Elastic Path delivers the APIs, apps, and infrastructure essential for building world-class commerce and customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced product marketer to join our team and lead product marketing, reporting to the SVP of Marketing.

Location:This is a remote role based in the United States - candidates are required to be located in the United States to be considered.We have a preference for those located in Boston, MA, as we have an office hub and many team members located there. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop messaging and positioning for key products and services, targeting multiple audience segments including developers, marketers, and executives.

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape, drive, and execute Elastic Path’s go-to-market strategy and narrative.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to develop and lead successful launch and promotion of new products and services.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to establish and strengthen our market positioning.

  • Advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of our product and marketing strategies.

  • Use market research and primary feedback to understand emerging trends, market needs, and potential opportunities for Elastic Path. Deeply understand Elastic Path’s product offerings and differentiated value in the market, as well as the offerings of our competitors to help the Product team with product positioning and feature strategy.

  • Understand and apply Elastic Path security policies, processes, and controls as required, in day-to-day tasks.


About You:

  • You may have studied computer science but then realized product marketing is more fun.

What experience do you need to Be Remarkable in this position?  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing

  • Strong background in creating messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Prior experience in eCommerce, with a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs in this domain.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing.

  • Superb communicator (written/verbal) skills and a customer-obsessed approach.

  • Ability to develop clear and compelling narratives that convey value to customers.

  • Prior experience at a startup is highly preferred.

  • At Elastic Path we are on a mission to provide pay transparency, and share information freely and openly whenever possible. Our salary ranges are country specific and are based on national data. The base salary for this position in the United States ranges from $114,400 - 157,300 USD per annum. Compensation is determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of each applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. 

    • In addition to base salary, this role includes a commission structure based on the attainment of sales targets.

As a Marketing Manager at Elastic Path, you will be responsible for driving the execution of programs focused on growing our qualified pipeline and driving brand awareness. You are a self-starter with a proven track record of crafting and orchestrating successful multi-channel marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting a variety of assets including case studies, eBooks, and videos. Support product launch and event campaigns as well. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. 

  • Email Marketing: Dive into database segmentation to deliver the right content to the right person at the right time. You will both draft the content and build the program in Marketo. 

  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media presence including creating content, optimizing per channel, and activating our employees. Drive our content reach as well as our organic social referral traffic.

  • Continuously Test:Testing and learning is a critical part of this role. Ideate and execute on tests for all available channels and report back the findings to the broader team.

  • Compliance. Understand and apply Elastic Path security policies, processes, and controls as required, in day-to-day tasks.

What experience do you need to Be Remarkable in this position?  

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS; startup experience strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience with Hubspot or Marketo for creating & executing content programs and email campaigns

  • Experience with reporting and analytics for measuring ROI of marketing programs in terms of leads, pipeline, and revenue generated.

  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects at once

    Job Summary:

    We are experiencing rapid growth through partnerships with networks spanning various franchise systems, co-operatives/buying groups, trade associations, and dealer networks. These partnerships present ongoing inbound sales opportunities for our inside sales team, and we are eager to enhance this team's capabilities to become a proactive "hunting" team. 

    We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Inside Sales Manager to join our team to drive new business and revenue growth within our 400+ network partnerships. This role involves strategic account outreach, sales pipeline development, and leadership of the inside sales team of Partnership Account Executives (PAEs). It's a hybrid role focusing on nurturing the PAE team and identifying ways to increase interest within our partnerships to generate more sales demos of network partners.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Passion for building the top of the sales funnel and mentoring an inside sales team.
    • Capability to improve the workflow, metrics, and success criteria for the Inside Sales Team.
    • Ability to be a working manager, performing the functions of an inside sales PAE while being accountable for the entire inside sales team's goals.
    • Oversight of the workflow of your team of PAEs.
    • Strong self-starter who excels in ambiguous situations and enjoys the challenge of enhancing inside sales processes for proactive selling.

    Responsibilities:

    The Partner Development Manager is an experienced channel sales professional responsible for implementing and building and growing indirect and influence sales in their designated region, with the primary goal of sales acceleration through pipeline generation with partners. The PDM will build credibility and trust to drive partner wallet-share in Egnyte. The role involves execution of all aspects of channel management including partner recruitment, enablement, strategic partner planning, on-going partner management, and co-selling into end-customer organizations with resellers and/or influence partners. The PDM will be a primary contact for territory channel partners and will be responsible for managing the overall corporate relationship with those partners.

     

    The PDM will also need to build trust,credibilityand relevance with reseller and Egnyte sales teams. Therefore, experience in customer sales to coach partners in selling Egnyte technology would be helpful. By extension, driving strategic alignment between our Egnyte direct sales teams and will be a critical success factor. This will require working with Egnyte Sales Managers to develop and evangelize the regional channel plan that accelerates the regions overall sales performance.

     

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Act as overall quarterback for the reseller business within the region – driving a comprehensive territory plan that identifies go-to partnerswithin each territory covering all Egnyte technology specializations, engaging Egnyte specialists as needed to build partnercompetency.
    • Create a strong partner eco-system in your territory by identifying and onboarding newpartners.
    • Develop and grow new and existing Egnyte channel partners to increase pipeline and revenuecontribution.
    • Develop, drive, and execute strategic partner sales plans with partnerleadership.
    • Build strong relationships across key partner stakeholders to strengthen the partnership.
    • Develop and execute partner marketing campaigns working closely with Partner Marketing to drive incrementalrevenue.
    • Present Egnyte solutions at partner events
    • Work cross-functionally within Egnyte key stakeholders and build a “one-team” attitude with all extendedstakeholders.
    • Build capacity, capability, and collaboration within a portfolio of Partners to achieve loyalty andtransformation.
    • Work with extended team to provide multipletouchpointsin partner organizations to scale resources.

     

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience working in a partnership role at avendor
    • Hard working, self-driven and highly motivated individual with great team spirit
    • 10+years experiencebuilding and managing value added partnerships in North America with strong existing partner relationships within the definedterritory

    COMPENSATION:

    • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $94,500k - $168,000k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
