  • Calculation and payment of income tax estimated tax payments and extension payments 
  • Coordination with international corporate controllers and external tax providers to ensure timely preparation of foreign country income tax returns, payments, and other international tax filings 
  • Assist with US income tax and indirect tax audit management and global tax audit monitoring   
  • Review of monthly intercompany transfer pricing calculations for international subsidiaries 
  • Assist with acquisition integration into the Company’s tax compliance processes  
  • Determine jurisdictional nexus and that the Company is properly registered to do business in each jurisdiction globally 
  • Maintain knowledge of changing tax laws and regulations, identify and implement necessary changes 
  • Research and analyze tax issues, document and report conclusions  
  • Maintain current professional and technical knowledge.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent MST preferred, but not required. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience, working in the Tax Department of an international, multi-state corporation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.  
  • Working knowledge of ProSystem fx Tax / CCH Axcess or other similar tax compliance system.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading SaaS tool whose success has primarily been driven by product-led growth. As the Customer Experience (“CX”) Manager, your mission is to optimize the user journey for trial users, help QA leaders who are evaluating TestRail, and ultimately increase the trial conversion rate. What you’ll do:

  • Analyze user flows for trial signup and conversion using telemetry tools (like Pendo) and produce regular reports about key trial activation and usage statistics
  • Conduct user research with expired, converted, and current trial users to identify friction points in trial signup and product evaluation experience
  • Enumerate hypotheses for projects, initiatives, or tools that might grow the trial conversion rate and evaluate the most important projects to work on based on a balance of cost, effort, and potential impact

Idera, Inc. is growing our UX/UI Design team. We are looking for a UX designer who will help improve usability for our DevOp products. You will design across web and desktop enterprise applications, collaborate with
Director of UX/UI Design, Product and Engineering team members, perform user research, and create other UX/UI design deliverables. What You’ll Be Doing: 

 

  • Work on multiple product releases for DevOp products assigned by the Director of UX/UI Design. 
  • Work closely with the Dev Design, product managers, architects and developers to improve our DevOp user experiences through research and application of UXD best practices. 
  • Perform product UI audits, heuristics, and walkthroughs. 
  • Write usability improvement reports with suggested implementation plans 
  • Define key interaction models and workflows. 
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using the existing product design library or stylesheets.
  • Present designs to the product team and be able to intelligently explain design choices based on research and UXD best practices.
  • Write effective user interface design specifications to help development. 
  • Create and update existing style guides, component library and other documentation
  • Handoff files to developers using Figma 
  • Attend developer demos and install software to ensure designs were implemented correctly. 
  • Advocate for UX to be added to releases with product managers.

 
Must Haves:

  •   2 years professional UX/UI Design experience with enterprise applications 
  • BA/BS degree with an emphasis in HCI, Human Factors, Interaction Design, or similar 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills 
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design, UI best practices and design principles (i.e. color theory, Hicks Law, Law of Proximity, etc.) 
  • Proven hands-on experience creating mockups, prototypes, user flows, etc. 
  • Experience using style guides, common component libraries and Sketch libraries. 
  • Advanced knowledge of UX/UI software like Figma 
  • Experience working in waterfall Development Cycle and Jira. 
  • A thinker that can think through a problem and be self-reliant 
  • Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it. 
  • Well-Organized and proactive with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks and assignments at once. 
  • Comfortable working remote while collaborating with global remote product teams at different time zones.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal).

Preferred skills: 

  • Design experience for Enterprise SaaS and desktop applications with data visualization. 
  • Basic knowledge of Dev Ops, QA Testing, or Development. 
  • Some basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript programming experience.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leading SaaS tool and help scale a mature technology business. As aSales Development Representativefor TestRail, your mission is to find the perfect prospects for the Sales team by educating the world about TestRail. You will accomplish this with constant outreach to targeted prospects, using both research tools and marketing research to find the optimal companies and the correct contacts.

 

This role reports directly to the TestRail Enterprise Global Sales Manager and is the tip of the spear for our Sales team. Your primary purpose is to find and educate prospects on the value and benefits of TestRail and secure meetings for the Sales team.  Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with all of our functional teams (especially Customer Success, Marketing, and Product) but primarily with the Sales team.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Generate quality leads to pass on to our Sales team
  • Utilize all forms of communication (phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media) to generate pipeline
  • Leverage industry leading research tools to strategically target contacts (i.e. ZoomInfo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Work closely with the Sales team to find the optimal accounts and contacts
  • Keep accurate notes and be detail oriented when it comes to documentation
  • Always keep our customers top of mind. You will likely be the first touch point a prospect will have with TestRail. Therefore, you must maintain our high standards for customer experience

 

About you:

  • At least 1 year of SDR, BDR,  sales, or marketing experience
  • You’re resilient and tenacious when it comes to calling or emailing prospects
