In addition to event ingestion, the Client Support Technician will be responsible to ensure Next-Gen AV endpoint health and internal systems are functioning properly for our vast client base.

The candidate must understand core IT security and Network fundamentals and be well capable of working with a client-facing/customer-service mindset.

Payroll Analyst 

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible to compile all required payroll data and accurately process payroll for several entities, on a semi-monthly and monthly basis.  The Payroll Analyst will report to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator and will ensure that all payrolls are accurately input and submitted on a timely basis.  Must have proven and in-depth experience of processing payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees for a workforce of 400 or more employees on ADP WorkForceNow platform and Namely. Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, compile payroll data sheets for various entities.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, with strong attention to detail.
  • Process full-cycle payrolls for entities in the US and Canada on semi-monthly and monthly basis
  • Update payroll activity sheets based on inputs received from HR:  salary increases, bonus payments, severance, commissions, garnishments
  • Prepare payroll preview reports and submit to Finance for review and approval.
  • Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Ensure that supporting documentation is maintained to substantiate all payroll inputs and transactions
  • Reconcile payroll before final submission, and maintain spreadsheets for recordkeeping and audit

The Position

The HR Manager and FSO role will split their focus on each area depending on priorities.  You will develop, maintain, and manage 202 Group’s security program as well as manage HR programs and initiatives. HR Generalist Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the NISP, ensuring the requirements of the NISPOM are implemented to prevent unauthorized disclosure of classified information.  Develop, implement, and communicate security policy, procedures, and practices designed to protect classified and proprietary information, property, employees, and visitors.  Administer and create training as per the National Industrial Security Manual, ensure compliance and track outcomes of training.  Maintain personnel security files and FCL documentation as required to support DSS requirements.  Create, execute, and monitor office security policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with the Government requirements.  Maintain a working relationship with contractor’s security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances.  Serve as point of contact for investigators.  Conduct security briefings as needed.  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in progressive HR positions / corporate environment 
  • Proficiency in HR functions with a focus on onboarding, training and development, process improvement, and benefits/compensation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.  Flexible and able to prioritize.
  • Must have completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities IS030.CU and be able to produce relevant certificates of completion.

BlueVoyant is seeking a knowledgeable Full-Stack Engineer to join our Automation Portal team (“ASAP”) to help implement the technology platform used to deliver large scale managed security products. In this role you will be working with other talented Full-Stack Engineers in tandem with our Canada and U.S. based team to coordinate code delivery & maintain consistent standards.

Qualifications for the Role:

  • Extensive full stack development experience across multiple languages, frameworks, and technologies, including JavaScript, Node.js, React, Vue.js, ARM, SQL, KQL, SPL
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Agile tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and the tools used to deliver solutions, such as GitHub, GitLab, Terraforms, AWS Code Deploy, Azure DevOps
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Location: This position can be remote if you are not located near the NYC or College Park, MD office. Must be located in the United States.

The 3PR engineering team is currently addressing scalability and optimization challenges as well as adding new product API features as the cybersecurity landscape evolves. This work requires additional development resources that can handle the projected growth and new requirements for a fast-paced startup. We are currently in need of a mid to Senior level Software Engineer within Cyber Risk that has experience in the Google Compute Platform environment and its various tools - Composer, Big Query, Big Table, GKE, GCS, GCC, Pub/Sub. The applicant should also have demonstrated proficiency in producing production-quality software in Golang and Python code. Familiarity with Agile development practices and cloud-based DevOps environments is also needed. Experience in other coding languages (SQL, C++, etc.) and other cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure) is desirable. 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in development, test, and operational deployment of production software.
  • Knowledge of APIs and the tools needed to both create, secure, and use them

Experience:

  • Enterprise Sales career in territory of focus
  • 5+ years of account management experience with a focus on pipeline growth and expansion
  • Experience selling cyber security solutions, preferably with experience selling Managed Security Services, SIEM and/or third-party risk management solutions
  • Experience in B2B channel-based cyber security sales
  • Demonstrable experience managing to sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)

Role:

Are you passionate about technology innovation and working with new product ideas, both onsite with customers and inside product labs? Our Observability team is a global-level group within Concanon that builds repeatable solutions for common scenarios across various industries. You will be responsible for implementing APM solutions using Splunk Observability products based on customer requirements in this role. You will work closely with Onshore and Offshore teams and customer subject matter experts to define and implement customer requirements. In addition, you will be working directly with business users and technical users to drive engagement. This role requires several interactions with the customer business and technical team to understand the customer business and technical challenges and constraints. This person will help define the requirements and the customer (discovering the needs collaboratively), translate the requirements into solutions, and recommend the solution in an advisory role. You operate as a researcher, developer, and subject matter expert, developing solutions using the full capabilities of the Splunk portfolio.

This position will focus primarily on envisioning, building, and maintaining field-driven solutions for Observability, including Kubernetes, microservices, GCP, Azure, AWS, application performance monitoring (APM), OpenTelemetry, and more. The trio of logs, traces, and metrics will be the center stage for this role. 

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated communication skills and an ability to execute on a deep technical level with IT professionals and fellow engineers. You should operate inside organizations autonomously to create and implement beta and early release software and ensure proper feedback is gathered and communicated to Product Management for future enhancements. This team is in regular motion, focusing and delivering on the highest value capabilities for our customers, delivered as quickly as possible with the highest quality. You might, on any given day:

  • Provide expert industry knowledge internally to our teams and partners on Observability-related products, processes, and technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack), CI/CD, SRE, OpenTelemetry, and more.
  • Write code to onboard or manipulate fascinating data sources or create a custom add-on, integration, or enhancement to products within our portfolio.
  • Create applications to visualize data and tell a story that solves a common business problem.
  • Integrate solutions and data from various sources to solve customer needs.
  • Work with an external or internal partner to up level their app, integration, or technical add-on.
  • With your hands on the keyboard, help a technical sales resource execute a specific portion of a particularly challenging evaluation.
  • Contribute a blog post to our external blogsite detailing solutions you have built.

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of engineering and proven experience within application development or infrastructure monitoring space, preferably as a hands-on practitioner. In addition, a track record of success and extensive knowledge of containerized environments, Infrastructure as Code, CI / CD, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices. Deep experience with the following is required: Splunk and/or SignalFX/AppDynamics/NewRelic, recent hands-on experience integrating disparate solutions, and moderate to expert level Python, Javascript, Go, Node skill and web development.

  • Up-to-date understanding of current trends in the Observability and DevOps / DevSecOps landscapes.
  • Significant coding/engineering experience (Python and/or JavaScript preferred) and examples of code you can provide or descriptions of what you’ve written and what problem it solved.
  • Familiarity with modern SDLC methodologies (version control using git, CI/CD pipelines, application security standard methodologies), ITOps, and Observability / DevOps practitioner a plus.
  • Seasoned and experienced understanding of *NIX and Windows Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-native serverless architectures.
  • Seasoned and experienced understanding of OpenTracing / OpenTelemetry functionality.
  • Create a portfolio of public-facing materials: repositories, whitepapers, blogs, presentations, training materials that you have authored.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and accurately with all stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely, across multiple time zones, with minimal daily supervision. Self-starter is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in something related to technology.
