  • Analyze research insights and successfully turn them into product ideas and solutions. 
  • Participate in user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability studies. 
  • Prototype concepts for communication with stakeholders, to aid in demos and development. 
  • Develop quality user interfaces by creating viable solution options, identifying pros/cons of each, and making recommendations to stakeholders. 
  • Present, articulate, and sell design ideas and recommendations to stakeholders and team. 
  • Work in partnership with the engineering team to implement UI patterns and ensure visual consistency across products. 
  • Work with the engineering and QA team, to ensure the visual quality of what we release. 
  • Lead team initiatives and ensure their completion

Qualifications

To qualify, you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience with leading multidisciplinary technical teams
  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (especially AEM, Analytics, Workfront, and Assets, others are a huge plus)
  • Recent Adobe certifications required
  • 2-3 years of experience in delivering enterprise omni-channel connected marketing solutions and experiences
  • Deep expertise with software development processes and conventions
  • Expertise with the latest front-end, back-end solutions (e.g. server-side web frameworks, databases, JavaScript frameworks, CSS frameworks, serverless, APIs, Docker, etc)

  • Experience leading client meetings, presentations, and new business efforts

  • Concept original designs and present as style frames, storyboards, or mood boards
  • Re-versioning existing campaigns to ensure that new elements match provided footage and seamlessly composite together in accordance with creative direction
  • Export and deliver appropriate files to the provided specifications
  • Track and organize graphics software, stock assets, plugins, assets, style-guides, and naming conventions in compliance with Tubi standards and practices
  • Apply expert understanding of the post-production process and how graphics and editorial come together to create high-impact content

Overview:

As a Senior UX Designer (UX III) within LivePerson's Product Strategy Team, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration to craft best-in-class user experiences for a diverse range of personas. You'll take the lead on UX and design for multiple products and solutions, working closely with Product Managers across the wider product team. Your mission will be to spearhead enhancements to existing LivePerson messaging solutions and to innovate new omnichannel solutions that include voice as a channel. You will: 

  • Lead the design and iteration of user experiences, ensuring they are engaging, intuitive, and fully responsive to the needs of the target audience. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand product visions and requirements, translating complex concepts into user-centered solutions that align with business goals.
  • Conduct and analyze user research, including usability tests, surveys, and interviews, to gather insights that inform design decisions and product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistent user experiences across all products and platforms.

You have:
