Business Development Representative (BDR) - Microsoft

Job Description
This position will spearhead growing the Microsoft Alliance for BlueVoyant, spanning multiple geographies, in generating net-new pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying the appropriate Microsoft sellers by region, evangelize the BlueVoyant “better together” story, and coordinate account mapping with our channel partners / account teams.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist in developing best practices for operating strategies and provide direction for growing BlueVoyant’s Microsoft revenue.
• Manage KPI metrics including net pipeline added, meetings created meeting attended, calls made and emails made
• Buildout regional Microsoft organization charts and contact database
• Provide guidance on a weekly basis to ensure team members understand and execute their responsibilities
• Work in conjunction with Marketing & Sales leaders to create out reach campaigns that continue the conversation with the Microsoft account teams and lead to a meeting. Prepare the team with information on current campaigns and talk tracks and ensure all leads are worked according to SLAs.
• Support sales pipeline growth by engaging the Microsoft account teams.
• Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs
• Utilize sales automation and prospecting tools to drive efficient outreach. Tools include but are not limited to Pardot, Salesforce, Outplay, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
• Work collaboratively across the business to ensure BlueVoyant is aligning to corporate goals for Microsoft revenue.
• Develop sales strategies for BlueVoyant and channel partner teams to be more effective and find the right methodologies for success by working with and through Microsoft.
Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in a Global B2B Technology environment, ideally cybersecurity.
• Wants to build a network and is eager to produce results
• Ability to track and forecast sales pipeline and revenue growth
• Exceptional time management and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

● In-depth technical knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, Mac OS, Virtualization, SQL Server, networking protocols, certificates, virtual and physical client/servers.
● In-depth knowledge of log management strategy with the ability to evaluate log ingest and management versus security and threat intelligence value.

Key Responsibilities

Summary Job Description and Functions:
BlueVoyant is looking for a Client Support Technician that must have experience working across a wide variety of security platforms and understands event ingestion/normalization for security analytics. In addition to event ingestion, the Client Support Technician will be responsible to ensure Next-Gen AV endpoint health and internal systems are functioning properly for our vast client base.
The candidate must understand core IT security and Network fundamentals and be well capable of working with a client-facing/customer-service mindset.
Primary Role Success Criteria:
● Experience working with cloud based Next-Gen AV software (Sentinel One, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Microsoft Sentinel).
● Experience working with MDM/Package deployment tools for Windows/OSX/Linux (Jamf Pro, SCCM, etc.)

● Linux systems and networking administration/troubleshooting

Payroll Analyst
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible to compile all required payroll data and accurately process payroll for several entities, on a semi-monthly and monthly basis. The Payroll Analyst will report to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator and will ensure that all payrolls are accurately input and submitted on a timely basis. The Position
The HR Manager and FSO role will split their focus on each area depending on priorities. You will develop, maintain, and manage 202 Group’s security program as well as manage HR programs and initiatives. You will be accountable for providing support for all facility and personnel security functions in accordance with the National Industrial Security Procedures Operating Manual (NISPOM), ensure the requirements of NISPOM are implemented to prevent unauthorized disclosure of information, and be accountable for managing daily HR operational tasks, programs, and policies.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
Proactively work with leaders to streamline and automate processes, implement organizational HR initiatives to improve and facilitate organizational effectiveness, career progression, talent development, performance management, and culture development. Lead benefit administration to include employee enrollment and termination, claims resolution, and change reporting. Conduct new employee orientations including onboarding, new hire paperwork, and processing I-9s. Process terminations and exit interview process. Responsible for maintaining employee files. Develop, implement, and communicate security policy, procedures, and practices designed to protect classified and proprietary information, property, employees, and visitors. Administer and create training as per the National Industrial Security Manual, ensure compliance and track outcomes of training. Maintain personnel security files and FCL documentation as required to support DSS requirements. Create, execute, and monitor office security policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with the Government requirements. Maintain a working relationship with contractor’s security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances. Serve as point of contact for investigators. Conduct security briefings as needed.

Role:
Are you passionate about technology innovation and working with new product ideas, both onsite with customers and inside product labs? Our Observability team is a global-level group within Concanon that builds repeatable solutions for common scenarios across various industries. You will be responsible for implementing APM solutions using Splunk Observability products based on customer requirements in this role. You will work closely with Onshore and Offshore teams and customer subject matter experts to define and implement customer requirements. In addition, you will be working directly with business users and technical users to drive engagement. This role requires several interactions with the customer business and technical team to understand the customer business and technical challenges and constraints. This person will help define the requirements and the customer (discovering the needs collaboratively), translate the requirements into solutions, and recommend the solution in an advisory role. You operate as a researcher, developer, and subject matter expert, developing solutions using the full capabilities of the Splunk portfolio.
This position will focus primarily on envisioning, building, and maintaining field-driven solutions for Observability, including Kubernetes, microservices, GCP, Azure, AWS, application performance monitoring (APM), OpenTelemetry, and more. The trio of logs, traces, and metrics will be the center stage for this role.

You should operate inside organizations autonomously to create and implement beta and early release software and ensure proper feedback is gathered and communicated to Product Management for future enhancements. Qualifications:
Minimum five years of engineering and proven experience within application development or infrastructure monitoring space, preferably as a hands-on practitioner. In addition, a track record of success and extensive knowledge of containerized environments, Infrastructure as Code, CI / CD, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices. Deep experience with the following is required: Splunk and/or SignalFX/AppDynamics/NewRelic, recent hands-on experience integrating disparate solutions, and moderate to expert level Python, Javascript, Go, Node skill and web development.
