Purpose of the Job 

At 6sense, we are looking for a highly skilled Staff Visual Designer who can shape the look and feel of our product portfolio through pragmatic but visually compelling components and pattern design. Suppose you have experience as the in-house leader of visual design for an enterprise design system. In that case, this is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on an existing but still-developing design system.  

Our product designers are excited to design and document the functionality of base components, but we need an expert to help us turn those patterns into a beautiful system that aligns with our company branding. 

Job Description :

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • Lead designing a system of UI components and patterns that are aesthetically pleasing, reusable, scalable, and accessible. 
  • Continuously refine the design system over time, considering evolving design trends and business needs. 
  • Work to understand the problems that product designers are solving and ensure the design system can accommodate those needs. 
  • Help determine when new patterns are needed or redirect product teams if an existing pattern is preferred. 
  • Establish a system of design tokens and drive their use to maintain consistency across platforms. 
  • Ensure that design system components adhere to accessibility standards, optimizing inclusivity for all users. 
  • Conduct user research when necessary to validate design choices and iterate based on feedback. 
  • Create component documentation to support team-wide adoption. 
  • Work collaboratively with designers and engineers to develop components through a structured process. 
  • Partner with content writers to ensure consistency in tone, style, and clarity across all design system patterns. 
  • Work with product teams to ensure correct use of design system components, as needed. 
  • Collaborate with engineers to build and test components, ensuring accurate and high-quality implementation. 

Educational and Experience Requirements 

Must have: 

  • Passion for creating beautiful, user-centric designs. 
  • Experience working as an in-house visual designer on one or more enterprise design systems. 
  • Deep understanding of how to continuously refine a design system over time, as needed.  
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma. 

Also, must have a portfolio (can be in the format of the design system itself) that shows: 

  • Proven ability to design UI components and patterns that are reusable and scalable 
  • Use of design tokens to maintain consistency across products 
  • Approach to accessibility.

Purpose of the Job
 

As the first UX Engineer fully dedicated to the 6sense design system (6DS), you will help build an enterprise-level design system that elevates our products and improves team efficiency. In addition to acting as the technical liaison between UX and Engineering, you will deliver design system components that are easy for designers and developers to use. All of our engineers will continue to contribute to 6DS alongside their designer counterparts, but this front-end engineering role will play a unique role in helping to seamlessly bring together the concerns of both development and design. 

This is not a designer or project manager role. If you are a Senior Frontend Engineer with experience leading efforts within a Design System team to plan, code, document, and deliver components, then this may be a great opportunity for you. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • Build reusable, single-source-of-truth (SSOT), accessible UI components in React, including design tokens and code-focused Storybook documentation.  
  • Ensure components are built for scalability, so that they can be extended as needed over time.  
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between design, development, and product management to ensure the design system meets cross-functional user needs.  
  • Understand the why behind proposed component designs and assess technical feasibility. Scope development efforts.  
  • Communicate component changes and updates to the wider Tech   
  • Work closely with product engineers to help them correctly implement SSOT components in our products. 
  • Contribute to design system project planning, including estimating time to build components and effort required to implement components across the platform.  
  • Help review incoming requests to add new components and extend existing components.  
  • As needed, develop prototypes and conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on design components and patterns.

Educational and Experience Requirements 

A portfolio or live design system that showcases:  

  • Your experience building and documenting SSOT UI components as a senior member of a design system team. Must show expertise in React, implementing/managing/using Storybook, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. 
  • How you approach building accessibility UI components. 
  • How you implemented design tokens and how you work in Figma developer tools 

Competencies and Behaviors

The Role:  

As a Principal Strategist on the 6sense Strategic Consulting Services team your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, revenue focused, and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will be in the thick of the action as you work side-by-side with some of the best in the business, driving revenue change for our customers. As a trusted advisor to key stakeholders including CRO, CMO, and RevOps leaders, you will be charged with building a best-in-class 6sense powered tailored B2B go-to-market and ABX strategies for our customers. As a strategist you will be responsible for managing your book of business and ensuring that customers are able to get the full value from their 6sense investment. You will also partner closely with the VP of Strategic Consulting & Analytics and other PS team members providing insights which will be turned into actionable outcomes for scaling 6sense strategic consulting practice.

