Overview

Recharge is looking for a motivated individual with drive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our Implementation Engineering program. 

The Implementation Engineering team is responsible for the implementation phase of our sales cycles. They work closely with the sales team and are the main point of contact to help merchants launch onto the Recharge platform after contract signature.  As product experts, Implementation Engineers are expected to provide guidance on how to best leverage the ReCharge platform along the way.  They build implementation plans and timelines for their merchants, and ensure a smooth transition to our Customer Success team after a successful Implementation.

 

What you’ll do

  • Provide oversight and technical leadership to our Implementation engineers

  • Propose, own and direct team-wide initiatives that directly impact the success of Implementation 

  • Implement proven workflows and processes to drive innovation and increase efficiency

  • Operationalize the day-to-day workflows of our Implementation engineers with a focus on improvements that will work at scale

  • Coach and mentor individual Implementation engineers to realize their potential and motivate them to exceed expectations
     

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of Implementation, professional services, or highly technical service leadership (preferred)

  • 1+ year experience managing and scaling a high performing team

  • Proficient experience in a pre-sales, technical implementation, or technical project management role

  • Experience in a coding role, degree in Computer Science, or coding bootcamp graduate highly desired

  • Experience with SaaS platforms and API integrations (highly desirable).

  • Great oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Role Overview

The Core Commerce Org at Recharge is composed of several teams and is responsible for services core to our business, including Subscriptions, Orders, Customers, Credits, Discounts, Shipping, Taxes, Integrations with Shopify, and more. They work to maintain and improve these services from an operational perspective, as well as continue to build pivotal core features for our merchants and their customers. Overview

We're looking for a Manager of our Tier 2 Accounts  to join our team! This person will nurture and lead a team of CSMs, scaling across a portfolio of 200+ merchants. Crucial to the success of our business, this person will be the aggregate voice of our merchant base in Tier 2. 

We are looking for someone who is savvy with strategy and has the ability to design the next phase of this program. This individual ideally has prior experience with people management and a strong understanding of how to drive value through systems automation combined with best-class strategy. 

What you'll do

  • Professionally build, document, and implement the execution of Consultative Strategies for your team’s portfolio. 

  • Propose, own and direct team-wide initiatives that directly impact the success of Customer Success.

  • Own the directive of our multi-product expansion targets with your team and measure outcomes on an on-going basis 

  • Communicate clearly and succinctly to stakeholders on Account Reporting: inclusive of Risk + Churn, NRR and Renewals

  • Act as an on-going resource and escalation point for the Tier 2 book of business, supporting your team members as well as the needs of our merchants 

  • Mobilize your team to deliver best in class experiences to their book of business. This includes delivering on scaled solutions as well as creative problem solving.

  • Train CSM team members on consultative best practices, the application of feature implementation, and escalation resolutions.

  • Collaborate with connected teams to execute tactical implementation of strategy.

  • Craft and report merchant revenue, brand experience, product feedback, and more internally at Recharge.  Champion your merchant portfolio’s needs on an aggregate.

  • Act as an internal advocate for our merchants by collaborating cross-functionally to voice their critical business needs and key results 

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in people management 

  • 5+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in Account Management or Customer Success

  • Strong leadership to enable, coach, and drive team members to action

  • A deep understanding of customer success best practices, particularly centered around growth and retention

  • Organized with Project Management Experience; properly orchestrate merchant needs internally & externally on the aggregate

Role Overview

The Storefront Team at Recharge is responsible for storefront widgets and backend services. These inject Recharge features; Subscriptions, Bundles, and Loyalty benefits into our merchant’s checkout experience. They handle 2.5M+ sessions per day and are some of our highest scale components in our platform. Checkout performance is critical to driving merchant revenue. As a result our widgets require high performance and stability.

In addition to the front-end widgets, the team is also responsible for supporting back-end services consisting of SQL/document databases, a CDN, event-driven messaging systems and REST APIs.

Overview:

The Enterprise Implementation Engineer role will lead our largest most complex merchant use cases to launch with Recharge.  You will need to leverage your consultative, critical thinking, and project management skills to support our Recharge merchants during their initial technical implementation and data migration.

The ideal candidate will be a project management master and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will need to collaborate cross functionally with  Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to get our merchants launched and set up for growth with Recharge. You will also be asked to contribute strategically to the continued growth of the Implementation Team by identifying and driving opportunities for improvement as we aim to continually improve our implementation process.   

