Identify & Frame Value

  • Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases

  • Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives

Realize Value

Scale Value

  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing

The qualifications you need:

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in Industry required; MBA perferred but not required
  • Value Selling Methodology:You have advanced knowledge and experience following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey: including discovery, qualification, value assessment and PoV’s, and demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis EMS
  • Product Expertise:You are an expert in guiding the customer’s IT team throughout their EMS journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of EMS and accelerating value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows
  • Value Realization:You have advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritising use cases, implementing improvement measures and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users for the customer to realize value and renew/expand their subscription with Celonis

  • Propose the best course of action and optimal technical solutions to solve issues at the customer side. Analyzing and organizing resources and bandwidth in Engineering to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Strengthening the customer feedback loop with Engineering during the escalation period to ensure timely resolution of issues, organizing and driving customer calls. 
  • Streamline the Engineering escalation process and work with the Engineering teams on prevention tactics for future escalations on a data driven approach.

The qualifications you need:

  • 5+ years experience in Technical Program Management in SaaS software companies, preferably in escalations and/or development projects.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in enterprise accounts, focused on Strategic Accounts within the Public Sector State & Local Governmentspace focused on the West including California, Oregon, Washington , Alaska, and Hawaii. You will collaborate cross functionally to understand the account’s needs and drive the end-to-end sales-cycle. 

The work you’ll do:

  • Manage a fixed number of accounts - land-and-expand is the typical model
  • Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions from Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
  • Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-figure deals within these accounts

The Team:

You will be joining Celonis product team, working on platform infrastructure topics, such as core platform services, including the administrator experience. While the product management team is globally distributed, you will be working from Germany/Spain, reporting into a product management lead for the platform infrastructure area.

The Role:

At Celonis we are building a platform which spans across all major hosting providers (AWS, Azure, GCP and others) and a global footprint of deployments. In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and build such a global infrastructure at scale. You will be responsible for running a fleet of cloud deployments being built using the latest cloud technologies. You can work with a team spearheading how to build a next generation cloud platform. You will lead our efforts around building deployment models of our SaaS offering for a global enterprise customer base. Among other topics you will be the Product Manager responsible for:

  • Deployment options - The various deployment options in which our customers can use our Process Intelligence Platform. (Among others including our standard multi-tenant and private deployments)
  • Hosting provider strategy - Various Celonis hosting options across the major providers such as on AWS, Azure, GCP and others. 
  • Integration into hosting provider services - Integration into our customer’s existing infrastructure through cloud services such as PrivateLink.
  • Certified security - Deployment options with enhanced security controls such as FEDRAMP or HIPAA certified options.

The work you’ll do:

  • Define the product strategy and vision for deployment options
  • Drive buy-in and agreement with stakeholders across departments
  • Collaborate with engineering and design counterparts to put the strategy into motion and successfully lead the product to the market
  • Work directly with customers and the go-to-market organization to understand customer needs and improve the product with the highest possible customer impact
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for your assigned area of the product

The qualifications you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS); Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS) or similar degree highly preferred.
  • Experience working with core cloud services (examples: S3 / Azure Blob Storage / GCS, EC2, cloud provider load balancer, EBS, PrivateLink, various cloud APIs).
  • You have defined and executed on containerization strategy incorporating technical and business benefits for a SaaS platform
  • Experience in defining, strategizing and executing on a multi-cloud, global expansion roadmap across all major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • The ability to understand the breadth of our product line as well as the technical ability to drill into details on owned areas.
  • Prior experience defining a product vision and roadmap, and managing incremental execution through successful launches.
  • A proven track record of working on cloud platform teams with numerous deployment strategies and integrations into enterprise customer IT ecosystems.

The Team:

The vertical Chemical & Pharma sales team is part of our regional DACH sales team for strategic and enterprise customers. The team is supported by first-class products, first-class sales processes and collaboration with other functions.

The Role:

As a Strategic Account Executive within our Chemical & Pharma Vertical, your main objective is to develop and expand strategic accounts (DAX40) and thus make a significant contribution to our strategic goal of capitalizing more market potential and sustainably retaining our customers. 

The work you’ll do:

  • Manage a fixed number of  named accounts, including existing and new customers, with the objective to generate new business. Land-and-expand is the typical model.
  • Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions 
  • Hold an individual revenue target for closing multi-six to seven-figure deals within your accounts
  • Engage closely with partners, especially Big4, other consulting firms, GSIs and RSIs
  • Engage closely with your virtual team including business development representatives, partner managers, marketing managers, value engineers, professional services and implementation partners 

The qualifications you need:

  • 5+  years of experience selling enterprise business software to senior stakeholders, preferably at C-level (CFO, CPO, COO…) in a new business focused field sales role 
  • or 5+ years of experience in management/business process consulting including responsibility to secure new project wins
  • Experienced in managing large international accounts and building trusted relationships with senior LOB stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and KPIs -  especially within Finance and Supply Chain
  • Creative and analytical ability to anticipate and identify use cases within large, complex enterprises
  • Understanding of the Chemicals / Life Science / Pharma industry is a significant advantage but not a must-have
  • Experience in working with partners, i.e. consulting firms or enterprise tech providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent)  and English
  • Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking and a growth mindset

The Team:

The position of Symbio Solution Specialist is part of our Value Engineering organisation. Our Value Engineering team has full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our customers – landing, expanding, adopting and renewing. Responsibilities include translating customers’ objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, building specific Celonis business cases and demos, running value workshops, and engaging with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver value driven results and secure long term partnership agreements.


The Role:

As a Symbio Solution Specialist at Celonis, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging our enhanced process intelligence capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the growth and strengthening of our Business Process Management (BPM) offering. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to the Go-to-Market team and other stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into our processes. This role involves a blend of process expertise, strategic thinking, sales acumen and effective communication to ensure successful integration and utilisation of Symbio.

The work you’ll do:

Identify & Frame Value

  • Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
  • Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers 
  • Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executive

Realize Value

  • Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement
  • Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives

Scale Value

  • Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing
  • Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
  • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis EMS as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion
  • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases

The qualifications you need:

Experience and Expertise: Extensive experience in Business Process Management and network in this area.

Process Improvement & Value Realization:Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures,  being a change agent and training users/process owners to realize value

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of BPM solutions and their application in optimizing business processes. Familiarity with other BPM tools and technologies is a plus.

Communication Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present solutions, and conduct training sessions.

Analytical Thinking:Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and stay updated on industry trends. Proactive in learning and implementing new technologies.

Team Player:Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, sharing insights and knowledge for the overall success of the BPM team and the organization.

Degree:In Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a comparable degree program
