The Director, Global Learning will be part of the Global Talent Development Team and will have both the practical experience and depth of strategic expertise in learning solutions, specifically focused on a digital-first and scalable approaches to leadership and professional development. You will design, develop, scale and program manage critical areas of our talent development function including our global learning strategy, career pathways, mentoring, leadership development experiences, DEIB learning, and implementation of a new global LMS. Key Responsibilities:
