The Linux Foundation is looking for a new Marketing Operations Manager to the Communications team. In this role, you will support the activities of the Senior Marketing Operations Manager in Marketing Automation platform management and the strategic development and day-to-day execution of marketing campaign activities for numerous open source project communities. Our perfect candidate is a hands-on, collaborative HubSpot expert who can effectively manage numerous business units and stakeholders, help us build and grow our brand, products, and membership, drive sales-qualified leads through nurture campaigns, and build our marketing database. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as internal HubSpot point of contact for the Linux Foundation, acting as platform administrator, providing day-to-day production support for HubSpot and other integrated platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with Linux Foundation and associated projects to onboard and train project marketers to organization’s HubSpot portal, helping with onboarding of new team members requesting HubSpot access, and providing ongoing support 
  • Plan, support and execute email campaigns at various intervals with project marketers from unique project communities
  • Execute on marketing and HubSpot requests via Asana Demand Generation ticketing system, including but not limited to: list imports, list segment creation, email staging, email template creation, HubSpot access requests, etc.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, including the template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action etc within the HubSpot platform
  • Oversee list segments across the various projects utilizing HubSpot based on behavior metrics and demographics (content downloads, site page visits, industry, job role, event attendance).
  • Develop  and actively optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
  • Implement, track, and measure lead scoring and respective lead stages specific to project pipelines
  • Manage operational workflows to achieve desired business outcomes such as lead routing and data hygiene 
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
  • Develop and measure A/B tests, provide reporting cadences, and make recommendations around optimizing ongoing results
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, ensuring standards are applied to marketing automation processes with a focus on quality output, GDPR compliance, CCPA compliance, and CAN-SPAM act.
  • Establish and manage campaign and event ROI analysis and reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of HubSpot specific marketing automation management.
  • HubSpot Certifications are a must: HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, HubSpot Reporting, Inbound.
  • Google Analytics experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in designing, building, managing, and optimizing HubSpot Marketing. 
  • In-depth understanding of the martech landscape / SaaS /  lead generation
  • Top-notch analytical skills, mental curiosity, and translating data to action to drive results.
