About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Success you will ensure customers gain the full value of the Vidyard platform throughout their entire lifecycle by being the main point of contact for small to medium key accounts customers in our customer base. What You’ll Work On

  • Assist with the implementation of Vidyard for new customers helping them to reach critical adoption milestones
  • Regularly assess the health of customer accounts to highlight key opportunities and potential growth areas concerning video
  • Serve as the customer advocate to ensure product feedback is passed to the development team
  • Work with the technical support team to ensure customer issues are addressed, and support materials are accessible
  • Share best practices and strategies for managing, publishing, optimizing and tracking video content
  • Help to create, manage and implement customer success initiatives (coordinate with other teams as required), including:
    •   Customer newsletters

    •   User nurture emails and new feature announcements

Vidyard is looking for a Director, Productto join our Product team. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a team of user obsessed product managers. You will own the product roadmap of new features and partner with teams across the business, including Engineering, Design, Marketing and others to build solutions that transform how buyers and sellers interact.

To achieve this, our team focuses on three core objectives: enhancing the user experience through innovation using AI, making our product more user-friendly and intuitive, and improving our tools, approaches, and system to consistently build customer value.

  • Own and evolve our product strategy, outlining success metrics and areas of focus across innovation, AI, product-led growth, and platform.
  • Coach and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, who are working cross-functionally to execute the Vidyard product strategy
  • Evolve and execute our strategy for Product-Led Growth, working cross-functionally with partners in Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to drive efficient growth for Vidyard.

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable success as a product management leader at a highly innovative PLG SaaS company
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall product management experience at a SaaS company
  • Minimum of 7 years of management experience
  • Experience managing a product led growth organization, ideally with a freemium to paid product

  • Providing expertise on revenue team performance; developing a deep understanding of what influences our KPIs to serve as a trusted advisor to our revenue leaders. To do this, you will be accountable for optimizing Sales data reporting within our tech stack (Salesforce, Looker, etc.)
  • Managing and analyzing sales pipeline (reporting and forecasting)
  • Owning territory design, balancing, distribution and ongoing management across Account Executive, Account Manager, and Customer success teams
  • Conducting ad hoc analytical deep dives to surface key insights and identify opportunities that will improve revenue team productivity and performance. Owning and executing against your recommendations.

About the Team

Our New Business team is a small (but mighty!) team of 4 Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales reps. The Team is responsible for acquiring and growing some of our largest customers while closely coordinating with marketing and BDR teams to maintain pipeline generation and leads.

The unique aspect of this role is that you’ll hunt into prospects, but also have the opportunity to sell into a portfolio of low-spend, high-whitespace customers, allowing you to build your muscles on that side of the business as well. The leader overseeing this time also looks after the Account Management team, so there will be learnings across both sides.

  • Managing Mid Market sales cycles
  • Sourcing and developing a pipeline of new opportunities

About the Role

Vidyard is looking for anEmerging Account Executive to join our Emerging Sales team. Reporting to the Director, Emerging Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for establishing Vidyard as a trusted business partner and acquiring new customers. 

The Emerging AE role is a hunter role and a great opportunity to continue polishing your skills and sales habits as you grow in your sales career. This role is a combination of both inbound and outbound sourced opportunities - you will be responsible for prospecting, running efficient discoveries, demos, pricing, and negotiations on all sales opportunities with executive-level personas. 

Vidyard provides engaged account lists, cadences, and talk tracks to guide you in your prospecting. Inbound opportunity volume is dependent on the market. You will be expected to achieve weekly/monthly targets, including: contacts worked, meetings booked, and pipeline generated to help you attain your quarterly/monthly revenue goals.

  • Prospect to source your own opportunities while working closely with the Sales Development Representatives on inbound opportunities
  • Be a part of “high performance mindset” team - join regular huddles, enablement, and team collaborations

  • Practice regular mock calls and weekly call coaching

What You’ll Bring to this Role and Your New Team:

  • 3+ years of outbound business development experience within SaaS
  • Proven track-record of overachieving quota/targets
  • CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of SaaS concepts such as ARR, AOV, MRR, Churn, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, as we do high volume outreach to targeted accounts
  • Experience with high volume, transactional sales

About the Team

The unique aspect of this role is that you’ll hunt into prospects, but also have the opportunity to sell into a portfolio of low-spend, high-whitespace customers, allowing you to build your muscles on that side of the business as well. The leader overseeing this team also looks after the Account Management team, so there will be learnings across both sides.
