Job Description

The Development & Validation Engineer for Electrified Driveline is responsible for designing, developing, and validating components and systems.  Work closely with other engineer groups interacting with the transmission & driveline system, including - but not limited to - transmission hardware, software, calibration, thermal management, engine, driveline & electrified propulsion engineering organizations. The Development Engineer is also responsible for system level DFMEA development, DVPR and Test Management execution to ensure functional objectives and durability goals are met. Participate in post-test reviews including failure analysis. Support assembly plant activities to ensure smooth product launches.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:  Automatic Transmission Engineer

• B.S. Mechanical, Aero, Electrical or equivalent Engineering Degree
• At least 3-5 years of  engineering experience in Automatic Transmission/Driveline/Electrified Powertrain hardware, calibration or controls development
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills as well as experience with basic PC software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project)
• Candidate must be highly motivated, self-directed, have the ability to manage multiple complex projects, and have a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:  Automatic Transmission Engineer

• Preferred candidates will hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and/or have experience in transmission and/or driveline design, development, and testing
• Specific experience with software, calibration, efficiency and/or thermal management is desired
• An understanding of transmission & driveline operation and the interaction between gears, clutches, and electrohydraulic components is desired
• Experience with transmission & driveline testing procedures, in vehicle or on dynamometer, and other related considerations are also highly valued

• Lead release and approval of part development with suppliers according to “Source Package” process.
• Attend training and development plan in order to acquire required abilities and knowledge to comply with individual and team goals.
• Obtainment of product changes information, implementation dates, service and/or recall technical bulletins, Product Engineering standards, bill of material and Engineering graphs.
• Creation and approval of Tool Kick Off (TKO) request for parts on assigned vehicle families.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechanical Administrator, Mechatronics, Electric, Electro-mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Environmental, Sustainability, Logistics, Business or related) or Business Management.
• *Previous experience: Minimun 3 years in manufacturing industry and/or administrative or industrial project management, or recently graduated with experience as trainee in manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in: automotive vehicles and systems, assembly and manufacturing processes within the industry.
• Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and Project Management.
• Good skills in communicate and present ideas, as well as experience in basic software suites (Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Minitab etc.)

The DRE is responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and release of powertrain systems. CB DRE Position Description:

As the Control Board Engineering Design & Release Engineer (DRE) you will have responsibility for STLA’s control board product development and verification for electric vehicle platforms which may include mHEV, HEV, PHEV and BEV.  The Engineer must be a strong systems-focused team player with interdisciplinary experience/expertise, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Descrierea locului de muncă

Responsabilități:

• Este persoana de contact a departamentului post- vanzare  în cadrul proiectului său de vehicul, de la faza inițială sau de precontractare până la comercializare.
• Asigura în faza de dezvoltare, integrarea cerințelor post vanzare de către echipele de inginerie și programe în cadrul proiectului său.
• Asigura disponibilitatea serviciilor necesare și a pieselor la lansarea comercială a vehiculului și a versiunilor derivate.
• În procesul de evolutie  a proiectului prezinta, dacă este necesar, problemele K1/K2 ale proiectelor din gama sa în cadrul iDAV, DAV sau comitetelor de proiect/program.
• Participa la obtinerea avizelor post vanzare pentru etapele-cheie care trebuie transmise Inginerului de Asigurare a Calității.
• Realizeaza un raport periodic privind evolutia proiectului său, avansarea planului de convergență, problemele dificile, evenimentele importante, disponibilitatea PR și PVI.
•  Standardizarea si centralizarea  cunoștințelor dobândite în cadrul dezvoltării proiectelor.
• În etapa de  viata serie (producție): menține actualizată documentația post vanzare disponibilă rețelei prin Infotech.
• Ofera suport țărilot/regiunilot în fața dificultăților întâmpinate cu vehiculele transformate în ICP sau PP.
• Este interfata intre departamentul post vanzare si departamentul  caroserie.

