Qualifications

Deformation bac +5 (Ingénieur, Ecole de commerce ou Universitaire), vous avez une expérience d’au moins 8 ans, sur un poste similaire.

  • Stratégie digitale
  • Animation d’ateliers, conception, design thinking
  • Pilotage de projets / programmes d’envergure
  • Animation d’instances et reporting à haut niveau de décision
  • Vision 360° du digital (organisation, process, UX, MOE, data, marketing…) sans être un expert de chaque thématique
  • Management fonctionnel
  • Business développement (rédaction de propositions, soutenances…)

Vos savoir-faire et expériences :

  • Maîtrise du cycle complet d’un projet en tant que pilote ou co-pilote auprès du client
  • Culture agile et parfaite maîtrise des rituels associés
  • Très bonne connaissance des opportunités technologique et des nouveaux usages digitaux

Your Qualifications

Experience leading team of engineers

  • Identify and prioritize top opportunities by conducting analyses - including topic and keyword research, content gaps, and SERP intent - to create and optimize content for improved traffic visibility and business results.
  • Drive alignment across editorial, marketing, product, and medical review teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.
  • Own technical SEO, including audits, triage, roadmap maintenance and execution, to drive acquisition growth on various page types (blog, PDPs, etc)
  • Support SEO best practice adoption by core cross-functional teams, including content, engineering, creative, and product teams
  • Leverage analytics tools like Ahrefs, Looker, and A/B testing platforms to measure impact of technical & content efforts and uncover opportunities for optimization. 
  • Partner with Product & SEO teams to conceptualize, initiate and report results of A/B tests
  • Proactively communicate the organic performance of UK categories against KPIs and goals to the business. 
  • Identify trends, risks, and recommendations and communicate them to cross-functional teams and leadership for real-time adjustments to operational strategies.  
  • Serve as an evangelist for SEO best practices by equipping stakeholders across the business with ongoing training & resources to promote a Culture of SEO

  • Experience working with Editorial Content teams to produce and distribute content
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog & Clearscope

  • Experience with web user experience (UX) a plus
  • Although this is a remote position, we prefer for US-based candidates to reside on the East Coast to facilitate daily collaboration with our team in the United Kingdom
