The Customer Success Organization (CSO)

We are hiring a Renewal Account Manager
As a Renewal Account Manager, you will work cross-functionally at Qlik and directly with your customers to drive renewal sales of our Qlik subscription software. You will be responsible for identifying/mitigating risk, accurate forecasting, driving upsell/cross-sell, and creating a consistent and favorable customer experience.
The Renewal Account Manager is a member of the Global Renewal Sales organization. We are expanding this team because of the increase in volume and revenue for our business! This truly is a growing organization and is a critical role vital to our corporate strategy for NRR Growth.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $71,900.00 MIN – 80,000.00 MAX per year.This position is bonus/commission eligible. Compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location,job-relatedskills, education, experience,and other business and organizational needs. The final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

The team is looking for aVoice of the Customer Program Manager
In this role you will be responsible in defining and planning of our VoC Program. The focus on our main projects is to provide a delightful customer experience and requires a high cross collaboration with other team members from Marketing, Product, Customer Success etc. Setting up the team for success requires the VoC program manager to provide any guidelines, mentoring, or coaching as and when needed.
The VOC ProgramManager’s role at Qlik includes a significant amount of planning and execution. A constant communication line on how the overall VoC projectsismoving forward is required, as well as developing an accurate timeline of project completion. Define milestones, dependencies, and early warnings to ensure activities get completed within the assignment's parameters.
The VoC Program Manager is a member of the Customer Support & Experience Organization reporting directly to the Director of Customer Experience, who reports to the SVP WW Customer Support and Experience.
You, as an ideal candidate, should bring besides some strong experiences in project management some desirable experiences in handling User Research, Design Thinking and Business Processes projects in a SaaS software organization.
