Job Description

The Manager of Solutions Engineering is tasked with building and leading a team of Solutions Engineers. This role encompasses managing the technical pre-sales process for complex customers, including crafting solution designs, planning demonstrations with the Sales Engineering team, and overseeing proof of concept projects.   • Demonstrate strong mentoring and coaching skills with empathy and active listening, aimed at keeping teams engaged and motivated.

  • Have a deep understanding of integrations, B2B SaaS products (especially those with significant data components), databases, software development life cycles, and quality assurance principles.