Calificări

Principalele calificari cerute sunt:

• Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul ingineriei mecanice (AR, TCM, etc.),
• Experienta anterioara in industria auto, 
• Experienta anterioara in managementul de proiect (ideal fost Project manager/ Reponsabil afacere)
• O minima experienta de utilizare a SPARC, ADT, New Dialogys reprezinta avantaj
• Limbi straine cunoscute : engleza minim B2 (conversational), franceza reprezinta avantaj

Stellenbeschreibung

• Spezifikation und Koordination des Aufbaus und der Vorbereitung von akustisch relevanten Fahrzeugen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Systembereichen, den Werkstätten und der internen Messtechnik.
• Erstellung und Steuerung von Werkstattaufträgen.
• Sicherstellung der Richtigkeit von Hardware- und Softwarekonfiguration und Durchführung von Abnahmefahrten zum Nachweis der Messtauglichkeit der Versuchsträger.
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung des Versuchsauftrages gemäß Anforderungskatalog
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher Qualitätsvorschriften entlang des Prüfprozesses.
• Aufbereitung der Messergebnisse zur weiteren Verwendung in der virtuellen Akustikabsicherung (Simulation) inkl. strukturierter Ablage in Versuchsdatenmanagement-Systemen.
• Erstellung von Prüfberichten für Entwicklungs- und Qualitätssicherungsgremien.
• Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung von externen Entwicklungsdienstleistern.

Qualifikationen

• Dipl.-Ing. (FH)/Bachelor oder vergleichbares, Schwerpunkt/Fachrichtung: Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, o.Ä.
• Sie bringen mehr als 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Akustik und Schwingungstechnik mit
• Berufserfahrungen im Bereich NVH-Analyse und Messtechnik vorteilhaft
• Kenntnis von Softwarepaketen zur Durchführung von akustischen Analysen (z.B. HEAD acoustics Artemis) vorteilhaft
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kundenorientierung
• Beherrschung der gängigen Standardsoftware (MS Office)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Participer à la définition des besoins du projet
• Réaliser la conception des équipements en accord avec les exigences applicables (code de construction, exigences clients) :
• Réalisation de nomenclatures
• Réaliser l’ensemble de la documentation technique du projet (plans, notes de calculs, documents divers …) 

Qualifications

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac +2/+3 (en conception mécanique )
• Vous disposez d'un an d'expérience sur un poste similaire en Bureau d’Etude
• Vous avez des notions sur les schémas PID
• Vous êtes parfaitement à l’aise avec l’outil informatique
• Vous maîtrisez la plateforme MicroStation et également AutoCAD
• Vous maîtrisez Excel et les outils bureautiques

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Apoiar as actividades elétricas da equipa CTO, incluindo actualização de layout das linhas elétricas, análise de linhas, criação de diagramas elétricos e listas de materiais (BOM).
• Realizar a especificação elétrica dos projetos e garantir o cumprimento das normas de qualidade.
• Desenvolver o design de quadros elétricos utilizando Eplan.
• Dimensionamento de componentes e cálculo da cablagem para os projetos.
• Participar nos testes de painéis e verificação de qualidade dos produtos.
• Criar novos códigos de itens e nomenclaturas para os projetos.
• Colaborar com equipas multidisciplinares no desenvolvimento de soluções personalizadas para os clientes.

Qualificações

Requisitos:

• Formação Académica: Mestrado ou equivalente em Engenharia Elétrica, Automação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência Profissional:
  • Formação técnica sólida em automação ou sistemas elétricos.
  • Experiência com software Eplan (Obrigatório).
  • Conhecimentos de AutoCAD (Obrigatório).
  • Experiência com Caneco para cálculos de LVDB será uma mais-valia.
• Línguas: Fluência em Português e Inglês (Obrigatório).

Qualificações

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia profissional entre 2 a 3 anos
  • Experiência comprovada com SolidWorks ou software de design 3D semelhante.
  • Conhecimentos de AutoCAD (Obrigatório).
  • Familiaridade com SAP PLM será uma mais-valia.
