• Cooperating closely with the Growth and People teams tocreate and manage all the graphic materials for different internal and external purposes:
• visuals and illustrationsnot only for social media (FB | Instagram | LinkedIn) but also for our blog, online ads, presentations, marketing and branding purposes, etc.
• all necessary promotional designs and materials(like flyers, posters, stickers, cards - online and to print) for different target groups (potential clients, employees) and occasions (trade shows, conferences, meetups, internal events, etc.)
• visual layout ofour company’s website(designing and improving it)
• gadgets visualisations and mockups(we love to surprise with cool swag!)

• Choosing the right tools and maintaining the processto achieve the best quality of visual materials
• Maintainingthe consistency and clarity of all of our visualson different platforms and channels
• Taking care of all the prepared materials– being responsible for archiving and organizing all the collections
• Making sure our visual communication is always on point

• 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in the field of visual design (in particular web design, advertising or other marketing materials) 
• Experience in visual web andlanding page design
• Very good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Very good knowledge of composition and typography principles 
• Good knowledge of Motion Design
• Ability to create iconography andvector illustrations
• Ability to createcohesive graphic designs such as corporate identity, marketing material design or print materials
• Experience in creating and then managing the company's style guide

The Role

The Senior Visual Designer translates design concepts into wireframes and high fidelity according to the project requirements, technical capabilities and limitations, product objective, as well as Bonza’s brand personality and design styles to its users. To make sure the product is well-fitted to the other and overall Bonza's products, He/She ought to create suitable product flow and the foundational information architecture of the product.

To obtain optimal product fit and quality, he/she is able to juggle on multiple tasks in parallel and getting involved across end-to-end project phases. At the same time, He/She needs to maintain high quality design solutions that meet overall business and product objectives while dealing with some changes and iterations. Deliver and Enhance Design Output

• Create relevant visualisations based on the design concepts and requirements
• Map out the best-fitted design and product flow while at the same time laying out the relevant information architecture based on the different requirements of the product
• Execute sketch, prototypes, visualisations, and mock-ups design for the development
• Generate ideas for new design concepts and prototypes

• Between 4–6 years overall work experience as a hands-on Designer in a digital product industry

• Have been involved and/or created design system is preferable

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our clients' hiring processes; making them seamless, intuitive, and efficient.

As a Product Designer you’ll:

• Flex your craft:Design and refine user experiences for our SmartMatch tool, ATS (applicant tracking system), and our Hero Foundation ensuring they are, simple, user-friendly and visually stunning.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including other design teams, product managers, and brand to bring your designs to life..
• Be a Research Rocket:Conduct rapid evaluative user research to gather insights and validate design decisions with lightning speed.
• Be comfortable with both the scrappy and the sublime: Navigate a high velocity environment and ruthlessly prioritise your time to meet the needs of your stakeholders. 
• Brand Brilliance: Ensure that designs align with our brand and meet the high standards expected by our users.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design.
• Invent - your curiosity and obsession for design means that you are always exploring new ways to do things and challenge the status quo.
• Help develop design guidelines and maintaining design systems.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.

What you will bring

• Proven experience in a product design role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
• A stellar portfolio showcasing your work across web and mobile apps.
• Strong prototyping skills and experience with Figma. 
• Familiarity with rapid evaluative user research methods.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs quickly, from the scrappy to the sublime.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of WCAG standards and how to apply them in your designs.

As our Product Design Lead, you will be working with our Product and UX teams and be the driving force behind one of our design team's creativity and innovation. You will be both a leader and a player, setting the bar high for design excellence while mentoring and coaching a small team of designers. As our Product Design Lead, you’ll be:

• Player-Coach Leadership: Act as both a leader and an active designer, managing a team of two designers while contributing to key company OKRs. Demonstrate a high level of design craft through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity outputs, and lead by example by setting high standards for creativity, quality, and innovation.
• Mentorship: Coach and mentor a small team of designers, providing constructive feedback and critiques, fostering their professional growth, and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and user-centric product development.

Job Description

• Blocking out and building levels as well as heavy iterating on them (playtesting and providing / implementing feedback).
• Collaborating with the art department to ensure that the levels are of the highest visual quality while retaining gameplay and fun as well as design and code teams on making maps as fun as they can be and integrating any new features into the built-in levels.
• Full ownership - from the paper design, through the whitebox phase, scripting, iteration, debugging, optimization - until the game ships.
• Manage or supervise work of established Strike Teams.
• Bug Fixing and describing case studies in the knowledge base.
• Sharing knowledge with less experienced peers.
• Occasionally support Lead in recruitment projects with HR collaboration.
• Occasionally can onboard new hires.
• 80% of time spent in Engine.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of professional level design experience.
• Typically at least one successful shipped AAA title on PC or console.
• Experience in level design – both practice and theory (chokepoints, routes, lines of sight, engagement distances).
• Experience in working with shooter genre.
• Ability to process, understand and implement feedback.
• Great understanding of creative and game development processes.
• UE4 or 5  knowledge and Unreal Engine Editor full working proficiency.
• Proficiency with Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages, understanding of programming paradigms and concepts.
