We are hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to work on a pivotal Federal program that is making a positive impact on millions of Americans' daily lives.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for developing business, data, systems, and infrastructure models to support COTS or Non-COTS application architectures deployed in mid-range client server and mainframe environments
- Develops plans for maintaining architectures
- Ensures adherence to CMS technical reference models to include hardware/software standards
- Engineers integrated hardware and software solutions to meet mission requirements
- Ensures architecture meets requirements needs based on compliance with appropriate IT organization and project standards, user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms
- May develop specifications, prototypes, or initial user guides
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years performing architecture related work on at least two IT systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and execute architecture strategies and to perform feasibility studies and integration analyses
- Experience supervising and providing guidance in implementing various mid-range architectures and supporting large-scale applications
- Experience building partnerships to drive change in the government space
- Excellent interpersonal communication and consensus-building skills with demonstrated ability to present material effectively to all levels of personnel
- Experience working as a federal government contractor preferred
- Knowledge of CMS IT Architecture and Standards preferred
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

Compensation:
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $125,000 – $180,000
