Minimum Qualifications:

As Alto’s Finance Manager, Payments you will be a leader in all payment processing, including process improvements, systems, expense reimbursement, and cash management. You will collaborate closely with members of our Accounting team as well as other internal teams. We are seeking a highly technical and experiencedSenior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting to join our growing Accounting team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, financial planning, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices in general ledger accounting. You will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, updating accounting memos and process control narratives, preparing financial and regulatory reports, monitoring debt covenants, and assisting with tax filings to help position Alto for future growth. Additionally, you will focus on complex accounting areas such as equity, debt, tax, and revenue recognition. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely across departments to support strategic initiatives and provide valuable insights to management. Key Responsibilities:

• Equity & Debt Accounting: Prepare and record journal entries related to complex transactions involving equity, debt, leases, and other financial instruments, ensuring accurate treatment under US GAAP.
• Revenue Recognition: Ensure compliance with ASC 606 in recognizing revenue from new and recurring transactions, including analysis of significant contracts and business line expansions.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare comprehensive financial and regulatory reports, including SEC filings, with a focus on equity, debt, and recurring transactions. Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
