The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Director, Organic Marketing to join the 6sense Growth Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's narrative and enhancing our market presence through compelling content and integrated marketing campaigns. You will lead a dynamic team to develop and execute strategies that generate pipeline, enhance customer engagement, and contribute significantly to our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances the 6sense brand in the market.
  • Lead and manage the content creation process across multiple platforms, resulting in high-quality, relevant, and SEO-optimized content that engages our target audience.
  • Partner with our integrated campaigns lead to help align campaigns with content, social, and other relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business goals and market needs.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of content and campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize future marketing strategies. · Manage budget allocations for content creation and campaign execution, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Mentor and lead the content, social, and integrated campaign teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing and demand generation in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that have measurably increased engagement and generated qualified pipeline.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Base Salary Range: $149,773 to $219,667.  The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

  • Oversee successful delivery of Creative Services projects, working with designers and other project managers tocoordinateworkflowand manage deadlines.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities 

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PS team, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently (includes PS Bookings FC/A, Revenue FC/A, P&L, HC, Project Resourcing, Portfolio Health, Comp and supporting metrics/processes)

In this role, you will:

Individual Contributor (IC) responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with a 6sense technical CSM to manage customer onboarding, product rollout and training 
  • Working closely with SMB customers to ensure 6sense is being adopted into their teams’ daily workflow, generating positive ROI and growing lifetime value for 6sense
  • Managing implementation projects followed by global adoption of 6sense products.
  • Maintaining visibility into product performance and customer feedback to communicate with CS and other teams. Work closely with customer and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize customer churn
  • Assisting customers to promote 6sense service adoption and measure value and ROI.
  • Identifying areas for customer growth: additional use cases for 6sense data and new business units with revenue potential for 6sense
  • Building customer advocates who will speak on behalf of 6sense as a reference and share success stories in 6sense events and content
  • Becoming an expert on the 6sense predictive engine, including implementation and how use cases of 6sense connect to top business goals and requirements 
  • Be an advocate for customers’ product feature priorities internally within 6sense and align with product team around driving product roadmap
  • Partner with sales for pre-sales questions and demos; share customer stories and help develop marketing collateral
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement - within accounts, across CS team and across 6sense
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize, and scale  

Team Lead (TL) responsibilities include:

  • Lead new hire training as assigned by Manager  
  • Meet individually with CSMs for one on ones, on an as needed basis to share strategies for success  
  • Ensure the team has strong data hygiene, and tools (ex. Salesforce, Gainsight) are updated within specified timeframes  
  • Help guide CSMs when to escalate ‘red’ accounts  
  • Discover relevant and important team sync topics to cover and present ideas to Manager 
  • Be an active participant in team syncs and encourage collaboration of others 
  • Assist in interviewing and vetting candidates on as needed basis 
  • Understand performance criteria and maintain standards on how a successful CSM at 6sense operates  
  • Work with assigned people partner/HR to brief them on local talent including but not limited to performance 
  • Serve as ‘hub’ ambassador and the main point of contact for WeWork locally, lead the coworking space and ensure team members are attending 3 days a week

What you'll bring to this role:

  • 6-8 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting experience, ideally from a high tech or SaaS company, where you developed strategies to fully leverage technology solutions 
  • Experience working with customers with multiple stakeholders and managing success program as the key advisor to global as well as regional customer organizations.  
  • Experience advising customers including CxOs on how to best use and adopt SaaS platform for faster Return on Investment (ROI) 
  • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations, and analytics teams 
  • Have led projects from conception to closure and have experience leveraging internal resources to get things done. 
  • Familiarity with the marketing tech stack: Marketing Automation, digital marketing technologies, data providers, B2B digital media. Experience using Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications is a plus 
  • Strong analytical and communications skills 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

About the role :

The Job: 

The Head of Strategic Consulting and Analytics will play a pivotal role in leading and growing ourstrategic consulting business. You will report into the SVP, Professional Services, and oversee a talented team of B2B ABX professionals, working closely with prospects and customers to understand their strategic objectives, and set them up to achieve their revenue goals. You Have: 

Education and Experience:

  • Must have influenced Sales/Marketing/Operations decisions using insights to drive funnel spend. 
  • Should have worked on Pipeline Lifecycle Management, enabling integrated digital marketing programs and ABM orchestration.

ROLE:Senior UX Researcher

6sense UX team’s mission is to lay a user-centered and data-driven foundation for 6sense product strategy, design, and development. We are seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to work with cross-functional partners and lead research projects informing best-in-class products for revenue teams. 

In this role, you will drive research from initial early explorations through to shipping products. Your research will directly impact user experience, deliver user delight, and drive customer retention by understanding how we can best support users’ goals & workflows.

We’re looking for an experienced researcher to help us bring a deep understanding of our users to business and product decisions at 6sense. If you are curious and insightful, and enjoy untangling complexity with a collaborative team, we’d love to work with you!

Responsibilities

  • Help your team of product managers, designers, writers, and engineers understand user needs and have an impact at all stages of product development.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic and tactical product UX research questions that will have the most impact on 6sense’s customer use of our products and services.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative or quantitative research, such as in-depth interviews, participatory workshops, ethnography, log analysis, and surveys to deeply understand 6sense’s product users and their behaviors. 
  • Enable others at 6sense to conduct their own research and make user-centric decisions.
  • Triangulate data from research and other sources to glean insights and actionable recommendations for the 6sense product through written memos/ reports and delivered presentations.
  • Communicate insights and evangelize the voice of the user across the company.

Must-haves

  • A background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • Professional experience of 7+ years conducting and leading research, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
  • Applied experience with a variety of qualitative or quantitative research methodologies, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
  • Improved and scaled research practices across an organization, enabling others to conduct their own research.
  • Worked in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and concise communicator, as well as an engaging and persuasive storyteller

Base Salary Range: $158,528 to $243,076. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with over 12 years of experience and a strong background in software design. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of complex systems, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the architecture and design of large-scale software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. 
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring engineers and promoting best practices. 
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies. 
  • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards and best practices. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our products and development practices.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
