As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll … 

  • Meet with potential Enterprise customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether or not Webflow is a good fit 
  • Build a sales pipeline and drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
  • Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts
  • Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales Development

As a Manager, Sales Development you’ll … 

  • Lead our inbound business development team
  • Deliver qualified pipeline from across our inbound channels
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of 6-10 business development representatives
  • Foster a culture of training and coaching in order to ramp new reps and continue building their sales acumen and Webflow value knowledge set
  • Ensure the team efficiently and effectively qualify inbound demand as well as develop outbound strategies per region while leveraging marketing resources for particular campaigns.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure Lead Quality/Quantity and proper follow-up
  • Team up with senior sales leadership, marketing operations, demand gen, and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy to develop effective messaging for outbound communications 
  • Work with with the People Team and cross-functional leaders to create strong paths for career advancement within the Sales Development functions, as well as to roles within other areas of the business
  • Iterate and refine the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Manager, Sales Development if you:

  • Have 3+ years of Sales Development leadership experience
  • Have experience successfully building a GTM sales development strategy at a Series C+ technology company. 
  • Exposure to a PLG selling environment
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with teams like product, engineering, support and marketing content, talk tracks, execution and lead optimization.

  • Be the lead business partner to sales leadership and sales operations for sales capacity planning, opex and headcount planning

  • Partner with Sales and Accounting to develop commissions strategy, plans and manage forecast

  • Lead and optimize our budgeting and forecasting processes, manage FP&A planning software

  • Own key models including revenue model that translates bookings to revenue, share count and  SBC models

As a Commercial Counsel, you’ll … 

  • Provide primary end-to-end commercial legal support to a variety of Webflow teams and stakeholders looking to sell, buy, or source products and/or services, including sales and revenue, operations, procurement, product, business development, and partnerships.

As Director of Sales, you will…

  • Build and lead a world-class, diverse team: recruit, interview, hire, coach, and mentor Sales Managers. Guide the Sales Managers on a set of frameworks for hiring and retaining high-performing Account Executives in order to build the sales motion at Webflow.
  • Own your results: attain quota, forecast accurately, and drive linearity in sales performance. Drive an operating rhythm of weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, and tracking results.
  • Grow your business: position the team to grow successfully beyond the immediate targets, creating the engine for increased revenue year on year. Build pipeline generation cadences, guide the team to qualify deals across Webflow’s lead sources (inbound, self serve signup, self serve upgrade, outbound, partners, expansions), command the sales process, and drive operational rigor.
  • Tailor by segment:this role is responsible for Sales Teams across our three segments – from small/medium business to mid-market to enterprise – and you will tailor your cadence, approach, and deal review structure to optimize for deal velocity and execution.
  • Drive the partnerships motion: according to Gartner, 92% of content management system evaluations are led or influenced by agency or consulting partners. Work with Webflow’s Partnerships Team to identify leading partners for investment of time and resources, and guide our Sales Team to lean into this motion for current and future business.
  • Become a thought leader: earn the right to advise CMOs & CTOs on the strategic importance of prioritizing and up-leveling their #1 marketing asset — namely, their global websites.
  • Be customer obsessed: guide the team to embody our core behavior of “Obsess over the Customer Experience” and deliver a strong sales experience and post-sales collaboration to bring business results to fruition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely across the Sales, Marketing, and Product departments to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan and strategy.

About you 

Requirements:

  • Possess 10+ years of SaaS sales experience -- ideally complex deals with a disruptive product
  • 6+ years leadership experience --ideally 2nd line leader who has led teams of 40-50+ (Sales Managers & AEs) and has significant Large Enterprise experience as we move up market.