We’re looking for a process-oriented & revenue/growth-obsessed people who have an intrinsic drive to be successful; who have a track record of building customer advocates in technical product environments; who have a passion for B2B buyers, their businesses, and what 6sense means to their overall success. The ideal candidate thrives on uncovering insights hidden in data, has a consultative mindset, and is used to partnering with teams across an organization. He/she must be a motivating leader that is able to select and focus on high-impact, complex GTM projects. The candidate should have extensive experience delivering go-to-market strategies on time, driving adoption, and measuring impact for our customers and their book of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with global enterprise customers to understand their business goals and objectives ensuring 6sense is being adopted into their teams’ daily workflow and generating positive ROI. 
  • Ability to work with senior/executive leadership on Go-to-Market and ABX strategic design, creating end-to-end process flows of the business that enable deeper understanding of the go-to-market objectives. 
  • Align and balance the demands of competing business leaders to bring together the 6sense POV as a central nervous system connecting revenue teams. 
  • Captivate large room sales meetings, SKOs, and lead sales trainings and teach participants about the power of ABX and 6sense 
  • Bring a practical bent to problem solving, identifying the most efficient solution to complex GTM needs. 
  • Research the client organization and industry; interview, conduct focus groups and facilitate workshops with client employees, management teams and other stakeholders. 
  • Identify issues, create hypotheses, and execute analysis; translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers. 
  • Move the client to action; develop a plan to implement the strategic recommendations; manage the execution with clear milestones, deliverables and KPI’s. 
  • Become an expert on the 6sense predictive engine, including implementation, how use cases of 6sense connect to top business goals and requirements, and areas to expand use cases. 
  • Collaborate across teams to find growth levers and optimization opportunities. 
  • Define business questions and provide the relevant guidance. 
  • Drive data-driven decision making across all engagements. 
  • Build customer advocates who will speak on behalf of 6sense as a reference and share success stories in 6sense events and content. 
  • Develop best practices and thought leadership content for internal scaling and education across 6sense teams.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, strategy and/or analytics. MBAs preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience as a Sales, Marketing, or Revops  practitioner in B2B companies with the ability to think big picture about strategic priorities and call to action. 
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports, cross-functional teams, and leading managers. 
  • Experience working directly as a change agent within an organization. You are no stranger to setting, driving towards, and meeting organization wide goals and KPIs. 
  • Experience as a thought leader within an organization. Working closely with executive teams to impact and drive change is a large part of your expertise. 
  • Ability to work cross functionally, knowing which levers to pull to bring your strategies to the table and execute successfully. 
  • Strong analytical, and quantitative background. 
  • Strong technical capabilities with deep knowledge of the SalesTech and MarTech ecosystem. 
  • Having a background in sales ops, marketing ops or revenue ops is a plus.

The Role:Principal Customer Marketing Manager  

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Customer Marketing Manager to drive impactful strategies aimed at retaining customers, boosting usage, increasing adoption, and minimizing churn. Key Responsibilities: 

Play Strategy, Management, and Execution:  

  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing plays across multiple channels including email, digital, social, direct mail, webinars, and events that increase adoption and usage, and reduce churn 
  • Align with broader customer marketing team to ensure each customer channel is leveraged as appropriate to activate the strategy of each play (RevCity, NewsTeam 6, Coffee Talks, Quarterly Product Updates, Customer Story Hour, etc.)
  • Create and manage detailed plans, including objectives, KPIs, target audiences, messaging, channels, stakeholders, and key milestones  
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of plays, from planning and development to launch and post-campaign analysis
  • Project manage workstreams and key milestones to ensure delivery; communicate throughout the planning process with cross-functional stakeholders, collect feedback and input, and leading decision-making processes  
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively 

Customer Insights, Analysis, and Optimization:  

  • Leverage the 6sense platform and predictive insights to understand customer behaviors, needs, and trends. You’ll be our resident 6sense expert and use our tools daily while setting the bar for excellence about how 6sense customers can achieve similar success.  
  • Utilize customer insights and data to inform play strategies to increase usage and adoption while proactively addressing at-risk customers  
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Implement optimization strategies to enhance paly effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes
  • Prepare and present reports on play performance to senior management  

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with customer success, operations, marketing, and product teams to build buy-in, ensure cohesive planning, unite team members around execution, and rally together around analysis
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure alignment between campaign objectives and product offerings
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging, design, and play themes

Purpose of the Job

The Senior Director of Product Management for Email Applications will lead the strategic oversight and development of Email product portfolio at 6sense including its GenAI based Conversational Email application. Job Purpose 

The PS Operations Manager is responsible for building, optimizing and managing the operational processes of the PS team. This individual will create and streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure the successful sales and delivery of professional services to our customers.   • Understanding of commercial and contract law fundamentals, including risk shifting, intellectual property ownership, and fundamentals of licensing.

Role: Lead UX Writer

Role Purpose:As the Lead UX Writer at 6sense, you will lead content design and strategy across all products in the 6sense portfolio.   • Implement collaborative processes that engage UX writing throughout the product development process.
  • Establish an intake process that helps to enable prioritization and resource planning.
  • Determine where existing UI text in the production environment needs to be polished and submit PRs in GitHub to directly suggest changes. 
  • Help mentor Product Managers and Designers to plan and write more effective first-draft UX copy.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Significant experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, Technical Writer or similar role for B2B software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing and demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that have measurably increased engagement and generated qualified pipeline.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Base Salary Range: $150,278 to $220,407.  The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote

The Senior Creative Services Project Manager will manageCreative Services projects to helpcustomersoptimizetheir ad and marketing spend through 6sense. Projects can encompass ad-building (social and display),adcampaign launch and optimization, and consultation (creative and strategic).

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • Oversee successful delivery of Creative Services projects, working with designers and other project managers tocoordinateworkflowand manage deadlines. 
  • Serve as customer liaison, communicating regularlyto stay on top of requests and address challenges. 
  • Provide consultative support across the customer base, addressing advertising and marketing questions and offering targeted optimization feedback. 
  • Launch, monitor,optimize, and report oncustomerdisplay and social ad campaigns, providing feedback rooted in best practices. 
  • Stay up to date onlatestadvertising features and trends, as well asthe account-based marketing andbroadercompetitive landscape. 
  • Help develop customer-facingadvertising and marketingbest practices and resources. 
  • As needed, write copy for ads, landing pages, and other customer content, in addition to internal resources.

Educational and Experience Requirements 

  • 7+ yearsof editorial, marketing, and/or advertising experience 
  • BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, orotherrelevant field

  • Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline 
  • Exemplary communication skills, with both internal teams and clients 
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising industry (bonus if you know ABM) 
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and creative tools like Adobe 
  • Solid grasp on design and copywriting best practices 
  • Writing and editing acumen (as needed/preferred)
