Particularly on the CPG side of the business, our vision is to become an indispensable marketing partner to every brand. To date, we have built an advertising business which has enabled brands to drive awareness, consideration, and sales on our platform and the CPG Co-Marketing team is looking to expand on those capabilities even further. We are looking to partner with brand marketers at CPG organizations to make magic together. Through co-branded marketing campaigns, we aim to bring the incredible brand power and story telling of CPGs together with our ability to get products in the hands of consumers in as little as 30 minutes. This may include enabling CPG brands to play a major role in our seasonal marketing or building custom marketing campaigns in partnership with our CPG advertisers. About the Team -The CPG Co-Marketing team at Instacart, which sits at the intersection of B2B & B2C, is a small team that is still building the foundations of what we can bring to our CPG partners. As a Co-Marketing manager you would work closely with our Brand Partnerships team to build, price, package, and sell custom co-marketing packages. As a CPG Co-Marketing Manager you would be responsible for:

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-8+ years of experience in a co-marketing, partner marketing, or integrated marketing role at a media or tech company, or an account manager role at an agency with experience creating campaigns with multiple brands

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, creative, pricing, finance, & legal as well as third party agencies

The Implementation Manager will spearhead on-the-ground launch activities at new Caper Store Launch Sites. This role involves overseeing the initial launch success, facilitating pre and post-launch processes, and ensuring that on-the-ground execution aligns with our strategic goals.   • Build and execute the playbook for launching new in-store technology to retail locations: Spearhead on-the-ground launch activities at new Caper Store Launch Sites. About the Role

We are seeking an Associate to help with the development of our payments ecosystem, and deepening our relationships with marquee financial services providers across North America to ensure Instacart's long term growth and success. Partners include Payment Methods like PayPal and Klarna, Issuers like Chase Bank, and Payment Networks such as Mastercard, Visa and American Express. This role will play a critical role in supporting and leading high visibility programs for Instacart including supporting programs such as our co-branded credit card, the Instacart Mastercard. About the Job 

  • Partner with the rest of the Retailer Marketing team to create and manage campaign briefs from draft to creative execution across channels (including but not limited to CRM, OTT/OLV, Streaming Audio, Photoshoots, Direct Mail, and Podcasts)
  • Monitor campaigns, pull and analyze data, report on performance and share insights with the team - where needed, working with Marketing Analytics and Data Science
  • Own our retailer processes - logo and campaign inclusions, growth initiative requests, new launch support requests, and ensure they are executed flawlessly and responded to in a timely manner while having an eye for continuous improvement 
  • Build external-facing retailer assets that excite retailers on Co-Marketing opportunities and ongoing seasonal campaign inclusions 
  • Own end-to-end campaign excellence by identifying opportunities for streamlining campaign creation and execution across channels and implementing process change 
  • Support a number of retailers directly by building and executing marketing GTMs across CRM, in-app promotion and performance marketing channels



About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in marketing operations, campaign/project management, partnership marketing, co-marketing and/or marketing management with at least 1-2 of those years at a retailer, CPG, tech company or consulting firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and processes from inception to completion with cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience pulling and analyzing campaign data into compelling insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience working in a client or partner facing role
  • Baseline familiarity with strategy, execution, & performance benchmarks of a wide breadth of marketing channels including CRM, organic social, paid media, and influencer
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to plan and execute across a range of projects with overlapping timelines

We are currently seeking an Industrial Design Lead who will oversee Caper Cart, Instacart’s IDF award winning AI-powered smart cart. Caper aims to transform the in-store shopping experience by helping customers save time and money while helping grocery retailers grow their business.   • We’re seeking a hands on creative problem solver to define our Caper cart experiences by pushing the boundaries of industrial design. This includes improving/refining our current generation of carts and defining future generations. 
  • You’ll use your full range of skills including strategic design, ideation, prototyping iteration and research. 
  • You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, User Research, and Product Design to bring our carts to life.

Our backend systems power the clients used by millions of customers every year to buy their groceries online. These systems must also support tight integration with the largest retailers in the US and Canada. ABOUT THE TEAM

The Data Platform team provides a robust and cutting edge platform to process petabytes of data daily using industry best practices. We work closely with Product/Data Science/ML teams to understand their needs and provide high quality solutions.The team is still small and many of our bigger initiatives are at an early stage. We expect you to work closely with stakeholders and shape these systems from design, technical decisions, project management to execution.Your input will be critical for driving the Data Strategy and building the platform that Instacart data lake will be built upon.Instacart's technology is constantly changing and adapting. Some of the technologies you would use at Instacart include:Scala, Python, Postgres, Snowflake, DeltaLake, Iceberg, Clickhouse, Spark, DBT, Flink Kafka, Airflow

If you have experience with these technologies, you will have the opportunity to dive deeper. If you haven't used these technologies you will have the chance to learn from the collective experience of our team.

  • You will work closely with other teams to understand their main pain points and translate them into self-serve and reliable solutions.

ABOUT YOU

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-motivation and an enjoyment for a startup environment
  • A strong sense of ownership
  • Strong knowledge of common data infra technologies (Python, Scala, Kafka, Airflow, Spark, Iceberg, Delta Lake) in a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of common industry data stores or warehouses (Postgres, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, Dynamo, Snowflake)
  • An ability to balance a sense of urgency with shipping high quality and pragmatic solutions
  • Experience working with a large codebase on a cross functional team.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • 10+ years of working experience in a similar field/environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, electrical engineering ORequivalent work experience

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations who will support team leadership in building, maintaining, and iterating on a comprehensive end-to-end sales management process inclusive of market sizing and segmentation, sales territory development, leading and lagging metric definition and reporting, measuring team progress against goals, building new revenue management capabilities, and sizing new product opportunities in partnership with leadership. The role is highly cross-functional with engagement between sales leadership, company management, finance, and strategy.

The Revenue Operations team is a critical function of the Sales Capabilities & Strategy organization, whose overall mission is to empower Sales, cross functional teams, and advertisers by leveraging technology, data, and strategic insights to achieve operational efficiency and revenue growth. 

About the Job

  • Partner with sales leadership to define & quantify quarterly team objectives & performance
  • Manage end-to-end sales planning processes -- from market sizing, account segmentation, quota setting and allocation, forecasting, and prospect tracking through to revenue realization
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver periodic reporting to Instacart’s Brand Partnership leadership team focusing on both leading and lagging metrics
  • Direct and mentor a team of highly skilled and motivated business analysts and revenue operations team members
  • Partner with sales and other cross functional leaders to conduct deep analysis to move the business forward
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams to enhance the systems, tools, and processes that the sales team uses to manage their business
  • Streamline workflows and processes to limit field sales exposure to operational overhead through weekly rhythm and other process enhancements
  • Use your deep understanding of the business levers and metrics to give leaders the context needed to make key decisions
  • Constantly iterate to improve reporting & associated processes

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a relevant field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project or team management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or similar roles. 
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills. Financial modeling experience in MS Excel and Tableau required.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business & product challenges
  • Strong written & verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly & easily
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgency
  • An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to and understanding of digital advertising including Search
