The Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Prompt, you will need to leverage your experience and multiple design disciplines to start projects from scratch and get them across the finish line while teaming up with Product, Engineering, and other Designers. The company is growing fast and we need someone who is ready to help assist with that growth. Be ready to support projects like feature development, internal tooling, system design, hiring, and process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Report to the Head of Experience and partner with your peers in Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Problem-solve daily with multi-disciplined, cross functional teams to identify key problems, find the right solutions, and usher them into reality.

  • Standardize Systems
    • As we grow, the need for standardized UI becomes more and more necessary to help bake efficiencies into our engineering pipeline and standardize user experiences. As the first Senior Product Designer on the team, you will have a large influence over how this gets implemented.
  • Process & Principles
    • Small teams don’t benefit from process nearly as much as larger teams do. We are beginning to grow aggressively and will need intelligent problem solvers to influence the process and principles that become that foundation by which the Design Team operates.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of total professional experience or 3+ years as a senior+ (preferably in a SaaS environment)
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms.
  • Worked with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience driving progress on solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.
  • Experience helping other designers grow
  • Experience working with Design Systems

About The Position

AccuLynx is looking for a Mobile Product Designer to join our growing team, passionate about designing application interfaces for desktop and mobile devices. The ideal candidate lives and breathes mobile application design and understands the mobile product delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will also understand the human factor and design standards for iOS and Android platforms and has a proven track record for designing useful and usable mobile apps.  They should be able to lead design work based on clearly defined business goals and work within a team to iteratively develop solutions that align with defined product requirements and design standards. Mobile Product Designers are expected to be team players, take direction and synthesize it into a cohesive vision, participate in design workshops and user research, and help define the user experience requirements for the mobile products they are designing. As a Mobile Product Designer, you will work as part of a team, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. Other repositories and codebase with tangled history and functionalities for our in-house parametric design tools are mainly built on top of Vue 2withQuasar Framework, Javascript and Typescriptand someWebGL, three.jslibraries.

    Position Summary

    As a product manager at Looma, you will drive a broad range of strategic product functions, ranging from top of funnel product discovery to boots on the ground product design, sprint scoping, and product delivery. You will join a highly skilled product development team that values joy in work, organizational excellence, and empathy towards teammates and partners. As an early member of this team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this culture and take on a significant level of ownership from the start of your role. Given the relatively small size of our product management team, you will also have the opportunity to lead others and be trusted with key business decisions once you have your feet under you. We are seeking top-tier candidates who have demonstrated experience in product management and are looking to advance their careers by taking on a role with a high level of ownership, opportunity for growth, and complex decision-making. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of adaptability, leadership, and collaboration.

    The responsibilities for this role are split relatively evenly between:

    • User Research & Competitive Analysis (10%)
    • Roadmap Strategy & Organization (40%)

    User Research & Competitive Analysis (10%)

    • Dive deep into the needs and behaviors of key product stakeholders, including shoppers, food & beverage brands, retailers, filmmakers, and Looma employees, through ongoing user research.
    • Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape of the rapidly growing and evolving retail media ecosystem through detailed competitive analysis.

    Roadmap Strategy & Organization (40%)

    • Maintain a polished and organized roadmap, ensuring that it is visually clear and easy to understand for all stakeholders.
    • Gather insights and feedback from key stakeholders to inform the roadmap and align it with the needs and expectations of internal teams, brand and retail partners, and shoppers.
    • Contribute to discussions around prioritization and high-level product strategy, using your understanding of the market, the customer, and the business to inform your recommendations.

    Engineering Sprint Management (40%)

    • Scope work and create detailed plans for software engineering projects and sprints to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
    • Triage and prioritize engineering tasks and bugs to ensure that the most important work is tackled first and that the team stays focused and on track.
    • Conduct thorough quality assurance on all engineering deliverables to ensure that they meet the required standards and specifications before they are released to users. This includes reviewing code, testing functionality, and identifying and fixing any issues that may arise.

    Product Ideation & Design (10%)

    • Generate new ideas for features and tools through a combination of internal ideation sessions and input from key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.
    • Work with a dedicated visual designer to create production-quality UI/UX materials, utilizing their expertise to ensure that the end product meets the required standards. This role is not expected to produce production-quality design materials.
    • Contribute to high-level product architecture design, working closely with engineering and design team members to ensure that the product is well-designed and scalable.

    Looma will provide a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and stock options. All Looma compensation packages include cash / equity flexibility (i.e. you can opt for more equity and less cash or vice-versa).

    What you will be doing?

    Your focus will be on learning about developing and implementing user interface components while picking up well-known Front-end development practices and workflows. You will work with others on the application infrastructure to ensure that these components, and the overall application, are robust and easy to maintain.

    • Development and maintaining of new and current frontend applications (HTML / CSS / React)
    • Working with rich media to create optimized web assets.

    For this role you will need:
