This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketer to take the next step in their career and join a fast-growing Enterprise Software company, Idera. This position falls within Idera’s high-growth DevOps Business Unit.
 

What is the opportunity?
 

  • We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and optimize demand generation activities.
  • This role is both strategic and operational. Specific functions will include (i) driving customer demand through applicable channels (organic, PPC, email, content) and optimizing spend, (ii) building and managing a small marketing team, including Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Programmatic Marketing functions, (iii) tracking, interpreting, reporting, and managing marketing metrics, and (iv) budgeting.
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B infrastructure software, ideally in the Software Development, Software Testing and/or DevOps industries and be looking to advance their career by managing the end-to-end marketing organization for a best-in-class software company.
  • This is a management role that will report directly to the General Manager of the business.

(experience managing a successful digital marketing team preferred.)
  • Qualities: Highly organized. Strong attention to detail. Tenacious and hungry. Curious with a strong desire to improve constantly. Comfortable working remotely and managing a remote team. Exceptional ability to prioritize, focus, and understand the big-picture implications of routine tasks. Quick learner with the ability to execute by following instruction. Not intimidated by being given high levels of responsibility and autonomy.
