The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Payroll Manager who is ready to be hands-on and own 6sense’s Global payroll process. This role will ensure that pay is processed accurately, on time and in compliance with government regulations. Additionally, the position maintains payroll-related accounts and is responsible for the reconciliation and accuracy of accounts within the accounting system.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Payroll Operations & Compliance
    • Manage end to end payroll process for hourly and salaried employees which includes but is not limited to review, validation and reconciliation of payroll data to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment 
    • Analyze, audit, reconcile and resolve payroll and timekeeping processing and employee payroll issues to ensure compliance with company policy
    • Work closely with cross functional teams within the Company on equity-based activity (e.g., stock options, RSUs, ESPP), global mobility, tax, benefits and new business activities to ensure global payroll needs are identified, considered and communicated
    • Stay current on regulations, benefit changes and labor laws impacting payroll process, and partner with internal stakeholders to stay compliant with all payroll tax jurisdictions
    • Design, develop and implement payroll strategy and operating model within the context of a rapidly expanding operations globally 
    • Mentor and coach staff to develop subject matter expertise across the team on all payroll related matters i.e. benefits, tax and payroll reporting compliance for domestic and international employees
    • Continuously evaluate tools and systems, and identify ways to optimize the payroll function and enable business process transformation while maintaining strong quality controls
    • Review accuracy of commissions calculations to ensure it adheres to compensation plans
    • Maintain the payroll interface and payroll-related general ledger entries for the company’s month-end close and related reconciliations 
    • Reconcile payroll data with the accounting system including accruals, advances, benefits costs, bonuses, etc.
    • Preparation of various documentations, schedules, exhibits, and summaries for audit and compliance.
    • Identify the accounting treatment of complex transactions related to payroll and provide sound advice on the matter
    • Support audits not limited to payroll tax, benefits and financial reporting
  • Perform other assignments and special projects as requested

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • 8 – 10 + years of direct and management experience with global payroll and payroll tax at large multi-national companies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Tax / Accounting / HR (or similar field) and an active CPP/CPM/GPMI is a plus
  • Proven track record of scaling payroll function and experience transforming payroll operations efficiency
  • Workday knowledge and experience preferred; and must have deep knowledge & experience working with payroll vendors & platform technologies
  • Strong understanding of all US federal/state wage and hour laws related to payroll including garnishments, benefits, leave of absence, FSA, 401k and tax
  • Adept in variable compensations practices in SaaS/Tech industry
  • Can be flexible and willing to work across multiple time zones, sometimes outside of the conventional workday

As 6sense’s first internal communications lead, you will build and support meaningful programs that directly contribute to our employee experience. In this role, you will:  

  • Create integrated communications strategies, plans, and messages for internal programs (created by the People function) with an emphasis on transformation, employee experience, employee value proposition, rewards and recognition, and talent development 
  • Create new ways of reaching employees in a hybrid environment and develop a variety of content types, managing timelines, messages and deliverables‌.  
  • Manage an editorial calendar and related processes to ensure employees receive our most important messages and feel connected to our purpose, values and DEIB promise. Content types include new program communications, executive messages, rapid response content, etc.  
  • Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to support informative and culture-building experiences for our monthly all-company meetings and annual Company Kick-Off event. 
  • Ensure that communications are delivered in a way that is timely, accurate and on brand, and aligned with the company purpose, strategy, and culture. 
  • Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of internal communications programs to ensure employees understand the company’s priorities and are enabled to do their best work.  
  • Ensure communications practices support an inclusive environment and help all employees feel like they belong. 

What you’ll bring to this role:  

  • 8+ years of professional experience, primarily in internal communications. 
  • Proven track record building an internal communications program with a distributed workforce, preferably in a global technology organization. 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills across media formats; strong writing and copy-editing skills, high standards, and attention to detail. 
  • Confidence and ease in working ‌with senior-level executives and leaders across the organization; demonstrated ability to effectively influence colleagues and leaders.

Your Experience And Skills Required

  • Experience advising customers including CxOs on how to best use and adopt SaaS platform for faster Return on Investment (ROI) 
  • Experience working closely with B2B demand gen, marketing operations, sales operations and analytics teams

  • Have led projects from conception to closure, and have experience leveraging and influencing internal resources to get things done.

The Role:

Base Salary Range: $57,000 to $87,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position.  Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. Purpose of the Job:

Data Scientist II leverages analytical and modelling skills to derive actionable insights from data, develop and evaluate models, and deploy AI solutions.   • Experience selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, Sales leaders
  • Experience closing $1M+ transactions
  • Familiarity with marketing tech stack (Marketo, Eloqua), b2b publishers/media, data providers
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong C-level customer references 

Base Salary Range: $145,000 to $155,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. The Role:Imagine selling a solution that will predict for your customers (with an 85% accuracy) who is going to buy, what they’ll buy and when. As a Strategic Account Manager at 6sense, you’ll be an instrumental player to our growth as we build upon the success we’ve had delivering predictions for enterprises like Cisco, Dell, Red Hat, HPE, and Cognizant. We will trust you to grow business within the 6sense Strategic install base, working closely and strategically with the Customer Success organization to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow customer contract values. Reliability Support Specialists at 6sense are instrumental figures of our Reliability team and work with Engineering teams to help diagnose and fix issues to ensure our services and infrastructure are fast, stable, and scalable. The Reliability team focuses on the automation, integration, operation, and overall improvement of our monitoring, logging, and alerting services to ensure we can deliver product quickly, safely, and reliably.

Responsibilities : 

  • Own our monitoring, logging, and alerting tools used by the overall Software Engineering team in order to ensure we are meeting reliability requirements 
  • Learning and adopting technologies that may aide in solving our challenges.
  • Support the overall Software Engineering team to monitor/alert on any issues they may encounter.
  • Help respond to service issues and determine how to automatically alert the responsible parties along with context in order to make the service-owner a self-sufficient first-responder
  • First-responder to issues with shared infrastructure and escalate to other team members as necessary
  • Work with other teams to get automatic resolutions in place to alleviate need for human response
  • Participate in on-call rotations to monitor platform/infrastructure issues.

Minimum Required Qualifications :

  • 2+ years in a reliability or technical support-related role 
  • Proficient with ANSI SQL (reading and writing queries)
  • Must have strong problem-solving analytical skills and the ability to self-manage 
  • Experience with monitoring REST APIs and web services 
  • Experience with high-availability
  • Experience with leveraging and configuring observability systems such as Datadog, Grafana, Grafana Loki, Promethus, Sumo Logic.
  • Experience with monitoring relational databases such as MySQL, Aurora/RDS MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

Bonus Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience with Linux/Unix system administration 
  • Experience with monitoring Hadoop ecosystems (e.g. Hadoop, Hive, Presto)
