Short Job description:

• Salary:  14 000 - 20 000 net PLN/month (B2B),
  10 500 - 15 000 gross PLN/month (Contract of Employment)

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in software engineering, data science or requirements engineering
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, industry-standard practices and tools
• English B2/C1+

Nice to have:

• Experience in Financial Services and/or AML

You will:

• Drive and manage the development roadmap of AML products
• Identify and analyze requirements and transfer them into technical concepts
• Define and articulate the minimum viable product
• Plan and build new capabilities
• Specify and document software requirements in story format 
• Prioritize current tasks and manage backlogs
• Lead Scrum ceremonies
• Meet key deliverables for initiatives on hand and pipeline
• Run team demos to validate the quality and provide feedback
• Create and maintain documentation
• Represent the team when needed 
• Manage release communications
• Provide reports to the Head of Product and business partners on key product milestones
• Work with: Tech Leaders, Developers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