You will work with various merchant stakeholders to confirm scope and drive the merchant towards their launch date, while also serving as a Recharge product expert. You will be required to properly identify and execute merchant priorities and overcome possible risks to the merchant’s projects, while maintaining a focus on Recharge's internal business objectives. A strong technical acumen is also essential as you will often interact with the merchant’s development resources and discuss both front-end development requirements and custom API workflows. 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Partner with our merchants to create and execute implementation plans that are completed within a deadline and with the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Lead key activities during the implementation process to train our clients and drive the adoption of our platform.
  • Develop and maintain expertise on the ever evolving Recharge platform.
  • Continuously improves upon established standard practices, ensuring the implementation process is constantly improving.

This role will report to the head of Partner Programs and Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define and execute our GTM strategy and business growth with partners. You will conduct analysis, help track KPIs, project manage and execute key initiatives to support our Revenue Development and Partnership leaders as we enter the next phase of Recharge’s growth.

  • Help define annual updates to our partner programs, revenue share, and impact on the organization
  • Help define and track a new managed MRR metric for partners as well as how we will roll out the metric to our partner program

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience as a management consultant, strategy consultant, analyst, business analyst, sales operations, partner operations or similar
  • MBA a plus but not required
  • Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions including the ability to structure problems for analysis
  • Experience with project management and driving forward cross-functional projects
  • Exhibited ability to synthesize complex analysis and data into easily understandable, compelling, and actionable insights for executive-level audiences
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to effectively influence various functional groups and up to executive levels

Role Overview

The Customer Portal team at Recharge is dedicated to developing and maintaining user interfaces that enable end-customers to interact seamlessly with our core product features across the merchant’s storefront in Shopify.

As part of this team, you’ll work on Affinity, our out-of-the-box customer portal used daily by thousands of customers to manage their subscriptions and upcoming orders. In this role, you will ensure that Affinity is modern, efficient, reliable, and extendable. You will design and develop features, collaborating closely with the product and design team to bring our product vision to life.

We use React for our frontend stack, supported by a custom-built component library compatible with the Shopify themes ecosystem. As a vital member of the team, you will help establish and uphold best practices for component development and architectural patterns, and facilitate rapid development for other feature teams.

Overview

Migrations at Recharge are on a growth trajectory like never before. In the past 2 years we have doubled the number of subscriptions migrated to Recharge and are on track to double this number again by the end of the current year. The Associate Migrations Engineer will be tasked with supporting self-service migrations for merchants leveraging new toolsets as well as working with senior members of the team to support enterprise migration projects. The growth of our migrations pipeline is directly related to the success of our go-to-market efforts. Overview

The Customer Success Department at Recharge is looking for a New York City-area Customer Success Manager who is driven, resourceful, and will use their consultative, critical thinking, and people skills to support our Recharge Merchant customers. Overview

In this multifaceted role, you'll spearhead Recharge's owned event initiatives, playing a key role in merchant retention, upsell opportunities, and building strong brand loyalty.     • Oversee all aspects of ChargeX, including theme development, agenda creation, speaker recruitment, production, staffing, budget management, vendor coordination, and marketing initiatives.
    • Craft and deliver engaging presentations that showcase Recharge's value proposition and drive product adoption.
    • Measure event success through key metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI) and utilize data to refine future ChargeX conferences.
  • ChargeUp - Energize Regional Markets:
    • Plan and execute regional ChargeUp events, tailoring content and format to cater to the specific needs of merchants in each region.
    • Collaborate with regional sales and partner marketing teams to ensure successful event promotion and merchant engagement.
    • Leverage learnings from ChargeUp events to inform broader Recharge marketing strategies.
  • ABM Event Motion - Align and Support:
    • Work closely with the ABM team to ensure alignment between ChargeX/ChargeUp events and targeted outreach efforts for key accounts.

We are looking for an Account Executive to be a key member of the Sales organization and drive growth opportunities by focusing on identifying, targeting, and closing new business. Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join the Product Marketing team at Recharge. This person will drive our strategy, value proposition and marketing efforts for high-growth potential segments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing targeted marketing initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of product value propositions, the competitive landscape and market demands. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Live by and champion our organizational values: Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration & Details.

  • Develop, orchestrate, and execute holistic ABM strategies and programs, encompassing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many initiatives, as well as executive and industry programs.

  • Become a product and market expert to drive thoughtful go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with the Product team.

