Missions : 

• Analyse de la mise en place actuelle des méthodes Agile en milieu industriel, et proposition de stratégie de déploiement dans l’entreprise cliente.
• Coaching d’équipes pluridisciplinaires et internationales.
• Déploiement de projets Agile en milieux industriels
• Des déplacements aux US sont à prévoir.

Poste à pourvoir rapidement.
Ouvert à plusieurs types de contrat. 

Qualifications

De formation Bac+5 ou ingénieur, vous justifiez d’une expérience d'au moins 10 ans sur une fonction similaire. 

Compétences recherchées : 

• Utilisation éprouvée des méthodes Agile SCRUM, Kanban et/ou SAFe
• Expérience industrielle (par exemple dans les services développement, prototypes, production, logistique, qualité), idéalement automobile
• Utilisation du logiciel JIRA
• Anglais courant, des échanges oraux avec des Américains sont à prévoir
• Capacité de synthèse et d’analyse

Qualifiche

Job Description

The DRE is responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and release of powertrain systems. Other responsibilities will include development and validation of assigned components and communicating technical product status and competitor benchmarking to management. Individual will be responsible for coordinating the packaging with all adjacent department. Will be responsible for working with virtual validation groups to ensure that the CAE scorecard is met as well as manufacturing feasibility. Engineer needs to support meeting throughout NA work hours and work closely with local engineering teams, Architecture/Vehicle Concepts, program science teams & PDO with iterative models to align with all packaging, functional objectives and system requirements.

This position is to work permanently remotely with availability to travel occasionally, all candidates must reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electric, Electro-mechanical, etc).
• Previous experience: Preferably 1-2 years in automotive industry as Product Engineer or product development-related position.
• Design experience in the following components: electronic modules support brackets / internal combustion engine / electric motor / power electronic accesories components / internal and sorrounding components from internal combustion engine.
• Experience with Catia V5, NX, and Teamcenter Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, and validation plans
• Availability to travel sporadically

CB DRE Position Description:

As the Control Board Engineering Design & Release Engineer (DRE) you will have responsibility for STLA’s control board product development and verification for electric vehicle platforms which may include mHEV, HEV, PHEV and BEV.  The Engineer must be a strong systems-focused team player with interdisciplinary experience/expertise, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. 

The DRE shall perform the following activities:

>Work with technical subject matter experts to develop cost effective and reliable control boards using cutting edge technologies, simulation tools, and test and evaluation equipment

>Participate in Power Inverter Module (PIM) Control Board sourcing activities, including

>>Development of source packages

>>Conducting supplier technical review meetings

>>Providing engineering assessment of each supplier’s proposal

>Procure components for various internal development teams

• Asigura disponibilitatea serviciilor necesare și a pieselor la lansarea comercială a vehiculului și a versiunilor derivate.
• În procesul de evolutie  a proiectului prezinta, dacă este necesar, problemele K1/K2 ale proiectelor din gama sa în cadrul iDAV, DAV sau comitetelor de proiect/program.
• Participa la obtinerea avizelor post vanzare pentru etapele-cheie care trebuie transmise Inginerului de Asigurare a Calității.
• Realizeaza un raport periodic privind evolutia proiectului său, avansarea planului de convergență, problemele dificile, evenimentele importante, disponibilitatea PR și PVI.
•  Standardizarea si centralizarea  cunoștințelor dobândite în cadrul dezvoltării proiectelor.
• În etapa de  viata serie (producție): menține actualizată documentația post vanzare disponibilă rețelei prin Infotech.
• Ofera suport țărilot/regiunilot în fața dificultăților întâmpinate cu vehiculele transformate în ICP sau PP.
• Este interfata intre departamentul post vanzare si departamentul  caroserie.

Calificări

Principalele calificari cerute sunt:

• Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul ingineriei mecanice (AR, TCM, etc.),
• Experienta anterioara in industria auto, 
• Experienta anterioara in managementul de proiect (ideal fost Project manager/ Reponsabil afacere)
• O minima experienta de utilizare a SPARC, ADT, New Dialogys reprezinta avantaj

Qualifikationen

• Sie bringen mehr als 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Akustik und Schwingungstechnik mit

Job Description

The Design Release Engineer (DRE) is responsible for the component and system level design, development, and engineering release of the exciting area of chassis vehicle adaptation components (e.g., skid plates, tow hooks, trailer hitches, and winches) for Stellantis production vehicles in all global markets in which the North American region has design responsibility. This opportunity includes ownership of all aspects of the early design to ensure all system and vehicle level functional objectives are met. The selected candidate assumes complete project ownership and executes engineering deliverables per project management KPI (Key Process Indicators), step deliverables and program timing. Examples of DRE responsibilities in this area include principal lead in component design/development/packaging, management of Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R), component/system/vehicle level validation testing, engineering change management, engineering bill of material, support of prototype builds, issues resolution leadership, CAD model ownership in Stellantis Teamcenter system, fastener design and assembly torque development/validation. Additional duties include, but would not be limited to: the management of the tier1 suppliers; component PPAP; and launch production launch support at supplier and Stellantis manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent is required from an ABET accredited university.
· Prefer minimum 3 years of experience related to the design, validation, and release of chassis components.
· Familiarity with metallic alloys and joining techniques/methods.
· Basic understanding of Teamcenter and NX and ability to function in those systems to support day to day responsibilities. Ability to perform basic design activities in Catia/NX/Teamcenter related to vehicle packaging and design of components.
· Ability to construct system and component level DVP’s and DFMEA’s.
· Must demonstrate an ability to use logical thinking to construct work plans and resolve complex issues with conflicting requirements across multiple organizations.
· Must have ability to work effectively within a team environment and be able to perform job responsibilities with little supervision.
· Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient with existing office suite applications (Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).

Preferred Requirements
· Technical understanding of virtual design of structural components - CAE for Fatigue and strength modelling.
· Previous experience and knowledge of physical system testing of structural components.
