POSITION OVERVIEW

Crossroads is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Full Stack Developer for one of its clients to support the Small Business Administration (SBA). You will apply your expertise in programming procedures to complex programs; recommend the redesign of programs, investigate and analyze feasibility and program requirements, and develop programming specifications. Assigned programs typically affect a broad multi-user computer system that meets the data processing needs of a broad area (e.g., manufacturing, logistics planning, finance management, human resources, or material management) or a computer system for a project in engineering, research, accounting, statistics, etc. You will plan the full range of programming actions to produce several interrelated but different products from numerous and diverse data elements, which are usually from different sources; solve difficult programming problems, and use knowledge of pertinent system software, computer equipment, work processes, regulations, and management practices.

Qualifications

Your Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Material Planning Manager to help support our growing material requirements for our compounding operations. You will leverage your problem-solving abilities, motivation, and experience to drive efficiency while scaling up our inventory planning practices and team members appropriately to support our sales. You Will:

  • Set and maintain target inventory levels for the non sellable categories based on demand and lead time variability
  • Create processes to streamline current material planning and packaging day to day activities 
  • Work with sourcing on new materials as needed to maintain operational efficiency
  • Understand capacity constraints and storage requirements and provide forward looking visibility of upcoming concerns based on projected usage
  • Create buying recommendations for raw materials and packaging based on forward-looking production projections
  • Drive accountability to cross functional partners in demand planning and production planning
  • Articulate, document and action all risks resulting from material shortages/overages and communicate out to operations leadership
  • Manage and build out a team of planners appropriately as the business scales
  • Develop and document business requirements as necessary to support technical builds and enhancements

You Have:

  • Bachelors in supply chain or related
  • 8+ years experience in at least 2 of the following: Production planning, Supply planning, Material planning
  • Expert in inventory management concepts with an understanding of the financial and operational implications of planning decisions
  • 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role with at least 3 direct reports
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including experience with data manipulations – Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
  • Basic SQL and/or Python experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to think through complex problems and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years experience as a software engineer including languages such as Java and Kotlin
  • 3+ years of experience with back end distributed system design, development and delivery, preferably in an eCommerce environment
  • 3+ years of experience with microservice architectures
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design
  • Experience with design, development, delivery and management of microservices hosted on Kubernetes and AWS

Qualifikationen

  • Du kannst auf mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kundendaten im E-Com Umfeld zurückgreifen, idealerweise bringst Du SQL-Kenntnisse mit

ВАШІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ ВКЛЮЧАТИМУТЬ:

  • Інтеграцію third party APIs (AirByte, python).

Що Ви будете робити:

  • Підвищувати якість продукту;
  • Тестувати новий та існуючий функціонал;
  • Знаходити баги та причини їх виникнення;
  • Аналізувати інформацію та знаходити неточності та неоднозначності;
  • Тестування гри;
  • Вести тестову документацію та підтримувати існуючу;
  • Баг-ріпортінг;
  • На етапі обговорення функціоналу продумувати можливі ризики та недоліки.

Вимоги:

  • Від 1 року комерційного досвіду в тестуванні;
  • Досвід тестування мобільних додатків, ігор на iOS&Android ( обов'язково!);
  • Досвід роботи із test management system, Jira;
  • Базові знання Git та SQL;
  • Досвід роботи з Postman, Charles (чи іншим сніфером);
  • Вміння працювати з документацією;
  • Досвід з інн-апп покупками;
  • Англійська Intermediate і вище (в команді є спеціаліст який не знає укр. мови. тільки англійська ( дейлі мітинги, обговорення задач і т.д проходять тільки англ. мовою);
  • Досвід роботи з Unity буде плюсом.

What you will do:

  • Improve the quality of the product;
  • Test new and existing functionality;
  • Search for bugs and their causes;
  • Analyze information and find inaccuracies or ambiguities;
  • Game testing;
  • Writing checklists, and test cases, working with documentation;
  • Bug reporting;
  • Think through possible risks and flaws at the stage of discussing the functionality.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a manual QA position;
  • Experience with testing mobile applications, games on iOS&Android (MUST);
  • Understanding of concepts, methodologies and testing processes, software development life cycle;
  • Experience with the test management system (Jira);
  • Basic knowledge of Git, SQL;
  • Understanding client-server architecture;
  • English level Intermediate+ ;
  • Ability to solve problems independently;
  • Being able to find weak points in the product and processes, and to offer ideas to improve them.

Will be a plus:

  • Working with Unity.
