing to enhancing MSF's profile.
          • Internal guides: for use by MSF staff only.

          There are currently over 20 international guides, some of them are produced in several languages (English, French, Spanish, Arabic).


          The Digital platform officer is part of the International Guidelines Production team of MSF International. S/he is under the direct supervision of and reports to the IGP Manager. Collaboration with the IGP team members and the IGP stakeholders is essential.    


          The Digital platforms officer effectively manages the medical guidelines website: medicalguidelines.msf.org, the CMS (Drupal) of the website that is used for content creating, editing and publication, the mobile app (for Android and iOS) and Sharepoint page of the guidelines team. S/he is the first point of contact for the IT service provider and leading the next phase of development of the website, CMS and application based on clearly defined requirements already set. S/he also provides support to the IGP team in the management and administration of the IGP internal communication tools and documentation sites (SharePoint).     


          1. High level availability of the IGP digital platforms  

          • Ensure an appropriate level of hosting and support to maintain a high level of availability for the IGP digital platforms;  
          • Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website and mobile app;
          • Quickly liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues that cause downtime for the IGP digital platforms;  
          • Ensure an agreed service level offering for management of critical incidents;     
          • Ensure visibility and accessibility of the platform from another MSF knowledge management systems;
          • Provide information for the related budget definition, follow up and management to IGP manager
          • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new suppliers and freelancers if/when required.   

          2. Project lead for the next phase of the guideline and app development

          • Lead the next phase of the medical guidelines website and app development following the project plan defined;
          • First point of contact for the IT service provider project manager and developers;
          • Coordinate between the IGP team and IT service provider;
          • Building and maintaining an effective collaboration with the IT service provider;
          • Ensure the realisation of project goals with respect to the planned scope, timeline, quality and budget;
          • Proactively resolve any problems or conflicts between stakeholders with timely reporting and escalation to the IGP manager;
          • Report to the IGP manager on progress (budget and activities).

          3. Support and training to users   

          • Facilitate feedback from the IGP team on the digital platforms;  
          • Setup new user accounts;  
          • Provide 2nd line support and training when required;  
          • Deliver support and training materials;  
          • Actively respond to technical questions from users.   

          4. Analyses and reports traffic and usage IGP digital platforms 

          • Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all IGP digital assets;  
          • Create reports on website and mobile app usage and present when required;  
          • Provide an analysis of reports extracted.  

          5. Be a proactive member of the IGP team

Digest and track all email & SMS data, key performance metrics, segments, exclusion activities and filters. Develop dashboards and reports that provide insight and visualization into channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and comparative historical performance.
            • Campaign QA. Ensure accurate, timely and consistent delivery of email campaigns. Provide platform recommendations and benchmarking. Monitor and maintain email list health which includes following email deliverability best practices and email cleanup.
            • Testing. Create and manage an ongoing testing plan to continually learn and improve performance. Structure A/B tests and drive email testing experiences to enhance productivity, deliverability, and customer engagement.
            • Innovate. Expand and manage the ANINE BING loyalty program from end-to-end. Identify and develop new email automations to increase customer engagement, website traffic, customer lifetime value and familiarity with drip campaigns.


            • BS/BA preferably in Marketing or a related field
            • 2-3 years of hands-on experience building best-in-class email and SMS programs.

            • Work closely with QA Director and QA Managers to create the QA Automation Strategy, estimate tasks, and size project releases.
            • Oversight for all automation test planning, documentation, execution, and reporting. 
            • Write automation scripts for regression tests, and upcoming features.
            • Generate QA Automation reports that clearly communicate QA results, concerns and project status.
            • Influence project team to follow the defined procedures within the quality system.
            • Create automation scripts for Backend, Frontend, and mobile applications.
            • Integrate QA Automation pipeline with other systems to run in CI platform.
            • Help to create automated procedures to organize bug reporting, and CI/CD status.

            Principal Front End Architect


            High-IQ Technology Staffing & Consulting is hiring a Remote Principal Front End Architect

            Our client is a global leader in Edtech IoT (Internet of Things) technologies, creator of interactive curriculum on smartboard and is a forerunner in its space with over 90+million users on their platform.  Their technology platform impacts the lives of millions of teachers and students worldwide.

            We are seeking a Principal Front End Software Architect.

            As Principal Front End Software Architect, you will:

            • Create and document sophisticated front-end architectures including web-based and hybrid applications.
            • Contribute to architecture roadmap, and technical solutions for new and existing functionality.
            • Develop high-quality code, establishing development standards and practice by example (usability, accessibility, performance). Establish patterns for engineers to follow.
            • Work cross-functionally with UX and Product Management to analyze and suggest solutions based on requirements.
            • Identify and document non-functional and technical requirements (architectural enablers). Advocate for their value and negotiate with Product Management to prioritize architectural work.
            • Collaborate with Front End and Back End engineers to design optimal solutions to meet business needs.
            • Work with the engineering team to break down requirements and estimate work.
            • Investigate technical options and build proof of concept examples to evaluate technologies. Participate in build versus buy analysis.
            • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends in web front-end development.
            • Design reusable components by applying standard frameworks. Experiment with new technologies that can enhance our tech stack.
            • Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
            • Create appropriate work solutions and develop application implementation plans throughout the life cycle.
            • Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members to ensure their success and the success of the team. Reviews the work of engineers and provides observations.
            • May work multi-functionally with other groups including Operations, Customer Support, and Vendors to understand and address key initiatives and issues.


            • 10+ years software development experience
            • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
            • Experience building Hybrid Apps for Android and iOS (Ionic, React Native)
            • Experience with JavaScript Single Page App Frameworks (React.js, Angular.io)
            • Experience with Typescript
            • HTML5 including Canvas Experience
            • Stylesheets (CSS, LESS, SASS)
            • Must have strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing and functional testing
            • Responsive Web Design and Development
            • Performance optimization and debugging
            • Advanced experience with scalability, redundancy, monitoring
            • Experience working in an Agile process (Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban, etc.)
            • Native Android App experience
            • Experience with Cloud Native Services (Azure or AWS)
            • Accessibility: WCAG 2.0 AA and AAA
