We are looking for a Senior Benefits Manager that will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive benefits programs across all global locations. You will ensure that our benefits offerings are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our organizational goals and employee needs, enhancing employee satisfaction worldwide. You will also stay informed of industry changes and new developments to help the business keep up with best practice standards. You will drive process improvement, project manage annual programs and new implementations ensuring successful launches, and champion employee engagement efforts.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

      • Zone A: $134,100-$182,400

      • Zone B: $126,000-$171,400

      • Zone C: $118,000-$160,450

As a Senior Benefits Manager you will...

  • Develop and administer the employee benefits suite, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans

  • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to benefits

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs

  • Provide guidance regarding benefits enrollment and utilization

  • With the support of a Rewards Coordinator, manage day-to-day benefits administration, including billing, enrollment, employee and program changes

  • In partnership with the Experience and Comms teams, design and execute employee communications relating to benefits, health and wellness

  • With the support of a Rewards Coordinator, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot benefit issues, and resolve conflicts

  • Report benefits-related data and trends to senior leadership

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

 

About you

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant Benefits Management experience, including Global experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred; however, a strong mix of education and experience will be eligible

  • Deep knowledge of benefits administration processes

  • History of increasing responsibility in employee benefits, with emphasis in process improvement and change management

As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll … 

  • Help define and shape the research function at Webflow as we make it a core pillar of the product insights team
  • Plan and execute inclusive, strategic, and valuable user research: design research studies and tests, recruit participants, facilitate interviews, and analyze results

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, EPD Operations

As Senior Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure & Security you’ll: 

  • Collaborate closely with our Infrastructure & Security teams to help them deliver their highest-priority, cross-functional technical programs.  
  • Establish milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies, and deliver iteratively
  • Work across various Engineering, Product & Design teams to determine feasibility and timelines
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep key stakeholders informed of program status, risks, and insights
  • Plan and facilitate meetings such as project kick-offs, weekly check-ins, and project milestones to make communication easy and transparent
  • Establish and report on program health and success metrics, using data for strategic decision-making

About the role:

We're seeking a highly-motivated Website Marketing Manager to join SecurityScorecard. As a member of the Revenue and Growth Marketing team, you will have a direct impact on the continued success of our most important digital asset, the website. This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses managing publishing content in our CMS (Wordpress), owning landing page creation, and coordinating cross-functionally with key stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in owning website performance metrics, digital content creation, and strong organizational and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of web development and digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in web maintenance, design, modern development principles, SEO strategy, UI/UX best practices, and online advertising. B2B/SaaS experience is required, coupled with a strong digital acumen for content strategy planning, execution, and data analytics. Experience managing an external web development team is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end process for which content is published and maintained on our website through our CMS platform (Wordpress)
  • Convert conceptual designs into web pages utilizing existing templates and components while adhering to brand guidelines, SEO, and UX best practices
  • Update our website for all new feature releases, including new pages and making navigation/footer updates as needed
  • Intake, manage and fulfill requests from internal and external stakeholders for new web pages and/or updates to existing content
  • Own the day-to-day project management for all content publishing and landing page tasks
  • Routinely audit existing website content for accuracy and effectiveness, applying key learnings from experimentation throughout the web experience
  • Partner closely with the broader digital and demand gen team leads to optimize landing page experiences through ongoing A/B testing experimentation
  • Partner closely with SEO team to publish new keyword-driven pages and optimize existing content
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with team members across multiple groups (Marketing, Product, and Growth)
  • As needed, write requirement documents for new design system components, bugs, or back-end changes that will be provided to external developers for implementation

As a Staff Application Security Engineer, you’ll … 

  • Collaborate with the Webflow engineering team to secure Webflow’s web application platform and ecosystem.
  • Bring security best practices to the software development lifecycle.
  • Work as part of a team to champion security standards while balancing business strategies and requirements.
  • Support Webflow’s security current and future compliance frameworks
  • Work to find security vulnerabilities through grey-box techniques, and propose solutions at the architecture and code level to mitigate findings.

About you

You’ll thrive as a/an Director of Product Management if you:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, finance, investment banking, product strategy, product management, product marketing, or a related role in the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership position

  • Able to get your hands dirty in the data to extract insights, write queries, suggest experiments to run to get signal on theses

  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts

As a Staff Backend Engineer you’ll … 

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and build product capabilities that allow third party developers to extend Webflow's functionality with Webflow Apps.
  • Have deep experience with API development at scale, bringing experience to the team that levels up our practices
  • Deep familiarity with authentication / authorization best practices
  • Solve problems in a highly technical platform that empowers hundreds of developers and hundreds of thousands of customers.
  • Participate in all engineering activities including incident response, interviewing, designing and reviewing technical specifications, code review, and releasing new functionality.
  • Improve our planning, development, and deployment processes to help you and your fellow team members.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges on a collaborative and geographically distributed team

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Staff Backend Engineer, if you:

  • Enable our product teams to think strategically with key stakeholders about how customers engage with Webflow, identifying and executing on high impact growth opportunities with actionable insights
  • Define product and business success metrics, building tools for monitoring and surfacing drivers of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development 

As Business Development Manager, you’ll:

  • Partner with teams across Webflow to identify, prioritize and assess opportunities for product partnerships and potential alliances
  • Deeply understand how Webflow’s product works and collaborate closely with the Product team to scope App development timelines and resources required
  • Be a lead contributor to developing and executing Webflow’s overall App Marketplace and partner ecosystem strategy 
  • Own the entire deal process from finding the right partners, negotiating the opportunities, rallying internal teams behind your vision, closing, and launching the partnership
  • Team up with Webflow Marketing to promote compelling partner built use cases and associated collateral through our various marketing channels
  • Negotiate amendments and renewals to contracts as the partnerships grow and evolve with changing business priorities on both Webflow and the partners’ side
  • Track and manage new and existing product partnerships while identifying any new potential value exchange opportunities 
  • Analyze and report on the impact of partner ecosystem across our wide customer base through the use of quantitative as well as qualitative KPIs
  • Be an operations lead with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional groups and deliver best-in-class internal and external partner experience
  • Work cross functionally with Webflow’s product, finance, marketing, and legal team

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Business Development Manager if you:

  • Have 4 - 6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, and / or product management roles
  • Have a proven ability to quickly learn new markets & technologies, synthesize key trends, and concisely present findings & recommendations
  • Experience across the entire business development lifecycle (sourcing, negotiating, working with internal teams, closing, and launching) 
  • Have experience working with technical product integrations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams like Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Sales
  • Feel comfortable operating with ambiguity and find creative solutions when faced with vagueness
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