  • Partner with Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives to impact outreach effectiveness and efficiency through research, enablement, presentation and sequence reviews.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to define and prioritize short and long-term programs and campaigns to drive engagement in key accounts.

  • Take responsibility, along with counterparts in Sales, for consistently achieving new sales pipeline targets quarterly.

  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure new product launches are adopted by top customers.

  • Measure performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance our roadmap and growth, utilizing data insights to influence future strategy.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for campaigns to ensure strategic goals are met, leveraging data insights to influence future strategy.

  • Participate in industry and company-hosted conferences and events.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Product Marketing and/or Account-Based Marketing experience, including a track record of developing Enterprise marketing programs. 

  • Involvement in competitive intelligence programs for a technical product. 

  • Experience partnering with Sales, SDR, and events teams for pipeline and revenue targets. 

  • Familiarity with CRM and MAP software (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot), ABM, and sales intelligence technologies (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Apollo).

  • Experience supporting sales teams with 1:1 and 1:few campaigns and presentations.

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail with a motivated, self-starter attitude.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead cross-functional project teams for impactful go-to-market launches.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience in ecommerce technology is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Overview

Recharge is looking for a motivated and self-driven Chief of Staff to support the CEO, Oisin O’Connor. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be expected to work in-person 1-2 days per week in our Santa Monica, California office.
 

What you’ll do

  • The role will act as a confidant and advisor to the chief executive, acting as a sounding board for ideas. Additionally, they work on diverse projects based on the CEO’s priorities and manage a wide variety of initiatives as determined by the CEO

  • Deliver successful project management and work with external stakeholders and teams on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple functional disciples and business organizations

  • Assist in project management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables

  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Collaborating on metrics tracking and KPIs across the company

  • Drive internal communications for team meetings and other internal communications at major milestones. 

  • Some EA work such as expenses, travel, calendaring etc

Overview

  • Recharge is looking for a motivated Implementation Engineer to lead new and existing merchants through launch on Recharge’s platform or on new Recharge products. You will need to leverage your consultative, critical thinking, and people skills to support our Recharge merchants during their technical implementation.
  • The ideal candidate will be a project management master and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will need to collaborate cross functionally with  Sales, Partnership, Customer Success, Product, and Technical Support to get our merchants across the finish line and set up for growth with Recharge. You will also be asked to contribute strategically to the continued growth of the Implementation Team by identifying and driving opportunities for improvement as we aim to continually improve our implementation process.   
  • You will work with the various merchant stakeholders to confirm scope and drive the merchant towards their launch date, while also serving as a Recharge product expert. You will be required to properly identify and execute merchant priorities and overcome possible risks to the merchant’s projects, while maintaining a focus on Recharge's internal business objectives. A strong technical acumen is also essential as you will often interact with the merchant’s development resources and discuss both front-end development requirements and custom API workflows. 
  • With this role, you must share our passion for subscription commerce, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have the flexibility and willingness to jump in and get things done.  You are equally comfortable in a business setting interacting with executives, as well as in a technical context talking about the ins and outs of the Recharge product.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a Recharge technical project manager and trusted guide to merchants during the post-sales implementations phase (whether implementing Recharge for this first or adding on a new Recharge product).
  • You will consult our merchants to understand their business needs and craft solutions that deliver value and drive growth via Zoom calls, emails and slack.
  • You aim to be a step ahead of objections but when they arise you handle them by providing tailored and actionable solutions. 
  • On both individual and company levels, you will drive impact by taking ownership. You will be accountable for the success of launching your book of business, will drive outcomes while communicating with urgency, while always having milestones and launch dates in mind. 
  • Prepare for and lead technical discussions with teams ranging from non-technical business stakeholders to software engineers
  • Consult and provide technical insight to merchants as an authority on recommended technical approaches & best practices for the merchant’s category and setup
  • Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving eCommerce industry and continually evaluate how to position Recharge during the implementations scoping process

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical Field
  • 2 years project management experience, preferably in the software space
  • Shopify experience preferredUnderstanding of programming and debugging, as well as REST APIs and Webhooks (Python or Javascript preferred)
  • Knowledge of JS and CSS, preferredExperience in spreadsheet formulas and macros, preferred
  • Salesforce, GuideCX, Atlassian, SaaS Connector Tools, SaaS Project Management tools, and Zendesk preferred
  • An understanding of the eCommerce industry
  • Great oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
