Team Save is dedicated to empowering our users to save money by offering features like Smart Savings, Bill Negotiations, and Cancellations. These features attract significant traffic due to the impact they have on our users' ability to save, and it’s rewarding to see the positive influence we have on real people.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

• Work alongside a team to implement, iterate, and debug product features that drive forward both the company and the user.
• Own projects from end to end, making key decisions in the implementation of new features that balance technical concerns with business concerns.
• Develop with TypeScript across the stack, building user interfaces using React Native and the backend support required to power them with Node & GraphQL.
• Be a steward of good user experience, ensuring that the interfaces we present our users are performant, understandable, and delightful.
• Help to maintain our high technical bar, participating in code reviews and design discussions to ensure that we're applying appropriate rigor to our software development process.
• Develop an understanding of our users to build and measure features which help them better understand and improve their finances.

ABOUT YOU ????

• You have 5+ years of professional experience working with some combination of Node/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Postgres (or similar relational database).
• You're both a student and a teacher, continually seeking to grow as an engineer and help those around you grow as well.
• You're not just interested in what you're building, but also why you're building it. You want to see the bigger picture of how the software you're building is benefitting our users.
• Experience with our stack (TypeScript, React Native, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
• You understand observability and enjoy digging into the details to solve performance and user experience issues.

ABOUT THE ROLE ????‍♀️

We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and decision support functions.

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist in maintaining, building, and managing forecasts and models, ensuring accuracy and repeatability
• Work cross-functionally with key business partners on revenue forecasting, expense/headcount management, and ad hoc analysis.
• Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial variants, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• You will use various BI tools, ERP, and other systems to perform ad hoc analytics

ABOUT YOU ????

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a quantitative field
• You have 1-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis or a similar field
• You have experience manipulating and analyzing data sets
• You have an understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
• You have experience with an ERP or ERM
• You have strong Excel skills
• You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver and have a “get stuff done” attitude

• Welcome new members of the Rocket Money team by executing on and evolving an effective onboarding process, ensuring each new hire is fully equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.
