That’s why we’re looking for a talented Product Designer II- Web/Mobile to join Procore’s journey to revolutionize a historically underserved industry.

As a Product Designer II Web/Mobile, you’ll partner with Product and Engineering teams to create delightful, effortless experiences for our users. You'll shape our products by understanding our users' needs and translating them into intuitive designs, validating them frequently during their path from concept to polished product. If you constantly analyze and obsess over other products’ experiences—we’d like to hear from you! This position will report to a ProductDesign Managerand can beremotely anywhere in India.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts for our cloud-based applications
  • Work as an embedded member of a cross-functional agile product development team, collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to set the product's strategy, and create solutions based on research
  • Partner with in-house UX research experts to conduct generative research and usability tests with Procore users, both online and in-person at job sites around the country
  • Advocate for the user, evangelizing user experience best practices and maturity throughout the organization
  • Promote a positive culture within your product team, and overcome challenges through endurance, grit, and persistence
  • Leverage the patterns, content, and solutions created by our Design System, Content Strategy, UX Research, and DesignOps teams

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience designing world-class product apps (SaaS) with a strong portfolio of design work (please submit with your application - and password if applicable)
  • Aptitude for performing and synthesizing formative and evaulative research, including contextual inquiry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record presenting designs and articulating design decisions to both cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with prototyping and in leading design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to design as a team, exploring and promoting new ideas, especially those that aren’t your own, leading with self-awareness and empathy
  • Enjoy the challenges of leveraging critical thinking and system thinking to solve highly complex and nuanced needs of enterprise B2B customers
  • Demonstrated ability to execute design on multiple projects at once and constantly assess the best path forward
  • Understanding of mobile design patterns and best practices for both iOS and Android
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic design, HCI, or UX (or a related area of study or equivalent work experience is preferred)

About the role:

As a Web Developer on Samsara’s Growth team, you’ll work with partners across marketing and design to develop world-class web experiences. In this role, you will: 

  • Deliver and maintain responsive content and integrations across Samsara web properties
  • Keep our CMS (Contentful) current by developing content types and extensions
  • Increase web scalability, user engagement, and traffic by determining and implementing the best web development standards
  • Optimize Samsara.com for performance and accessibility
  • Build CMS workflows and architecture for translations, global site updates, and self-serve changes

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 2+ years in a front-end development role; include portfolio or samples of past work and projects
  • Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (JavaScript libraries like Nuxt, Next, Gatsby, Gridsome)
  • Experience with Gulp, Sass, Webpack
  • Proficient in developing sites with headless CMS platforms (Contentful experience is a plus!)
  • Experience accurately translating designs cross-browser for a variety of screen sizes
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail
  • Experience working with Figma or similar (Sketch and InVision)

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience with multi-language sites and localization

The Senior Platform Architect delivers strategic visions to executive personas at clients on the value of ServiceNow solutions as well. You will partner with the sales, solution consulting and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness. The role takes a consultative approach with our customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions. The role requires demonstration and prototyping of platform capabilities, and also to identify the specific requirements needed to develop innovative application prototypes for specific customers. The Senior Platform Architect will also provide solutions and enablement to the technical sales force and provide prospective customers with product and solution advice during pre-sales discussions.

The Senior Platform Architect will provide technical and business expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements.
